Even after my ING Direct Complaint to the BBB didn't help in getting a fee reversed that was their fault. I'm moving my money out of there- I mean their interest rate isn't all that anyways. HSBC Direct, WAMU Online Savings, and FNBO Direct all offer much higher rates.
