DON'T DO IT

PLEASE think twice before using this company. Especially via Groupon. I purchased a Groupon with them on March 28th, and it is April 23rd- still no product!

I contacted them several times, only to get the same response "it's on it's way".. UPS never takes 4 weeks to ship something from the states.

Their lack of apology or interest in me and the money I had already spent is appalling and I wish it on no one else.

    Christmas card using Groupon

    Was excited to find this Groupon offering a great deal on holiday cards. Ordered my cards weeks ago. FINALLY received them today (4 mailing days before Christmas). I had been checking on the status and was informed that they were swamped with all the orders and it was taking longer than expected...plus Groupon customers were being given lowest priority. AND my pictures came out blurry...certainly not what they looked like when I submitted the order. I'm so disappointed and will never order from them again.

    Absolutely terrible customer service and performance, do not take a risk with this company. I ordered holiday cards in plenty of time to allow for their "4-5 day" turnaround. Just found out on Dec. 21 that they never processed my cards. Their reply was that they were willing to give me a refund without charging me a cancellation fee (how generous of them) or get my cards out to me on the 24th, which is too late. The customer service rep put me on hold to talk to the owner to see if there was anything else they could do for me, she came back and said "no" - apparently this is a family-owned business where the family does not care!!!

    Christmas Cards NO SHOW!!!!

    I was very excited to see that there was a Groupon for this so of course I got one. I even paid a photographer to take the pictures for my Christmas cards. I placed my order Dec. 6th 2012 and they were supposed to be shipped by the 20th, cutting it close but still enough time right??? WRONG!!!! Here it is January 4th 2012 and still no Christmas cards, no response to several emails, and me out of the the money I spent. I AM LIVID!!!!!!!

    Christmas cards using Groupon

    I ordered cards on December 5th. Instructions said cards would be shipped within 7-10 days. I sent an e-mail asking about the status of the cards since 2 weeks had passed. Finally, got a response today and according to the tracking no. provided my cards will arrive on Christmas Eve. I sent Groupon an e-mail over 24 hours ago and have yet to hear back from them. Shame on Groupon for allowing this company to take advantage of consumers. I want my money back!

    Thank you for your feedback! Per the terms of the Groupon, orders take 7-10 business days in-house before they ship out, then there is shipping time. I apologize for any confusion or delay.     SAME THING happened to me!!! Horrible horrible company!!! I just wrote to Groupon about this problem as well. And just because we orderd it through Groupon does not mean that we should be taken advantage of or being bottom of the list!!! They never get respond to my emails, no one is ever on live chat and no one ever answers the phone!? WTF is that about???!!! Mine now says it will arrive on the 26th! What the hell do I want with my Christmas cards coming after Christmas??!! Im LIVID!!!

    Stay away! I really wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing these cards. I placed my order on November 24th and have yet to receive anything! Customer service is a joke and have told me nothing besides my order will be shipped "this week" for the past 2 weeks. I'm pretty certain that I will not be receiving my cards before the holidays.

    Bad service

    I ordered a set of Christmas card using an Amazon deal. Two weeks later and I still did not received a shipping confirmation. Contacted the company and they said they were going to ship the following week but that was a lie, it took an extra week. The cards are still not delivered. The company shut down the phone and the live chat due to the high volume according to them so there is no way to contact them. I commented on their facebook page with some other customers about the service. So now they enable the comments on their facebook page, removed all the unhappy comments and left the good one. I am really disappointed.

    I'm in the same boat...except my cards were finally delivered and they are another family's! Google them...I did the other day and again today. ,seems like their bad reviews have all been scrubbed!

    Waste of Time and Money

    I hate this company! My wife bought a $20 voucher which was to have purchased 75 Christmas cards. So, I went online and selected a card design (which, by the way, was VERY difficult since the designs are almost all too LOUD or awkward; and too many with "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas"). Then, I added a photo of my kids. I typed in our names, then clicked to the next step. A little message above an icon (with a tiny little 'x; in it) gave a message: "Your card looks magnificent!" Alas, there was no card. No picture of my children. So, I called the toll-free number. Busy. Called again. Again, and again, and again. At least 25 times during business hours. MAN, they must be busy as HECK, or it's a one-person operation. They're just too dang busy to answer my call and way too busy to respond to my e-mails (there were 4 of those).

