I really love the shipping rates...I have never paid more than $5 for shipping, prices are great, and thanks to an Apple representative...I don't think I ever have a reason to buy over-priced products from Apple or the Apple Store, ever again. I have purchased computer hardware and accessories, only.

When you need to find a component, or a deal that Amazon cannot quite handle, NewEgg.com is the best place to go looking for it.

Need that 500GB hard drive, or a video card to put your system over the hump? Looking for a USB card reader that fits into an internal 5.25" bay? Don't feel like paying $90 for an external HD enclosure at MacSales.com, but do like paying $30 for one at....

It's been months and I still haven't received the rebate for my Antec Earthwatts rebate purchased from Newegg. I finally did receive the Scepter 24 inch monitor rebate ($40) after I sent them the "invoice" instead of the "order details". So if you haven't received that rebate yet make sure that you email Scepter and see what the issue is.

FAKE NINTENDO DS LITE!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM NEWEGG.COM!!!!!

I purchased a Nintendo DS Lite game console through an internet layaway company. DS Lite I received happened to be shipped from newegg.com.

Less than 2 months after I bought the DS Lite, it quit - shutoff during a game. I contacted Nintendo, since it should be covered under warranty. They arrange for it to be shipped to them, get it in, begin to work on it, only to discover that it is COUNTERFEIT!

Newegg.com has been a total nightmare to deal with on this issue. I had to go through the layaway site (which has been nothing but helpful!) that I ordered the Nintendo through to get an RMA. So far this has not happened. I paid the full price of $130 for the Nintendo, so it's not like it was too good of a deal to be true!

Now newegg.com wants to send the fake DS Lite to Nintendo AGAIN to get the situation settled. How does sending it back to Nintendo again resovle anything?

At this point I just want my money back. I have already replaced the DS Lite since it is taking so long to get everything taken care of. Plus, newegg.com sent me a replacement, how would I know it isn't a fake, too? Is it really too much to ask for to get the product that you pay for?

I just got my 24" Scepter monitor X24WG-1080P from Newegg. It's sweet- very bright compared to the 20" Planar monitor I was using before. The 1920x1200 really helps me see more on the screen. And best of all it was only $199 after rebate- I got in on the Newegg Black Friday deal. Their Cyber Monday deals weren't all that, though I did get another Thermaltake ST005U for $20 after shipping. It's a GREAT docking station for SATA drives and runs at native SATA speed when you use the SATA cable.

Newegg (and Chiefvalue, which is essentially the same store) is my favorite place to shop for tech products. They have an awesome selection of goodies at discounted prices. I must bought parts to build two systems and have gotten like four or five hard drives from them in the last five years. I will be coming back for sure!

Bought the Rosewill RX358 RX-358-S external eSata Hard Drive enclosure from Newegg for my Scientific Atlanta SA 8300HD and it works like a charm! The RX-358 is very sturdy and installation is very easy you just snap the hard drive into the connector. My Time Warner 8300 DVR uses the SARA software and it recognized the 320GB Western Digital SATA hard drive I put in the external box. It asked if I wanted to format it I press the A key to do it and now I have triple the storage space. I was running out of space from recording the Olympics in HD and now this will make things easier!

I am a relative newbie but I have used newegg for monitors, hard drives, point and shoot camera,numerous chips, and now I want one of those little triple e computers. I am looking for a coupon right now. New Egg has beaten the computer chains (Fry's Best Buy Circuit City) every single time and I have never been disappointed.

i can always rely on newegg for the best prices on hard drives. just got a hitachi P7K500 500 gig low power usage drive for my tivo hd. it works great just make sure you use the winmfs software to do the upgrade to avoid problems.

NewEgg rocks. Once time MSI (friggin' company- u can't trust their rebates!) didn't send me a $10 rebate for a video card, Newegg refunded me $10 via PayPal no problem. I also find that they ship pretty darn fast. Usually I order something via regular shipping and I'd get it within 3 or 4 days.

Good prices overall tho you'll often find better prices at Frys.com. If you live in a state where Fry's has a presence and Newegg doesn't charge tax The Egg could even come up cheaper. I don't like Newegg's price matching policy tho- they don't even match their own price if your item is already shipped and the next day u find out that e.g. the price on the HDD you just ordered fell by 10 bux.
