Have an apple iPhone and they helped me install a SIP client and account for use in Europe. My calls were forwarded from my AT&T number to InTouch's network and my phone rang overseas. Saved us a bundle of money and worked on 3G.

No response no satisfaction

My son and I tried many times to get the prepaid chip to work for my trip to Austrailia. It never worked over $50 plus expedited shipping. I sent it back emailed, called, etc. no response I'm out $80 and no offer to even exchange the chip. Stay away

    Extremely poor customer service

    I ordered a cell phone & smartforward service on 5/5/2012. The site advertises 5 - 7 business days for shipping, but I have not received the product as of yet. I have called and left a message 3 times, and emailed twice, but no response. I finally had to contact american express and dispute the charge, as I won't pay for something that I haven't received. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

    I travel overseas quite a bit and was extremely pleased with the service I received from this company. They helped me save a great deal of money of using AT&T. They walked me through the steps to purchase a SIM and helped me set up my phone with their discount SIM card. I saved over $100 vs using my AT&T service and look forward to using the same SIM the next time I travel.

    Unsubstantiated charging

    Countless problems and questionable charging. Intouch took 5 weeks to get to get sim to me upon threat to cancel cc charge. Service did not work as indicated, throughout Europe and Asia had to add *146*number# for their dial back service to work ie had to modify every contact number to work.

    Service overcharged so much our Bank suspended the Credit card on suspect fraudulent activity. Calls went to voice-mail and emails requests for accounting for charging over 14 days were entirely ignored. Bank had to close cc to prevent further charging.

    Total debits paid by Bank US$729 Total stopped fraudulent debits US$702.91 including the nuisance of replacing Credit cards to prevent future activity.

    Pros:
  • The sim could be used in most countries to make and receive calls and data however latest Samsung and HTC Android phones needed manual config to find frequency and available networks.
  • Cons:
  • Absolutely no accounting for calls + data or charging.Pathetic response to calls and voice-mail plus sms and emails

    Can I not go lower that a 1? I got a Costa Rican card from them for my unlocked iphone. It didn't work at all. when I emailed from CR they gave me other numbers to try and when that didn't work they stopped responding to me! and now I want my money back, and ya, u guessed it, no response.

    So I just got a local chip from the airport w/ service for $17.00. The card rates r actually cheaper they these fools. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

    I was totally ripped off by this company to the tune of $277. The phone did not work at all in Europe. I was told upon return I would receive a complete refund if I returned the phone which I did. Now I have been strung along for 4 months by Darren who always told me he'd let accounting know, blah blah blah. I called 7 times. The last time he asked why I didn't just report the problem to American Express and let them deal with it. That way I would get my money back with interest. I thought this was very odd. Now I know why. When I called American Express they informed me there was a 60 day limit on refunds and that Darren and company probably knew this and were stringing me along until the time was up. I have filed a report with the US Better Business Bureau and plan to do the same with the Virginia state attorney general's office if BBB can't help. But I desperately want to warn everyone not to touch this product.