    All-around bad experience. And--they have my $20. What a scam.

    I could have printed these suckers myself on my Epson. Jeez...my 9-year-old could design better cards, anyhow. What a joke.

    Still Nothing After More Than 20 DAys!

    I wish I found this site before I bought their Groupon. I bought their deal for 75 Christmas Cards the day after Thanksgiving and still have yet to receive them. Two weeks ago I sent a polite email asking when they would ship and got no response. Last week I called their customer service number and there is a message on it that they are too busy and to contact by email. Beginning of this week I sent a pissed off email and got a response that they were really busy and they would ship before Christmas. What good is a Christmas card after the holiday has passed? Terrible service, if they can't handle the orders then they shouldn't be issuing a Groupon. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR HOLIDAY CARDS!!!

    No Christmas Cards

    I purchases some Christmas Cards on InvitationBox.com using a Groupon Deal. I guess the deal was too good to be true. My order was placed on December 2nd. Today is December 16th and I have heard nothing about my order since then. I expected to receive my cards by now so I could have them sent out before the Holidays. Now it will be impossible to have them sent out on time. I attempted to call their customer service number only to be met with a message that stated due to high call volumes they have stopped answering phones, but they suggest I e-mail. I have sent two e-mails to Customer Support with no reply. I will never order from this company again.

    Absolutely Terrible

    This company is a joke... I got a coupon for discounted Christmas cards, the only problem was that I had tons of problems making the cards online. Then when I called for customer support (multiple times) NOBODY ANSWERED. Stay away from this company!

    Same Story as Every Other Review

    My story appears to be the same as everyone else's. I bought a Groupon. I ordered my cards before Christmas. After two weeks, I emailed the company to ask about the status of my cards. The next day my cards shipped. Two days after that I received a reply telling me that I could now log in to look at the status of my order (which is not something I asked about in my email). A week later, I'm still waiting for my order. Terrible experience.

    Horrible

    The worst experience ever! Ordered holiday cards in November and now it is Dec 16 and no cards. No response to my emails to customer service and they disconnected the phone. I wish I had read reviews before placing the order. BEWARE.

    This company is a scam

    Like everyone else, I ordered cards per an Amazon Local offer and since placing my order cannot get any information about my order. Company's voicemail says it is after hours at ALL times. Have sent several emails with only automated and useless responses. This is a scam -- consumer fraud division of the attorney general's office will be notified as will the BBB. You all should do the same as there is power in numbers.

    Would give a zero if possible. Rudest customer service people I have ever experienced (and that is saying a lot!) - Company lies and cheats its customers, products are sub-par, the list goes on. There are way too many similar companies out there with similar products to EVER deal with Invitation Box. Stay away!

    Late and discolored - no call back from customer service reps

    My invites were not received as promised by your representative upon ordering and when I finally did receive them (5 days before party) they were terribly discolored. My daughter's photo had a reddish orange tint and was blotchy. The original photo that I uploaded is not discolored in any way. I contacted your customer service twice, once via email and once via phone, with no response. The rep I spoke to aknowledged the issues with my invitations, said she would "look into it" and never called me back. I would never order here again. I have never had a bad experience with other invite/greeting card orders through your competitors. I paid $60+ for invites that came too late to be sent out to our guests and look terrible.

    WORST COMPANY EVER

    IF I could give them a "0" I would but the lowest I could give through this site is 1. They do not respond to emails, they do not answer calls.

    Purchased deal through amazon local who is aware of the issue. Order placed on Dec 2nd nothing yet and it is december 17. kiss my money goodbye. Shame on them for taking on this many orders when clearly they are unable to fulfill and they are still advertising 30% off for placing xmas card orders. Why don't you first print the orders you have. Shame on Amazon Local for allowing this to go on and not have any resolution in place for its customers. The only advice offered to me is email them. which I had several times with no response.

    Stay away!

    Ordered christmas cards Dec 1. It's now the z14th and I haven't heard a thing. They don't return my emails and they don't answer the phone. It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish i read the reviews first. This company makes its $ by getting as many orders as possible and then shutting off the phone so u have no way of complaining.

