When orders don't ship for weeks after the order there is no notice. When they do finally ship the notice that it shipped on their site appears to be bogus, the FEDEX tracking number they provide is invalid according to FEDEX. Reaching them is difficult at best and they are no terribly helpful. When they finally said they shipped they had a $4.99 flat shipping rate going which the sales rep said they would honor and refund the4 difference but I have gotten no refund at this point.
