Buyer Beware!!

Beware! I purchased a pair of boots, 97.99 US. They took about a month to arrive, which was fine, I expected that. When they came, now this is important, the box was fine, pristine even! However; the boots were a mess, none of the eyelets went through all the layers, only about half way, they were the cheap clothing eyelets, not larger cobbler eyelets. Some were not in all the way, or already hanging off the boots onto the laces. After over a week of trying their live chat and messaging to complain, someone FINALLY responds. Now two weeks of back and forth, and me sending pictures, plus the boots going down in price to 69.99 (according to them, due to them finding cheaper materials, how could they be made any cheaper?!) they determine it had to be a shipping issue, they give me the option to get a 30.00 refund, or 50.00 off a 150.00 purchase!! Are you kidding me?! This isn't shipping. They refunded 44.00 to my PayPal account, and told me they would do nothing more. So, I get 44.00 and a pair of boots I can't wear. Thanks for nothing Milanoo!

So, here is an update. I got a personal letter from their CEO. He offered to send me a new pair, and personally oversee their production. Which, I doubt he did, but at least they were rectifying the situation, which I appreciated. I asked for rush shipment if possible, as I'd like them for Halloween. They arrived today, in plenty of time. However; what do I discover upon opening the box? The same shoddy made pair of boots I received months ago. Eyelets still coming out of the boots, still using the same cheap, small clothing eyelets on boots. They still aren't passing through all the layers. This is sad Milanoo. You raised the prices and claimed to me it was because of better materials, there isn't a thing different, up to and including the issues upon delivery. Say goodbye for good to my business and anyone I know.

Processing Time?

So, I decided that I would order a costume online for Halloween. After looking around a little bit I realize Milanoo's an okay price. The product's look nice and I eventually pick out a Lolita dress.(It's too bad I didn't read the reviews before hand).

I ordered the dress on October 8th, more then 3 weeks before Halloween. Just to be sure I go with expedited shipping, so it makes it here in time. As I hoped for, my promised date is October 27th.

So as it gets closer and closer to the 27th, I wonder why I still haven't got a tracking number. I email Milanoo,and they tell me my product is still being MADE. They assure me I will get the tracking info and not to worry.

Well. I'm not really worried about the tracking info, I'm worried about getting my costume on time.

Eventually I get a email of it being shipped out on the 24th. (That's 16 days of processing, so much for 9). I realize that with expedited shipping the 5th day is Halloween. (I live in Canada,and the mail doesn't run on the weekends) They tell me the expected day is the 30th, and they give me the tracking link.

(Which by the way, didn't lead to any sort of tracking page!)

I check my mail diligently after the 27th and still no mail. Halloween comes and still no mail! So I send in another complaint telling them I might as well of did regular shipping. (I was worried it wouldn't come in on time)

They tell me that it's already expedited and not to worry as my package will come in. I am given the tracking number and the link to the Fedex site. I quickly track my package and find out it's coming in at 5 on November 1st.

A lot of good that will do!!

I tell them that I'm not worried about it not coming in (Although, now I am) but rather upset with how long it's taking. They apologize to me and spout excuses of too many orders for Halloween.

I doubt I'll ever order from here again. But if I do...I'll do it a year in advance.

    People need to learn how to read more carefully, items do take a while to process. They give you the processing time for each item and shipping time as well. I've never had a problem ordering things from this site.

    I ordered something at the end of June tracked it about every other day since then. Didnt ship out until the 4th of AUGUST and I received it on the 10th. The dress is entirely too short. I dont even think hookers wear stuff that short. I'm only 5'5 and it was a one size fits all dress. The MAIN issue I have with this "company" I tried to cancel my order back at the beginning of July when I saw I wouldnt receive it til August. I finally got an email back weeks later. And they shipped it anyway. I will never buy from this site again. And theres apparently no way I can call to speed up this return process. And they email back slower than a group of turtles running through peanut butter. This was by far my worst internet shopping experience ever. I just want a refund so I can go on about my business. And by viewing the ratings, I'm not too sure why ppl even still shop from here. I learned from my mistake.

    There is no customer service here!!

    I have been trying for over a week now to cancel my order. No response for anyone. I have tried their Livechat and recieved messages that the user does NOT exsist. I have tryed their phone number, it does NOT work. I have sumitted several messages saying to cancel the order and refund the money, no response. I looked at the FAQs and where they say they send conformation emails about what happens with you order they are LYING. I have only recieved one email saying my order was submitted successfully and thats it. I was suppose to recieve an email when payment went through, NEVER happened, payment has cleared the bank already. I will NEVER use this company again.