    I wish I had read these reviews first. The Amazon Local coupon was too good to be true. Horrible customer service- no one on the chat help, no one answering the phone and no confirmation of an order. Call Amazon Local and tell them about your experience

    I had the same experience with them. Ordered cards on 11/30 and cannot get any response from the company as to the status of the order. My wife was on hold for over an hour and gave up - it appears they have removed the online chat function as well that others are referring to.

    WARNING: BAD SERVICE AND NO PRODUCTS RECEIVED!

    I used a Groupon, have so happily for hundreds of products, so thought this was a great deal. Paid $34.99 for 110 holiday cards. Cheap right? NOT if you don't get your order in time! Emailed them about 8 times, initially told "your cards look fantastic!." Cards ordered on Dec 2, today is Dec 18, no cards :( (and I even paid extra for faster shipping then was offered by the Groupon voucher, but this did not help at all). They have not answered my last 3 emails requesting a refund. I am not optimistic that they will at any time actually. They ruined a very special tradition of sending out holiday cards. Now I'm late and have to try to do it at Costco, at least I can get my cards the next day there. I will never use Invitationbox.com again, would never recommend using them, and will pay more money for better service next time. They took my money, still no delivery, and does not seem like they will refund my money, but I'm posting my experience here so you don't have to be taken advantage of either.

    Don't Use!!!

    I too was thrilled to find this company on Groupon. It took a month to get my order. I had 5 days to get them out before Christmas. I wish I had of found this site with reviews before I made a purchase with them. Use <a href="http://www.coolcomputing.com/d/shutterfly.com.html">Shutterfly</a>!! I used them the previous year and received my order within days, even during the holidays.

    Be forewarned of "Self assembly...Die Cut invitations" It leaves you with ragged edge to the card that looks so sloppy and unprofessional. I was so disappointed and embarrassed of theses very expensive, yet cheap looking cards I had to send to my guests. I have always loved their high quality products and great customer service...but this time both dropped the ball and they lost a great customer with a big mouth.

    Never use them - can not be trusted

    I am reasonable person, with reasonable expectations. I have documented 7 broken promises of delivery dates by this company. they have taken my money and won't respond to any emails and no longer list their phone number on their website. awful company - hopefully they will be out of business by next year. Please listen to everyone else that has a negative experience with them - they can't be trusted and their word is no good.

    They're still in business in 2014 --- and Groupon is still selling their garbage. They did much the same thing to me this year. I ordered Christmas cards on 11-11, paid for them and got an e-mail acknowledgement. Didn't get anything. When I check yesterday .. they said there was a QA issue and I'd be getting them today. Today has just about come and gone and nothing. :) Nice people ---

    Do NOT use this company

    Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from Invitation Box. I ordered birthday invitations for my daughter's 2nd birthday on November 25th and on December 20th I still do not have them or a status on my order. There is no phone number listed on their site and the one I found via google had a message stating they do not take phone calls.

    I have written 10 emails to them and just get generic emails back saying my order will ship and be received by Christmas. The last email I received said if I ordered before 12/2 my order would be received by Christmas. I would hope so that would be 5 weeks from when I ordered. I will never use them again! I am sure the invites will even look good...if I ever get them. Would request my money back, but who would I call to do so...I hope this saves someone else from ordering from them. Use shutterfly!

    Extremely poor customer service. By the time they return your call, you are already two days behind. A "rush" order, does not end up rushed any faster than what they should do without rush. Is 72 hours after 2 phone calls and 2 emails a rush? I was pleased with how they did the wording and layout on the invite, but the paper quality was not good. For the price, they suck. Next time I will go back and use vistaprint again or one of the other websites.

    Christmas Cards a No Show

    Bought an Amazon Local certificate for 110 cards and placed our Christmas card order on 11/24 (#100021090) for delivery to Ojai, CA. Tried to contact Invitation Box mid December to check on the order status and that's when I discovered that they don't actually answer their customer service phone number, they just direct you to use e-mail. After inquiring about my order via e-mail, the response I received was generic and non-committal (cards will be delivered before Christmas).

    Well, the cards have not been delivered in time to send out and I received UPS notification on Sat 12/21 that the cards will be delivered 12/26. So much for sending out Christmas cards this year.

