They have a big inventory. They ship quickly. But do NOT expect any help from them if they make a mistake. They sent the wrong size microwave platter to me. I spend +20 minutes on hold each evening for several days. Same recording: "unusually high volume of calls." When I picked the phone tree number for new sales, the phone was answered in 3 - 4 mins, but the salesperson put me back to the end of the cue for returns. Also they would not allow emails or web entry for returns. Add insult to injury, I had to pay the return postage. BEWARE