    Bridesmaid dress different from website, low quality & r

    I ordered this dress for my sister and she received it in a plastic ruined yesterday. Also, this dress does not look like the one on the website. I ordered it custom made for her and it came out loose still. If only I can post some pictures here it will speak for itself. There's glued stick to the fabric of the dress and plenty of defects all over the dress. What kind of service and materials is this? Very bad job. I won't even pay for this for $25. After the fourth ordered of the dress they increase the price to $192. I was online chatting and questioning the increase of $45, why? Ashley said the material went up. If you're going to use even cheap material, we expect them to do a great job making the dress... and yet it's not! My other bridesmaid is worried getting their dress as well. They should mail in at least in a BOX!

    I see that last few comments are good for Milanoo. Maybe they finally got their act together. So, here I am still waiting for my refund!!!! As long as you dont need money refunded, they are a great site.

    When this company do not want to refund money, they just ignore your emails. They hope we forget.

    Awful, awful, AWFUL

    I've ordered wigs from them before and I've had a great experience. HOWEVER. Ordering a costume, never again. And because of that alone, I will purchase my wigs elsewhere.

    I ordered a thief rikku costume and the picture they had up was stolen.

    The scarf was ugly and looked nothing like it was supposed to. The moment I took it out the fringe was actually falling off of it. I ended up throwing it away and making my own. The ribbons on my arm bands were SAFETY PINNED to it. I ended up having to sew them myself. The top is cheaply made and again, since they stole the picture, looks NOTHING like the top they promised. The gloves were atrocious. Huge and not fitting (like the picture). The entire costume was awful. Only good thing about it was the damn skirt ~.~ and even THAT was too small (based off their size chart).

    I wrote a bad review of the costume on their site and seriously, about 3 days later, the picture they had up changed. I actually went back a year later to look at the costume and they had erased my review!! Scam! Awful!

    I can't even begin to tell you all the negatives about this company. I have been waiting months for a refund for a dress that arrived long after we told them to cancel. IGNOR THE LOW PRICES...NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER order from China again.

    Please do not take all of China in from the worst store possible. There are many great stores that are from China. While I do not have personal experience or reason to comment on this, I do not want you to be disappointed in a whole area just because of a store that disgusts everyone. Thank you for reading this.

At first, I thought it was amazing that I found wedged heels that I liked because I couldn't find any for a reasonable price. I proceeded to order my shoes and was happy I had that part over with. Then the problems started. My payment was completed Feb. 19th and ship date was March 26th. I figured since they are so far away, they would be taking a bit. My wedding is on April 28th. I had to message Milanoo customer service because I did not receive my shoes and I was worried. I was given the same response every time I contacted them. After finally getting my order today, (4/13) I was excited because I thought I would have to buy different shoes. When I picked the package up, however, I was so upset. The box for the shoes was beaten as if it was thrown around and the way it was taped was as if the box was already like this. My shoes are missing diamonds and the string of diamonds down the side are falling off. I do not have the money to go buy a new pair of shoes! I am appalled by the service here and in result, will never order from here again. I feel horrible because I told my family about Milanoo. I will be sure to call my friends and family back and tell them about my experience. "

    en-uk_1104301049_30 this is my order number. I wish I have seen the reviews. I have a wedding in less then two months. I have 5 bridesmaids. three ordered their dresses. I ordered 2 from the same site and got a completely different material that is not the same satin as the first 3. I battled with "Violet" since May and June about this and she kept pleading to just "keep the dresses and the 50% refund" I just want them exchanged to get the right material! Thats it! I even shipped it back in June and I paid 70 bucks! I have spent 255 dollars and received nothing! I have two bridesmaids without dresses and my money taken from me! Money I didnt have! I need help!

    Betim: The Grey is ripped on the inside and should be 10, but small. it should probably be a 12

    So with that, customer servicer "Ashley" hung up on ME. Who do I complain to about customer service? Normally, I would have just brushed this off, but I'm T-minus 1 month from my 1st cousins wedding and I'm over $600 dollars short, with 6 wrong dresses (Including the wedding dress). So I hope that if your reading this now, you haven't placed your order just yet. Your gonna have to try a different site. Unless your content with a 19%, 5 star rating. Then go for it!