    I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Invitation Box. Until reading this site, I was giving the company the benefit of the doubt, small company overwhelmed with Amazon/Groupon orders.. Apparently though, this happened last season as well - so they should have anticipated the increased demand and prepared accordingly.

    Total fail on Invitation Box's part bordering on fraudulent. Since they didn't actually deliver a product in time, I would have given 0 stars, but that wasn't an option. I will be working with Amazon to get my money back and will, at every opportunity, warn people away from Invitation Box. Complete scam.

    Bought: 110 Christmas Cards. Website stated that if ordered by 12/2 cards would be delivered in time for Christmas

    How can GROUPON allow scam like this

    Guys, this is extremely disappointing!

    Every year I have sent Xmas cards using different providers like Tiny Prints, Shutterfly, never an issue. This time around I decided to go through Groupon since I bought few good deals during 2013... Well NOT This one, I placed the order from Groupon on 12/6 and never received my cards (OK is now 12/22 - what am I supposed to mail when?) -- what pisses me off, is that I could have known this in advance and I wouldn't mind spending whatever I spend last years to get my cards and be able to ship them to my friends and family, instead I was hopeful they will come tomorrow, and I'm not here way too late to get something of quality like I should wanted.

    As for ME is concerned, I learned my lesson, never ever use Invitation Box, and never ever use Groupon again - what a bad scam, and what a way to ruin Christmas for people that care about mailing cards around.

    Up to their old tricks

    I feel sorry we didn't read these reviews before getting rolled by these frauds. Every experience I read on here sounds so heart-breakingly familiar. Ordered our cards on the 29th of November, were in Kentucky (according to FedEx) on the 18th of December (!!!) Then today (Sunday 12/21), effectively 2 business days before Christmas, FedEx shows "not available" shipping status. I should have these jerks call everyone on my Christmas card list and tell them why they aren't getting one from us! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read these reviews and reflect upon them before purchasing from Invitation Box!!

    First time I won't be sending Xmas cards because of these idiots! So frustrating!
    It is soo disappointing to not have cards before Christmas. Lesson learned... If its too good to be true, it is!! Never again!

    NEVER order from this company

    I really wish I had read these before I bought the Groupon. I ordered on December 1st - it's now the 18th and still no cards even though i paid extra to have them earlier! No customer service or chat option on their website shows they have had so many complaints that they can't keep up. I've also received NO RESPONSE to any email or letter I've sent to get my money back. DO NOT BUY and save yourself the disappointment!

    Horrible Customer Service!!

    Christmas cards ordered Dec. 3rd using a Groupon; I have called and emailed numerous times only to receive generic auto replies via email and unable to reach anyone via phone. Finally ordered photo cards from Costco so our recipients would receive Christmas cards BEFORE Christmas. Emailed invitation box today to let them know not to even bother and within an hour received an actual response giving me a ticket number and letting me know they cancelled my order. No apology, nothing! Will pay full price with Minted.com or Shutterfly before I ever buy from this company again. What a joke.

    The website wouldn't accept a 10% off coupon code that was still showing on their website as being valid and not yet expired. When I called customer service she wouldn't do anything to help me. If you advertise a promotion, you need to follow through! Classic bait and switch. Very disappointed in the company and the customer service I received.

    TERRIBLE

    I purchased an Invitation Box stamper through Amazon Prime on 3/14/. The turnover was 2.5 weeks to make; I needed it within 6 weeks, so I assumed I was fine.

    About 4 weeks after ordering I still had not received or heard anything about my stamper- I contacted Invitation Box via email. I got an automated email saying I should hear a response within 1-2 days. A week goes by and I still have not heard from them. I found a contact number and called. The lady informs me that my package was shipped that day (4/21) and I should receive it the next day.

    When I receive my stamper, I notice it says "Skylar & Laura". My fiance's name is "Skyler." I looked to see if I typed it wrong and in clear letters it shows I did not. I have to send my invites out by 4/26. I contact them and talk to a woman named "Lisa." I assume they can rush make and deliver me a new stamper- no. They outsource through a company in Canada and they can't rush order I should be able to get a new one in 5 weeks.

    Clearly, that is not an option because my invites need to be sent out. "Lisa" offers to have the company make me envelopes with our return address stamped on them. I was quite hesitant about this because we paid a lot of extra money for high quality envelopes and invites. She ensured me that the envelopes would be great quality and said they SHOULD be lined. I told her the envelope size (5x7) and she said they would ship next day.

