WARNING! Packet8 penalized customers who prepay annually. DO NOT sign up with them under the annual plan. At the end of the first year they automatically charge you $200 for ANOTHER YEAR (without notice,) and there are NO REFUNDS! They will tell you that you're out of contract and free to cancel at any time, BUT THEY KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY! Customer service is rude and no help whatsoever. Greedy company, sleazy billing practices. BEWARE!

I have Packet8 for about two years now and I like it. I recently downgraded to their 500 minutes plan. One odd thing is that I can't seem to call my bro's Vonage line with it. I'll need to call up tech support about that. Other than that I don't have other complaints.