    I bought a dress from them which was unsatisfactory and they would not refund, exchange or fix it. This dress is order number en-uk_1104190541_666. I tried to find information on all measurements of the dress, but they only provide a few measurements. I purposely ordered the dress 4 sized too big, to make sure it would fit in the areas they do not provide measurements for. However, when the dress arrived it was much too small in the shoulders and arms. I contacted them within their stated 7 day satisfaction guarantee period. I followed all instructions, taking my own measurements of the dress and showing them that it does not fit. After over a month of back and forth e-mail, the best they will offer is 30% refund because they state that the shoulder and arm sizes are standard and as they should be. My mother-in-law and two sister-in-laws all bought this same dress from the website, and it is too small in the shoulders and arms for all four of us, even though we have various body shapes, one sister-in-law being quite petite. I found communication, timeliness of response, product quality and ease of return all unacceptable with this company. I am also getting a lot of spam from them since my order, which I am unable to opt out of. I would not recommend even glancing at this website, let alone ordering from it.

    I was purchasing shoes knowing they were knock off's. I received them 10 days later than the stated timeframe from the site. Both were ordered size 8 and one pair is 1/4" bigger than the other, an 8 1/2. I have spent a month going back and forth with them with nothing other than 'their Customer Support is reviewing my complaint'. I provided everything they required. I know this is the chance we take, but if I can prevent anyone else from supporting this company - please do not buy from them!     WORSE customer Service ever!

    I didn't even buy a dress. I bought a bed duvet. I emailed them explaining that I am disappointed with it and would like to return it. I get a reply asking to send pictures and how their stuff is custom made so it is my fault if I didn't give the right measurements. I replied back and said--it isn't a dress. It is a bed duvet. They then sent another email saying:

    Thank you for your kind email.

    Deeply sorry for the late follow up, thank you for your understanding and kindness, I'm really sorry about the late follow up to your email. For allow us to solve this matter smoothly, Sorry for the inconvenience, because we customize all of our products, so if there is no quality size or color problem from us ,we can not accept the return or exchange .Thank you so much for your kindness and understand, hope you have a nice day/night, And if you have more questions, please let us know, hope you have a nice day/night.

    I sent another one saying again it is not a damn dress. And that I want to contact the supervisor. I get a reply email saying everything that I wrote above all over again!!

    Are you serious??? Do not buy from this company. And I am not saying it to be mean, but to warn others out there. I lost my money so be careful!!

    I wish I could give this disastrous organisation no stars! AVOID ORDERED FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!! What appalling service and customer service. I ordered my goods on 5 March 2011, order number EN-UK_1103 110558_128 and am still waiting to receive. I have emailed, online chatted with Ashley and still have no answers.

    This is my latest conversation to which I have received no response and neither myself or husband has signed for anything:

    Oh jeez, well... It went like this..

    I ordered a Haruhi Suzumiya cosplay costume about a month back, but after seeing all of the negative reviews of the site, decided to cancel my order. HERE'S where things got screwy.

    I sent multiple e-mails to their customer service with my order number attached, requesting that they cancel my order and refund my money. Each time they told me they would cancel and quickly refund me. Two weeks later, I checked my paypal and found that my money wasn't there, and the order had not been cancelled, so I sent another similar e-mail to Milanoo. They told me that they had refunded my money on June 13 and to check my paypal again. I checked, and the order was still there. I thought maybe PayPal had glitched or something, and thought nothing of it. Until LAST NIGHT, when I got a package in the mail from Milanoo! I didn't open it, because I already knew what it was and was planning on sending it back, having already ordered a costume from a more reliable site. I then got on the 24-hour live chat with Peggy, and, despite her being incredibly slow and dense, she was actually quite polite. I gave her my order number and she was apologizing, saying Milanoo has messed up and she was going to see that my money got back to me. Then I recieved another e-mail, a rather snippy one, telling me YET again that my money had been refunded, only this time, it included an account name and mention of other orders that weren't mine. When I looked on the package invoice, indeed, the order number was different than the one Milanoo gave me. So, yes, I'm sure they did cancel that order, and refund the money, but not my order and not my money.

    I then got on chat with Peggy again, and this time, I explained to her that I was given the wrong order number and gave her the one on the package. She said "Oh yes! I know that order1 The Haruhi Suzumiya Cosplay!" And I said yes and asked her to cancel it. She was confused. She kept saying over and over that they didn't cancel it and that I received the package, but I mean... that's the point. I kept trying to tell her over and over that I wasn't given the right order number to cancel it in the first place, and I asked her if I could return it and get a refund, and she said no and gave me a link to their return policy. Indeed, although it was their fault, they would not take their clothing back. I was sick of the situation at that point and decided to open the package, dreading what I'd find.

