I used to like this website. I am complaining about their INCONSISTENCY and their NEW WEBSITE. BE CAREFUL if you like something and you put it into your shopping cart, IMMEDIATELY they will TAKE THE MONEY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD. I didn't even get a CONFIRMATION of whether I would like to purchase the items. That REALLY SUCKS! No other webiste does this. Another bad thing about them is the have this PRE-ORDER system which DOES NOT WORK AND IS UNRELIABLE. i tried ordering 3 things in the past, with one they never got back to me, and said they will order it, after 2months of waiting. They still TOOK MY CREDIT CARD money. Now I tried to buy things because I had a CREDIT from cancelling that stupid order, THEY AGAIN CHARGED ME!!!!

WTF I really really will never buy from here EVER! Please be ware. All their stuff is authentic and nice but their method of SELLING SUCKS!!!

    Thanks, your review really helped. I have currently some problems with revolve, and was very happy with the store before. They are terrible and will never shop with them again. One package is missing and they are playing stupid, they went out of stock of another item after i placed the order and they took the money from the credit card, and one returned item I wanted to change from exchange to refund because of their stupid special order inquiry bullshit and unworking preorder... a joke of a web store, hope you've found other better ones.

    Avoid this website like a plague! My relatives had bought me a pair of jeans that didn't fit but as we were travelling, we couldn't exchange them soon enough so the customer service agent told us we had an indefinite time-period when we could return them. Some time went by and I decide to return them for an exchange when I was met with a smart-ass customer service agent who said that it was impossible to return them. Liars! In my opinion, you should use a legitimate quality site like Zappos or Amazon for things like this and not this SHAM of a site!

    About 5 weeks ago I bought a Seven jeans there. The money was immidiately gone from my account, but the jeans are still not arrived. No answers on 3 of my emails. I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!!!! DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!

    Hi,
    how was this ever resolved? I have an issue with the package not delivered from revolve and they are stalling with investigation adn saying whatnot...Am really appalled with this store, will have to write anegative review to warn people

    I thought I was the only one who thought Revolve has bad customer service. I exchanged a t-shirt not too long ago and it took over 2 weeks to get my t-shirt in a different size. The service is very slow and when you speak to the sales rep, they sound very cold and careless. I don't understand why they have to treat customers like this, I was a loyal customer until after my recent purchase, I'm never going back here again, they literally do not care about their customers, but it is the customers who are keeping their business going. I'm going to let everybody I know to stop shopping there. I'll shop at shopbop from now on.

    I think a lot of these negative reviews are fake. I've shopped at revolve for many years and their customer service has always been excellent.

    One instance that stands out: I had ordered a Nanette Lepore silk blouse which had not arrived, even though tracking said I'd received it a week prior.

    I freaked out and called them and told them my issue and they very kindly offered to ship another one out if usps was unable to retrieve the package. The package was found 2 days later, delivered to my teenage neighbors who had ripped open the box and snagged the zipper, like big losers apparently trying it on.

    Anyway, I called revolve back to tell them the package was found and what had happened and she still offered to send a replacement due to the damage.

    I refused because the damage was clearly not revolve's fault, but I thought it was pretty cool of them to be so nice like that.

    I really question the authenticity of many of these bizarrely negative reviews. And 3 different negative reviews from the same ip address?...if she had such a horrible experience with her first purchase, why did she order TWO MORE TIMES?????

    A friend of mine purchased 3 True Religion jeans and was given the wrong size for one of them. She decided to return all 3 because the other 2 sizes did not fit her. My friend put all 3 jeans in a box and shipped it together. A week later they refunded her for only 2 pairs of jeans! What a rip off! She tried reaching them and they denied that 3 jeans were ever sent. She eventually had to open a dispute with her CC to get her money back. Beware of the malpractice of business at revolve! SCAM!

    Finally someone speaks up about the rude customer service! I was a faithful customer as well, I spent hundreds of dollars at Revolve, but I stopped in the passed 7 months. I couldn't take the lousy service anymore and switched to other stores, I do go back to Revolve for certain items but I never buy, most of the items at revolve can be found anywhere and other places offer a bigger discount than Revolve. FYI: Keep your options open, Revolve is not the only place for good deals.

    I was also a fan at one time, but not after my latest purchase. I was sent the wrong item, and spoke to two agents at Revolve about it, both of whom gave me contradictory answers and tried to place the fault on me. Eventually the second one agreed to cover the cost of the international return shipping, but it has been 4 weeks since they received the item (in fact, it's already back up on the website), and I have yet to receive my refund.

