I found Spyware Doctor to be really easy to use so I bought a copy for my grandma's PC. Even she is able to use it no problem. The GUI is very user-friendly. My grandma's computer is not exactly state of the art, and Spyware Doctor doesn't seem to slow it down at all. I'm pretty sure it's working well because now I'm getting fewer calls from her asking "Can I trust this paypal email or is it fake?"