    Today, I received the envelopes and they are literally transparent- you can read every word on my invite through it. I call to see if they can send me labels or do something else and "Lisa" informs me that they, "...have done enough on our end and you're out of options." I asked about their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" they have posted and she said they've tried... Great guarantee!

    Now I am stuck with Dollar Store quality envelopes to send my custom-made, high quality invitations in. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Read all the other reviews!

    Absolutely Terrible!

    I ordered Holiday cards from Invitation Box for the first time due to an Amazon Local offer I received via e-mail. I ordered the cards on December 2nd and was given a quote time of 7-10 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping based on the shipping method I chose. On December 20th I had still not received an e-mail reporting shipment confirmation. At this time I contacted customer service via e-mail which is the preferred method according to the website and was given a response time of 1 business day. Two days later I had not received a response and decided to find a customer service phone number to call. The recording asked that you submit inquiries online and then disconnected not even giving you a chance to speak with a representative. At this time I submitted another online inquiry asking them to refund my purchase amount including the Amazon Local coupon amount and cancel my order. The 23rd of December I finally got an e-mailed response that they would refund my total and cancel my order but would not refund the amount that I spent with Amazon Local and that this would take 5-10 business days. I received the cards we ordered on December 25th after they "cancelled" my order. On January 4th I have still not received my refund and had to submit yet another online inquiry. I will never use nor recommend this company again!

    Terrible Customer Service

    I bought a coupon through a local Amazon deal and then ordered my cards by Dec 2 and was guaranteed to have my cards before Dec 25th. My first problems began when making the cards. I could not get a hold on anyone on the live chat on live and eventually that was pulled off the website and I could not get anyone on the phone - I either got a recording telling me what the hours were or a recording telling me to call back as they were unable to take my call at that time due to high volume. I would email to ask questions and the answers I received would take a couple days and never fully addressed all my questions. There was no way to edit the pictures once I had uploaded them like other sites I have been on so that limited what pictures I could use. Then after I submitted my order I rec'd no confirmation that my order was rec'd. I actually put in two orders - one from my email address and one from my husband's email address. My husband received a confirmation and I did not. To get any answers by email was so hard. Then about a week before Christmas we received an e-mail from the company apologizing for their poor service and they realized they had let their customers down and were very sorry and so on and so on. And they gave us a coupon to be used by Dec 31, 2013. Who would want to order more cards by the end of 2013 when we hadn't even rec'd our original order. I wasn't sure if this meant that my original order wasn't even going to come and so emailed them and they assured me they were on the way. I rec'd one order Dec 24. Wow - great timing to send out Christmas cards - and the next order was rec'd Dec 26. I wrote them and asked for my money back on that order b/c I didn't receive them by Dec 25th as promised. Technically, I did receive the other order though it was a bit late. I still have not heard - just some automated reply about how busy they are. I would NEVER use this company again and will suggest that to Amazon that they don't promote them.

    Ordered over 3 weeks ago, still no cards

    After receiving two emails, first indicating that they will attempt to ship all cards by Christmas, and a second as an apology for the delay with a complimentary order for New Years cards, I still to this day have not received the cards. I even ordered 20 backup cards to send out, hoping the cards would come at least by today. It's now the 26th and still no sign of the cards. Very disappointed.

They reply with a generic message stating they are on the way, but nothing has arrived. Do not use this company! Horrible, horrible customer service!!

    Make sure you proof your items CAREFULLY

    Ultimately, the responsibility is mine....I ordered a number of invitations/save the date/reception/return envelopes - about 6 total orders. One of the return self addressed envelopes zip code had a number missing (that I discovered AFTER they were mailed out) and the print was in the wrong color. I also had envelopes missing return address address. All of these were my responsibility to check, but since I had had used IB before and never had any issues, I did not proof carefully. Otherwise they do a nice job.

    Goodness shame on me for not googling reviews for groupon invitation box! I cannot believe they do this year after year. It truly is a scam. I placed my order for Christmas cards on 11-12-14, it is now 12-10-14 and still no cards nor an answer as to when I will receive them. I have placed emails and calls with no response. They said 2-3 weeks for order to ship, it been almost a MONTH!! I am stuck as I don't know whether to wait or order cards from someone else. Lots of stress not worth it, would never buy a groupon again. If its too good to be true it probably is. Bad deal do not order from them....

