JTV is not the place to shop. These people are frauds and rip-offs. They will say anything to get you to buy, then when there's a problem, they lie and cheat. I have been ripped off by the auction site also. The last year has been the worst at JTV, these people are rude and just plain liars. I will no longer be shopping there.

I purchased a black and white diamond ring from Jewelry Television on May 22,2009. The diamonds were cloudy and the ring looked cheap. I retured the ring on June 4, 2009 and of course expected a credit on my statement. When the credit did not appear I called the business office and was advised they had no record of a credit. I then in turn called Customer Service at JTV and was advised the package was not received. On July 8, 2009 I retured a call from Albena and spoke to Henry. Henry advised me that the package was received and was empty. I was advised to fax proof of insurance and show POD for order number 57928651, Attention Correspondance which I did on July 6, 2009 and received confirmation that my fax was received. On July 10, 2009 I called Customer Service again and was advised that Alvena comes in late and the insurance forms would be mailed to me on July 10, 2009. When I had not received the claim forms by July 21, 2009 I called Customer Service again and spoke with Jim. Jim advised they had found all the papers and they would file the claim for me with the post office. I received a check from the U S Postal Service dated August 10, 2009 for $100.00. At this point I called Customer Service again and Jim was not so nice this time. He told me I would have to deal with the post office. So I call the U S Postal Service on August 14, 2009 and spoke with Mary and was advised the claim was filed for $299.00, however no proof of insurance supported the claim and a letter was sent to Stacy Kirby, 190 Hatfield Rd, Knoxville, Tn. 37922 on August 7, 2009 and I was told that I need a copy of this letter in order to receive the balance of $199.00. I then called Customer Service again and asked to speak to Stacy Kirby which of course I was told there was no way I could speak to her but Jeff (the rep that I spoke with) told me he would send her an e-mai and she would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. To this day I am still waiting for Stacy Kirby to call me. There are other conversations before today but Albena called me today and told me I was compensated for the amount I paid for the ring. Needless to say I lost my temper and I told her I would contact my attorney which I will do on Monday. Jewelry Television is a rip off and the employees that work there are no better including the executives. I would advise any one who plans to shop JTV to think twice before doing so. I would like to mention JTV refuses to send me a copy of the letter from the U S Postal Service.

I have been a jtv shopper for 3yrs. and really enjoyed it until 09 when everthing changed and sadly not for the better.I can understand their prices going up,but they have really left the little guy/woman far behind. with our country in dyer strates they come ouT with 2 new credit cards,gee just what this country does not need,MORE CREDIT.I purchased three NATURAL champagne diamond rings and the stones in all three rings turned WHITE. Ofcourse they have denied this even after my sending them the ring to look at.This has become an on going battle with jtv,still not resolved. Has anyone else had this problem with their fancy colored diamonds???? Maybe this is why they dont have a blog for the good,bad and the ugly !!!!!!! posted

WARNING Do not shop JTV. They mislead the customers. They say that their overlay items are above the industry standards. According to them 25mils is the standard in the industry, meaning the item has 25 layers or dipped 25 times in gold. I purchased an item that the host said was dipped 120 times or more! Huh, after owning the pc. for 1 month and only wearing it a few times, the gold was falling off. I have items bought at discount stores that still have the gold on them and they are over 2 yrs. old. How can they say that this was dipped 120x's or 200x's? Do they really know? Also, they sell you watches that come with dead batteries, or are running, no tab in place, and die in 2-3 weeks. What happened to the tabs? Are we buying used items? They say gold is gold, not true, most of the 14kt gold I have gotten from them is now dull, scratched to the hilt, etc. and these are items that are only worn here and there. The only gold that still looks like gold are the items that I have not worn or have worn only 1 or 2 x's. Also do not shop their auction site. They like to cancell items that you win that are relatively expensive and you get a good deal on. This just happened to me again. They use excuse after excuse. Please Shop Elsewhere, you will be glad you did!!!

I'm a frequent shopper of JTV have been in general satisfied with with orders from them. I enjoy wearing different jewelry so their prices really help me.

JewelryTelevision.com has an excellent selection of jewelry. I trust them because they seem to be a reputable company, plus they have good prices. It's fun just to "window shop" there, but I would surely purchase from them again.

I would say for the price you get a good deal and when you do get something that needs to be returned, customer service does a great job. I would give customer service 5 stars and the jewelry 3 to 4 stars, but you have to consider the price.
