OMG...worst customer service ever! It took them a week to get an overnight order out and I had to spend nearly 4 hours on the phone sorting out the simplest error. Please don't support these idiots!

Anyone with pets know how costly it can be. My pom poms needs daily prescriptions because of their chronic conditions. Petcarerx lower prices made the bills more manageable. I love that they have a pet point program and free shipping.