    Please -- I'm warning you, this company is a scam. Ordered Christmas cards on December 3, they didn't arrive until Dec. 24. Thanks a lot. Quality was so bad (couldn't read the text) that we just tossed them. No refund given. Four email communications; only one answered that said 'cards have been shipped' -- on December 12. Worst company ever. Scam. Contact BBB and get this company on their list.

    Be careful and order a sample. The descriptions are not accurate on the web site at all. I ordered a blank invite and it stated light blue on the description and it came as turquoise. When I called customer service they were willing to return it and make an exception but they were unwilling to split the shipping charges with me. I would have paid more in shipping than what the invites cost me. The customer service representative was unwilling to do anything for me. She basically told me that if I wanted an exchange they would do that and have a nice day. I would NOT order from this site.

    Same sad story-ordered Christmas cards on Dec. 3rd, tried to get order update. Contacted "customer service" via e-mail twice and got no response. Yesterday got a shipping notice from Fedex to expect a package today. 2 days after Christmas and 24 days after ordering. Thanks. Merry Christmas.     Horrible service - Dont't buy your cards from this site

    I used a Groupon to order my Christmas cards in Nov 30. They said 2.5 weeks. The cards were shipped on December 21 to arrive in the24th. Worst part is the non-existent customer service. Because it was a Groupon, I couldn't track the order on the site. I sent two emails, no response. Called the company and got a recording that they were too busy to answer, try again later. After 5pm, the new recording said call between 9 and 5. This company is no bargain at any price - even if they were free!

    Same story as everyone else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I feel like a stalker trying to get information on my order status. I still have no idea where my Christmas cards are. I'm sure it will be just as much of a process to get my money back. I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

    I am sick to my stomach that I did not see this website sooner! I ordered Christmas cards on Nov. 23rd, it's now December 16th and I do not have Christmas cards. I tried calling the company several times and no one is available to take my call. I tried their live chat, but no one is available there either. I have sent several emails and have gotten no response. After reading this website I am SHOCKED that Groupon still offers deals with this company. STAY. AWAY!

    I really should have read the customer reviews on this company before purchasing the Groupon for a custom banded stamp. We wanted to use it for our Christmas card envelopes. It was ordered on the 11th of November and it is now the 12th of December and there's still no product. As well, I called two weeks ago and opened a ticket, a guess what....no follow-up. I've since tried calling and only receive a message. I tried live chat and there's a message that no one is available. I've tried email and there is no response. Lastly, I just completed their online form and I'm sure I won't receive anything from them via that communication line either. It's really too bad. They look like they have great products and I was looking to purchase more items from them. I'm well past that now.

    We purchased Christmas cards from Invitation Box through Groupon on 11/15/2014, and the order (Order # 736074) was confirmed stating we would receive our cards in about 2.5 weeks. 12/09/2014-still no cards. We have emailed (reply said we would have to wait 2 business days), called (can't leave a message), tried to use the online chat (it is disabled).

    I am very, very disappointed that this company won't reply. Even if they were overloaded because of the Groupon, they could still communicate and provide a status.

    Only time in 20 years I haven't sent Xmas cards...

    I was thrilled by the Groupon for Invitation Box. I got the kids & husband together for the annual photo shoot. I cropped, I uploaded, I perfected wordings. I ordered 150 cards on 11/26 & then I waited. And I waited. And I called but the recording said they were too busy to tasked calls. I called Groupon. They told me to email. I did & got an auto reply saying that someone would get back to me. No one did. On 12/24 I left for vacation. No cards had been sent. I felt awful...and awfully angry. When I returned on 1/3 my cards were on my porch. They were ok. Printed on photo paper & not on card stock as I'd expected. The New Years cards I ordered at the last minute from Costco were nicer than what I received from Invitation Box. Horrible service & mediocre prodruct.

    I purchased a Groupon for 110 Christmas Cards for $34.95. I ordered them on Dec 6th and received them Dec 30th...5 days AFTER Christmas. Really? I will not be ordering from Invitation Box again and I hope that Groupon will not advertise their "deals" again.