    Revolve is tempting because of its great sales and free shipping, but like Rawal, I would advise all potential customers to proceed with extreme caution.

    yeah sure free shipping and free returns and all the good stuff about revolve, I do agree but there's just one bad thing about this site customer service is just lousy!!! and I returned some of the merchandise I bought coz it wasn't just workin for me and now it has been 9 days and still no word from them if they had received my returned merchandise or what. I keep emailin them but I always get the same feedback that they haven't processed my returns yet and it has been 9 days!!!! shopbop is way cooler than revolve!

    Just... Wow... If I could put 0 stars, I would.

    I ordered a Filson Bag in August 2013.

    I've sent a total of 4 e-mails and waited over a year for a response. Their support person, Candice's first reply was spot on and she replied to my inquiry within 5 hours.

    Her first response to my question about an arrival date (2013):

    "I am very sorry for the delay in receiving this merchandise. We did have an estimated time of arrival of 8/23. However, due to a manufacturing delay we do not have the merchandise in yet. I understand that this can be very frustrating and I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We have no definite date from the manufacturer as to when they will be coming in, but as soon as they do come in, we will go ahead and notify you via email. Again, I apologize for the delay and thank you so much for your patience and understanding thus far."

    I waited for one month before sending my next e-mail after getting that response because hey, I didn't mind waiting.

    "I'ts been a over a month since I placed my order...My order number is: #925----. I'm wondering when I'll get the bag! Could you please provide me with some information pertaining to the estimated arrival or shipping?"

    A different customer service agent named Shaun replied to that last e-mail with:

    "Thank you for your inquiry. I show that we have received an update from the manufacturer and it appears the estimate date of arrival for that item to our warehouse is November 23rd. At this time we must wait until the item arrives in before we can ship your order out to you. I hope this information helps. If there is anything further I can assist you with please feel free to let us know. Thank you and have a nice day!"

    I wasn't planning to be in the country 3 months after I'd ordered the bag, so I replied with:

    "My order number is: #925----. When I ordered this bag, the website said it was in stock. I won't be in the country as I leave to Malaysia on November 15th which is the estimated shipping date from your warehouse. Is it possible that I just get a refund? I was hoping to have the bag asap for university purposes, but by then my university semester is over as well."

    After my last e-mail, It's been a year and I haven't gotten a single response from anyone.

    I am still wondering about a refund and literally just e-mailed them again.

    I really don't recommend buying from them internationally. End of story.

    Terrible customer service/ Faulty Advertisement

    Hello: I ordered one dress and received the different one - without tags!!! not original packaging either!!Their customer service is terrible (very rude and short guys are communicating with you through chat, or email or phone - I was snubbed by a chat person so I called - the same guy responded to my phone call - how many people work in this customer service department??? I will be filing an official complain if they are terrible with refunding my account (including news). I would NOT recommend them! Thanks.

    It's been two weeks and package has not been received!!! I checked at Swiss customs and it never reached the country. Revolve responded they'll investigate in a month!and that they don't have tracking no, that other delivery option should be used and whatnot...totally unprofessional.

    Revolve Sucks!

    Customer service is terrible lied about free shipping, I paid almost 800$ so I was suppose to get free shipping they said yes then secretly charged me $10 for shipping, NEVER AGAIN

    I bought a faulty pair of Paige jeans from Revolveclothing and they said I should not have washed them! I washed them inside out on the hand wash cycle... Idiots!

    Never again with Revolve... bought jeans for a birthday present, checked out through google, got a order confirmation - everything OK. When the shipping notice came, the jeans were missing. Contacted customer service and RUDE rep said they were oversold. And that sometimes it doesn't show up through Google. No apology from them and no birthday present from me thanks to Revolve. Seriously, they could have given me a coupon code or something. WHAT B.S. It's too bad too, because I spend a lot of $$$ on jeans.

    i hate revolve clothing! They have the worst customer service ever! I ordered a pair of shoes and waited 2 weeks, I had to call them just to get answers and they weren't helpful at all, they offered a refund, but I had my heart set on the shoes! They are horrible, they don't even contact you when they are wrong for their mistakes or if an item is missing and they do not offer good discounts, Beware of this store! They are not accurate in their clothing description, bad customer service, rude, and are difficult to deal with! I'm taking my business elsewhere! HATE ReVolve!

    It has lousy customer service...the worst possible...even worse shipping. Its over 2 weeks they charged my card, yet no news of my orders. The emails have no or very slow response. I warn others to shop here at their own risk!!!!

