My debit card was fraudently used to purchse a game download in December 5. I found the charge on December 7th ( along with 6 others various charges ) and cancelled my card immediatly The fraud was reported to Visa< I also was able toconatact all of the other merchants and get my money retured. Metaboli was very difficultg to contact and when I did finally get a response from them, they tell me they can't find the account so the refund can't be made unkess I give them more information, like an order number and my full credit card number. Meanwhile, another charge shows up on december 29th. Metaboli forced the charge through even though the card was cancelled and no doubt declined, but they did force it through. Imagine that, they don't have any info on my card to return the charge, but they are still abole to make another debit. These peoiple are just, in my opinion morons. Another reason I can't understand why they don't have a customer service phone number.They like to hide behind emails!
In May/June 09, Metaboli had a month free promotion on PC games, I accepted the offer and filled the form in. After 2 WEEKS of the games breaking down, freezing, etc, I e-mailed Metaboli,(England) and cancelled the offer. Up to now, Metaboli France have taken 2 payments of £6-95p from my bank account !!! I don't rate Metaboli one bit ! Can I have my Money back PLEASE ? Always the Optimist. Peter.
