I have never come across a downtown while using jumplaunch as my hosting company. I was worried at first about using jumplaunch because they are still a relatively new company. As time goes on, I am very satisfied with the level of service and performance that jumplaunch offers.

Jumplaunch offerred to do my web hosting for $4.95/month.Then i was billed $118.95.When i questioned it they said it was for 2yrs hosting.I asked for a refund under their 30 day money back guarantee and was given $6.95.I compained to the BBB who could not get in touch with them...Beware!!