    I was STUNNED. Honestly, the costume was under 40 dollars, so I wasn't expecting anything amazing. But the quality was SO MUCH BETTER than I had EVER thought it would be, even before seeing these reviews. It was put together well with really good fabric and, while it was a little tight, that might be me just getting fatter XD

    Although they put me through hell, I will say that the quality of the outfit was superb, and it seems this may just be a hit-and-miss site. Not something you want to risk when you but online, but I'm glad my money wasn't wasted on a piece of crap cosplay.

    I bought a long skirt at milanoo.com on June 23rd and I got my skirt one and a half weeks later. Itís so great, the style is exactly what showed on the picture meanwhile the quality and fabric are both very good and it fits me very well. Except that what I appreciate most is the sweet job of the customer service of milanoo.com. At the beginning, I accidentally chose the wrong size and ordered. Three days later, I checked the information of my order and figured out the mistake. I emailed the costumer service of milanoo.com nervously, wondering greatly whether they can help me out of that (anyhow itís totally my own false and I failed to realize the mistake and connect with them within 48 hours). To my greatest surprise, they emailed me back immediately with polite words. They said they would help me to change the size as soon as I give them my order number. I was so happy and replied the email instantly with my order number (En-uk_120727110159_081) and the right size. Few minutes later they told me the problem was solved. I was so grateful and excited. Thanks milanoo.com and its great CS DPT.

    Milanoo is a completely misleading website that gives false hope to those who are hoping for something special. I ordered a Cosplay Harry Potter costume at the beginning of September, with the expectation that it would certainly arrive before Halloween. The first red flag went up when Milanoo charged my debit card for the purchase, but never emailed me a confirmation. I went to their website and found no phone contact info (flag #2), so I did the customer service "chat". After several unsuccessful attempts (flag #3), I finally got a customer service rep to assure me (after waiting a whopping half hour for a response!) that they were in the process of custom making this costume. I thought it was odd, but since they guaranteed delivery by Oct 18th, and I had trouble finding this costume elsewhere, I took their word. But now, 4 weeks later, I just received an email that they ran out of the material and would be unable to send my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. And Milanoo will not credit my bank account. I cannot believe I got scammed like this. And since they are based in China, I have absolutely no recourse. This is the most outrageous website ever. Please heed my warning and don't waste your time or money.

    I purchased a dress for $137.99 when it arrived it was a lot smaller than the size chart so I returned the dress at my own expense for a refund. Customer service was great up until I posted the dress back. I have had no reply to my emails I have sent so many asking what is going on with my return! They are very quick to take your money but not very quick to return it. It has been over six weeks since they would of received the return. Will never buy from Milanoo again. BUYER BEWARE!

    I purchased two bedding sets from Milanoo. Both king size. It took a while until I got the shipment (which is ok, since it has to travel halfway around the world) but what was very disappointing is that I received the wrong sizes - queen size - for both sets.

    Contacting the customer service department turned out to be the most painful experience in my whole life. Especially because there is no leverage and it feels like there is nothing you can do to get your problem across. The contact person (Zoe) speaks broken English and it seems like she cannot or doesn't want to understand the problem at hand. All I want them to do is take back the wrong sized items (and pay for the shipping) and send me the correct sizes (and pay for the shipping). (Why should I pay for two additional shipments if it is clearly a mistake on their end???) So I had to take pictures proving them that I really did get the wrong sizes, they blamed it on their vendor, and still haven't given me an acceptable solution how I either get 100% of my money back or get the sizes that I ordered. This goes on for FOUR WEEKS now and the email correspondence seems to move in circles back to the starting point. There doesn't seem to be a manager and there is no phone number that you can call to speak to somebody directly.

    I will never ever order from here again and would not encourage anybody else to! The products are nice but not worth to go through the long wait and the trouble in case something is wrong with the order.

    Well ordering went smoothly. Once I ordered I received an email confirmation confirming my order and then another email when it had shipped. Perfect! It arrived very quickly which I was happy with... until I opened the parcel.

    It was FAR from the dress I had ordered. The colour of the dress was most certainly not a pink(as shown in the picture and stated), it was peach. The lace was very cheap and the bows were not sewn on (like in the picture) but attached with safety pins! and just hanging off the dress.

    I wanted to return this dress because I was extremely disappointed and was most certainly not keeping it. I politely emailed them explaining why I was not satisfied, I eventually got a reply explaining that I would have to ship it back and surprise surprise I would be the one paying for it. Well I shipped it off recorded and insured to assure that it would get back. Well when it did arrive there was no reply saying I was going to be refunded.

