Joann Store in Independence, Missouri has a sorry staff of bottom of the barrel employees, especially the store manager. What an obnoxious hog! It is obvious employees hate working there, roll their eyes, sigh a lot. I get as little as I can in as little time as it can possibly take and then get out of the store as fast as possible. Where do you get these people? Homeless shelters? Bars?

I was looking for a "lawn flag" for a friend's wedding. I stopped in Joann's on Forest Avenue in Staten Island. A young woman was putting the trim in order and I asked about wedding related trim- she asked me what specifically I needed and after thinking for a second took me over to the fabric department and pulled out a beautiful fabric with wedding dresses all over it. Problem solved, Her name is Alee and she's the Manager there. p.s. the "lawn flag" came out beautiful. Send Alee my thanks!
