Looks like you can still get the $399 deal which includes lifetime premier features. It seems that they are touting a cheaper $250ish model but you would pay a monthly or yearly fee to have the additional features like a free second line. But then there's the question of how long will they stay in business and will they be another Sunrocket.....

Oooma consumes less bandwidth than Vonage but it has a higher upfront cost. So you'll pretty much have to stick with it for at least a year and a half to recoup your investment vs. another VOIP service. But they do have a 30 day money back guarantee so if doesn't work good for you you can return it.