    This is my second purchase in revoltre clothing and probably last longer, because the shoes which cost $ 247 I had to pay t a duty of $ 85, because the company can not write the statement that this is a gift , they plead some rules, though no one is able to check ...? The second issue with the shoes made of china, j"d never payed this money, and it was not in the description. Fortunately, there are many other online stores...

    Always solid. Free shipping and free returns? With priority?? No site can match. Pricing is especially great with the coupons they offer. I always come back and shop at the site.

    I have bought loads from Revolve Clothing, everything is authentic, arrives quickly(im in Ireland) and looks exactly the same as shown on their site. On one occassion i returned a bag and had absolutely no prob with returning it and my credit card was credited immediately! If thers a new item i want i wait til Revolve Clothing get it and buy from them, thats how much i love shopping with these guys, and shipping is free, its the perfect online shopping experience!!

    I had the same positive experience like you for years 8am in Switzerland). However,one package is lost now, or not shipped, anyway not received, and they are stalling with investigation (they will wait a month before starting investigation witht he post!!!), and explaining how they don't have tracking number for airmail, that i should use other delivery options...I don't understand how they dare writing this email. One item was out of stock after I placed the order adn they took the money from my card, and another return i wanted to switch from exchange to refund and have no word from them...and all this in the last two weeks. And their preorders, special orders and whatnot? I am never shopping at revolve again

    Review of internet experience:

    BEWARE!!

    This company is requiring a photocopy of both sides of my credit card and my driver's license. I believe them to be attempting to commit fraud.

    On 10/05/14 I placed an order for clothing, order #10610145 in the amount of $2980.00 The company's website indicated the merchandise shipped and that it would be delivered between 10/08 and 10/09. It never came.

    On 10/12/14, I contacted them to find out why I did not receive my order. I was told that the order never shipped because their risk management department was concerned about my credit card being legitimate. They said they would make two small debits on my credit card and that I was to call them back with those amounts to verify that my credit card was in fact mine. I did that and the company representative told me the order would then ship out.

    Today, 10/13/14, I received an email saying that those amounts were not good enough, and the company would now like a copy of the front and back of my credit card as well as a copy of my driver's license. I have no intention of providing copies of my credit card and my driver's license to a merchant. No legitimate internet merchant has ever made such a request in the past. I do most of my shopping online.

    I believe the company is involved in something illegal. There is no reason any legitimate company would keep copies of customers' ID and credit cards.

    My account was debited $300 for clothes which I did not purchase - they are total scam artists that use your credit card details to steal money! DO NOT EVER TRUST YOUR CARD DETAILS WITH THIS SITE I LEARN THE HARD WAY.

    Just thought I'd add my two cents because my experience with revolve is different from most of the posters. I ordered a pair of sneakers this past friday or a price that couldn't be beat. They shipped priority mail free of charge, and I received the authentic brand, true to size, in unworn condition on Monday morning. Not a bad experience at all. I will probably use the website again. I appreciate online reviewers but too often I think only people with bad experiences post, while the majority with satisfied service do not bother.

    Horrible Services

    I have purchased CHLOANE COAT worth £531.12 to gift my wife on her birthday. I ordered and I received it after 5 days of her birthday. Is it their fast services which takes approximate a month? Sorry but I never come back here for sopping, last time I buy a dress from another site at lesser price and on time. I will prefer to buy products from there.

    I do a lot of online shopping from the big deparment stores in the US so I was hesitant to order from revolve clothing because they are an independent boutique. I had no issues, everything went smoothly and my jeans arrived in perfect condition nicely folded. I would order from the again!

    Great Deals

    I have ordered from REVOLVE at least 10 times now, and have never had a bad experience. Items have always been as shown and authentic and the coupon codes and free shipping make for some of the best deals online. The first few purchases I made did have custom charges reasonable to the shipping method, but since they changed their shipping method to airmail, I have had zero additional charges. I am very pleased with their online service and often wait until an item comes to REVOLVE to purchase. Also worth mentioning are the special order inquiries and the MyRevolve. I have not yet come across a company offering such. I love that if there is something sold out in my size, I can inquire, and they will do their best to get the item in for me. MyRevolve is a fantastic idea. Although you don't get much (1% commission) every bit does help:) I am a fan!

    Quit posting fake reviews. Revolve has an excellent reputation. No other site gives you such great coupons on top of sale items and free shipping to boot. Sure they make mistakes but who doesn't.
