CLUES THAT YOU'RE GOING TO BE UNHAPPY WITH A COMPANY

CLUES THAT A COMPANY IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM:

First Clue: After placing an order with the company, I tried to contact them and found out that they do not offer customer support via telephone.

Second Clue: I contacted the company by email within 15 minutes of placing the order and received an email indicating that they can't handle changes - especially during the holiday season. Really? It's not like they started to work on the order in the 15 minutes since I placed the order

Third Clue: A final email was received three days later that indicated that they couldn't make any changes because the items had already shipped. They listed the date of shipment as Dec. 12th. I didn't place the order until Dec. 13th.

Haven't received the items yet - can hardly wait!!

Bought: 6 personalized Christmas ornaments

    WORST CHRITMAS ORNAMENT SHOP! DOESNT BACK PRODUCT

    OBSERD! HORRIBLE! UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT, DO NOT do business or give your business to this company. I had a worse than awful experience with this ornament company. What was supposed to be a happy/great experience turned into a nightmare. I ordered a Grave Digger ornament for my 4 year old son. The ornament I received was not of the quality they represented on their website. It was dinged/dented/and the front end sticker decal was messed up with holes in it. On top of that the personalization of my sons name and year was poorly written. Very very sloppy! I paid extra for extra writing on the BACK of the ornament and instead it was put on the bottom of the ornament! FALSE ADVERTISMENT. I contacted their customer service online...OMG what a nightmare not only will they not pay for me to ship this item back they refuse to refund my full paid amount for this defected item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not honest. This has been the worse customer service I have ever received in my whole life! Opened a dispute through Paypal and Paypal saw they didn't back their return policy so they refunded me in full. I will never purchase from them again. I urge you to write a review and open a complaint on the BBB like I did.

    Superior hand writing, fast shipping with lots of choices. I had a very good experience. Extra bonus is the velvet bag each ornament arrives in instead of just bubble stuff.

    I contacted Russell Rhodes and they reported that the coupons below are fraudulently posted. Russell Rhodes has filed a formal complaint with the FCC, as well as issued a cease and desist notice to the offender. I was pretty mad about it. Christine in their customer service was very helpful. My ornament arrived perfectly, and in a little velvet bag. Precious.

    Russell Rhodes reported 37 damaged shipments for Q4 2009 out of 84,367 packages shipped. There were 9 Paypal complaints, none of which resulted in a refund, each of which complained about not receiving a tracking number. There were a total of 17,463 "thank you" positive emails received.

    looks like i am not the only one with problems with their orders. their website states that they have very little problems with their products but it doesnt appear this way from the complaints that are posted on this site. we also ordered an ornament from them and when we did finally receive it, it was broken, and the personaliztion was wrong. i did find a phone number but nobody answers, you get a recording. the number is 214-335-3548. i was lucky enough to use paypal and they did give me my money back. word to the wise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. now i know why they dont offer phone support for their items.

    I ordered a personalized Christmas Ornament on 12-5-09 and still have not recieved it. When it did not arrive by 12-24-09, I checked their web site to contact them on 12-28-09. Their is no phone number available for contact. The web site states that I should email them and I would be contacted within 48 hours. I sent a second email on 12-30-09 and still have not receieved a reply!

    Very disappointing. I ordered the Slainte ornament with personalization. The "personalization" consisted of someone writing on the back of the ornament (which was chipped when I received it!) with a marker. It was off center and looked like a child did it. I could have done a better job myself. It also arrived much later than they indicated it would. If you get an ornament fromt his company, I would order it way ahead of time and don't request personaliztion.
