Josten's yearbook prices are ridiculously high (ESPECIALLY, the $6 extra bucks they charge to put your kids name on it - should be included given the high price of their standard yearbook). Myself and a few other parents are planning to speak at an upcoming school board meeting to request that they entertain the idea of using a more affordable company next year. If they change, Josten's will lose about $600K in sales for our Parish (Ascension Parish, LA). Lots of parents in our area are struggling right now due to the economy so I find it very sad that this company has chosen to up their prices yet again. I mean come on, for $40+, they should at least put our kid's names on them.

I agree, we are all having a hard time making ends meet with three children who would like to have their yearbooks. Since we had to wait to get their Christmas money from family memebrs to purchase them it is horrible. The price went from $40 if you purchased the year book at the beginning of the school year to $85 if you bought at this time!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Don't they gety that we are in a recession!!!!

Everything was TOO EXPENSIVE. My daughter is a senior and we are having trouble making ends meet, with having to buy her gown, cap, a car, the bills, and everything else. But we can't just let her walk without everything.

In Salinas Ca., I called 5 times, they never returned my calls. Very bad customer service, I can't even talk to anyone. I ordered a key ring for $8.00 only and they charged a full fee of $9.95 for handling and delivery. Imagine an $8.00 product they put $9.00 charges for delivery. NOT GOOD. NOT HAPPY.

Horrible customer service, if they promise you something by a certain date, they won't deliver.
Bought a ring, finally received it after it being a month overdue, paid for it. A month later they shipped another ring to me and decided to go ahead and take another payment for it.
If you buy something from them, WRITE A CHECK. That way they can't dip into your bank account or credit card for more money!!!
