Ordered a pair of shoes in December using a discount code. Received a tracking number and my credit card was charged. Tracking never changed so I contacted them, they said there was a delay due to the holidays, I should have my order within the week.
Today I looked at my account and saw my order's been canceled, and I did not receive an email notification. I called them and was told my shoes were damaged so they canceled the order. I checked the site and the shoes I ordered were in-stock, in my size, so I asked if they could send a new pair. They said they could not honor the original order, I could reorder them myself online.
However, I would not be able to use the discount code since it was expired, and it was 40% off (huge savings). They just issued the refund a couple of days ago, so I couldn't understand why they just couldn't send a new pair if they have it in-stock. The supervisor told me he was "sorry" but there was nothing he could do. I know they just didn't want to send the shoes for such a cheap price. I shop online very often and have not had such a terrible experience with customer service.
Never heard of this store before ordering but thought I'd give them a shot. Not making that mistake again. I highly recommend staying away from them.

I generally never write these kinds of reviews but have just had the worst customer service experience of my life.
I recently ordered a pair of shoes through their online site, because they were what I had been looking for and on clearance.
A week later I receive the shoes, and they are the wrong size (I wear a size 6 and and they sent me size 10). Called customer service and explained to which I was told "Sorry, clearance items are Final Sale, no returns." I said yes, I understand that but you sent me the WRONG PAIR. To which I was told "No matter what the circumstances, all sales are final".
So I'm thinking at this point that I've just gotten an incompetent customer service rep or something, and asked (actually had to ask around 5 times) to please speak to a manager. Finally got one on the phone, and he told me the SAME THING! I finally gave up and called my credit card company, told them the story and they reversed the charges.
So if you order sale items from them, be aware you're stuck with them...even if they send you the complete wrong thing! Thanks for letting me vent!
