The lovesac is a great product. However Customer Service is horrible. The zipper broke on the cover and so I needed to get it replaced. Even though they say they have a life time warranty on their product, since I didn't keep my receipt, they wouldn't honor it despite the fact that the cover has their name embroidered all over it! Too bad they don't understand the importance of Customer Service.

I am currently in customer service hell with Lovesac. Their stuff is good, but customer service is obviously a private contactor who is not affiliated w/ lovesac in any way. I ordered several items from their website. One item went to the billing address instead of shipping address. They also sent me an entirely wrong sac. I have called them several times to get the situation rectified, but each time I speak w/ someone there it's like starting over from square one and they have no record that I had spoken w/ someone previously regarding the same topic. They will tell you that they have to speak w/ the Sales Dept. & that you'll recieve a callback, but trust me, you'll never get one. Now its a week to xmas and they're telling me that they won't send me the correct item until the incorrect item they sent to me is returned to them .... amazing. They have no regards for their customer's needs whatsoever. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CAN VISIT AN ACTUAL STORE!!!!

I been wanting a Lovesac for dorm room. Finally I got a khaki colored one. I do all my reading, studying and writing on it. I like that I can buy alternative covers when I want to change up my room. Although its expensive, its quality furniture that can last a long time.

Don't call lovesacs a bean bag, but that's what it is. What's great about the love sac is that you can customized it by choosing a variety of different sizes, colors, and materials. We got a big one that can hold up to five people. My wife and I love to relax on it with our dog Spyder.

I recently moved to nyc into a much smaller space than my old apartment. I decided to get rid of my old couch and get some red colored sectional from lovesac.com. Sectionals are easy to move by pieces and I can get creative when placing it in my new apartment.
