I just bought scoop bowls and plates from their website, and I honestly don't think that the quality of their products meet up to their prices (scoop is not the most expensive dinnerware, and I didn't expect a lot, still I was disappointed of the "not so great" quality for its price).
I also got bad experience with their packaging - many of the plates I order arrived broken. At first, they ask me to send the broken items to them, and I wasn't happy with that since there would had been a lot of work for me to pack all the 14 broken items, but thought that I had no other choices. But couple days later they called me and said that I didn't have to send the items after all, which was nice of them.
Even though they were nice about canceling their request of returning items, I wouldn't recommend buying their stuff from online. Their packaging is pretty bad, on less you make sure that they pack you stuff right -it'll save you a lot of time and trouble, because they don't accept returning items from online orders at their local stores. it could take weeks for them to send you the replacement.
