their product had no variation in pattern in eleven boxes and smelled like some deadly chemical smell when I opened the box to verify that all piece were identical. Sold me flooring and stair nosing. Installer came and installed floor and stairs to be completed in a couple of days whe product came in. Product showed up 5 months later and customer service is a joke.

They consistently advertise products they have not had in stock in months. Dishonest advertising. I decided not to got with them after trying on 3 different times to order product and it not being available and them not knowing when it would. I did an internet search on them and could not believe all of the complaints. This many complaints cannot be fluke. I think they are falsely advertising and the last guy I spoke with there in the call center agreed with me. That said it all.