    Eventually I had no choice but to open a paypal claim who eventually refunded me when there was still no reply. Thank goodness I payed via paypal.

    I'd advise staying well away from this website. The pictures are clearly stolen from other websites and they scam people out of their money. :/

    I ordered from them, didn't my item for 47 days, and what I received was a joke! It didn't look like the item on their website at all! It was so poorly made that I would be embarrassed to wear it. After spending days trying to contact their customer service, they wanted me to take pictures of the item to prove there was a problem and they refused to refund my money!     We would have paid the deference for the custom suit, money is not the problem,we would have gladly paid what you asked to have a suit that fit

    Apparently your company cares very little about honesty and integrity.

    The only reason that I rated Milanoo a "1" is because zero wasn't an option. Sure, the stuff is cheap. Sure, it arrived in a fairly quick amount of time despite the fact that I ordered from the US. BUT IT'S CRAP. The quality is reflected by the price. The material APPEARS thick, it even FEELS thick. But it is truly the most fragile, easily ripped material on the face of the earth. Anyone who has reviewed Milanoo positively is either a Milanoo employee trying to save their rep or some poor sucker who has yet to actually try to wear the clothing out in public, where they will inevitably be stranded with half a dress remaining, looking like they barely survived a zombie attack. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Buy from a company who may cost a bit more but will produce clothing that you won't have to dispose of after a single wearing (because if you think you're getting a refund from these scam artists you are sadly mistaken).     Order Number: en-uk 120402073658 was a mother of the groom dress to be custom- sized. Their workmanship was unbelievably poor - seams were off by an inch, pleats were anywhere from 1/2" to 2" and did not line up. No one in their right mind would be seen wearing such nonsense. I had contacted them for a refund with photos of the dress and they agreed that the workmanship was poor but offered only 40% back. When I tried to get Pay Pal involved to get 100% refund, another Milanoo customer rep then argued that there was nothing wrong with the dress! I ended up sending the dress back which cost a fortune and PayPal refunded the money because of my long-standing business with them but I still lost money and time. Don't waste your time and money on them.

    Ordered dress for my son's wedding 3/3/2011. Received email stating order should arrive no later than 4/7/2011. That was 2 weeks ago. Have filed numerous disputes with company with no response. Conversations with 'Ashley' keep stating that I should receive a refund in 1-2 days. But again, 2 weeks later still nothing.

    If you want your event to be a happy one, avoid this company like the plague!!!

    I ordered a dress from Milanoo about a month ago, and just got it today. The dress looks NOTHING like the picture. The color is wrong, too. I ordered a sage v-neck dress, and instead got a mint colored v-neck dress with a bunch of silver sequins on it. It made me extremely mad because:

    1) I paid about $120 for it, even though I am a college student and can't really afford it. I thought it was a "good" price for a dress, since it's for costuming purposes.

    2) It took a month to ship.

    3) There's no hope of returning it, nor getting my money back

    4) I should have researched the company! Usually I do research on EVERYTHING (again, college student here!) but was so excited by the dress I just went ahead and got it.

    Please, save yourself the headache and money and do NOT order from this site!

    This White Embroidery Vest Satin Flower Girl Dress (ORDER NUMBER: #05620014989) from Milanoo is really gorgeous and beautiful. I ordered it on March 21, 2012. PO# en-uk_120321012155_145, and it arrived on 20th of April. It was really hard to wait for so long. PS: this is the only disadvantage for this purchase. But the dress is wonderful!! It came in exactly like the picture. I love the embroidery of the train because it is so elegant and fine. I think the embroidery may be made by hand. It is awesome. The design is not that complicated, just the style of my dear niece. She loves it very much! This dress definitely worth a shot. I will buy more from Milanoo.

    Florence from Kumasi, Ghana regarding order number en-uk_1012082231_341. this site has the worst customer service reps I have ever dealt with in my life. I order 3 wedding dresses December 2010 and now its 16 march 2011. still no dress and to refund. each day I contact the customer service I'm told something different. its like I'm talking to a different person each time and they have no record of my complains. I'm very frustrated and don't no what to do so please anyone help

    I really wish I researched more on this company because they have royally f****d me over! I'm on Live Chat with Peggy as we speak & she is really pissing me off! My dress on the site said it was "in stock" and it should've been here on the 22nd. She tells me it hasn't been "produced" yet. I said I want a refund & she says to "give her more time because she's confirming my order". Confirming my order? It was confirmed the day I ordered it! They charged my card the same day! Don't order from this company! I'm going to report them for fraud & I hope that every one of those a**h***s goes to jail! No f*****g stars for them!
