More than half of roller shade order was for reverse roll. Everything sent was standard roll. returned wrong shades and got identical standard roll again. Complained, but got lip service instead. They said just turn roll around but brackets don't allow that. They refused to do anything. There is no such thing as reverse roll. Very poor service and they don't make shades only act as go between.
