Very Dissatisfied

$75 I will never see again. I wish I would have looked at reviews first. Seemed like a great way to send a gift card online. Seems like your recipient can just print off and use, but instead they accept it and the company will send in the mail. My recipient never received, or it must have looked like junk mail and was disposed of. I then had to jump through hoops to send in notarized affidavit so that they would resend the card. That one never made it either. They refused to send another, stating it was at their expense. What a mistake. I suggest you buy your gift cards at your local grocery store and mail them to your client or family.

Cons:
  • Never received
  • Hard to recover
  • Not convenient as advertised

    Mike,
Sorry to see that you were dissatisfied - especially since we are in business to deliver smiles. The advantage of sending an iCARD Gift Card versus purchasing a gift card off the rack is that it lets your recipient choose the gift card(s) they want. We carry hundreds of top brands like iTunes, Starbucks, and Macy's. Some cards are electronic and delivered by email. Others are plastic and delivered by mail. Again, the recipient can choose what they like. If the recipient chooses a plastic card and it is lost in the mail, we ask them to complete an affidavit stating they did not receive the card before we send out a second one. We do this as the cards are active at the time of mailing and being resent at iCARD's expense. Our policy allows for re-sending a card once upon confirming the mailing address via an affidavit. Additionally, all cards are scanned in our system so we have proof of mailing. As good as the US postal system is, unfortunately envelopes do occasionally get lost in the mail or accidentally thrown away. To avoid problems with mail, a recipient always has the option to select an electronic card. Sorry again for your dissatisfaction.

AVOID! Poor service - more trouble than it is worth.

    Order 184*****

Do not give these people your business. Customer service is horrible. I never got my card and worst of all this was my christmas "gift" last year.

So I called them to remedy and basically was blamed through the whole call my the manager of how this was all my fault. They never took any responsibility for not double checking the address they have on file with the one I provided on the affidavit. Gee wouldnt that be the number one reason why things get lost in the mail? Sounds like poor internal processes and systems are the main issue.

AVOID!More trouble than it is worth.

    Hi Annie,
Sorry to hear you did not receive your card. That's very frustrating especially as it was a Christmas gift purchased for you. The redemption process involves you selecting a merchant. Some of the merchants offer a physical card that is mailed, others an electronic one that is emailed. In the case of a plastic card, you need to provide us your mailing address so we can send the card to you. We rely on the address you have provided for delivery. If the address is not correct, the card will be misdirected. The affidavit process affords the intended recipient the opportunity to request the card be resent. Each affidavit is carefully reviewed prior to a decision being made. Because cards are active at the time of mailing, the expense of re-sending a card is on iCARD. As a result, if an incorrect mailing address was provided --or the address on the affidavit is different than the one originally provided --our policy does not allow us to resend a card. Again, sorry for frustration.

    Customer Service

After receiving a card from here for my birthday, I tried to redeem it on a online website. I called customer service for help and spoke to a woman named Debbie. She was unbelievably rude. hung up on me, I asked for her boss she responded I am the boss! What a joke! I called back again to ask for corporate and she told me they will no longer be sending me a gift card, and refunded the money back to the person that bought it for me! Never buy from this place, they are scam artists.

    Pros:
  • Nothing at all.

  • Customer service

    Amy,
I apologize for any rude behavior on behalf of our customer service representatives. That is never acceptable. Our customer service reps work hard to keep our customers satisfied. Unlike other products purchased online, our gift always involves both a purchaser and a recipient. Having two parties in the transaction translates into the potential for more customer issues. Our reps are trained to determine who is online and determine the problem so as to quickly help them. Because we sell a "cash equivalent" product, or "financial instrument", our site is often targeted by fraudsters using stolen credit cards. If our representative suspects fraud or encounters an unruly customer, their only recourse is to cancel the transaction. Unfortunately, online fraudsters cause harm to everyone who shops online, not just to the person from whom they have stolen the credit card info. We apologize if your transaction was mistakenly canceled, and again, rude behavior on the part of a customer service rep is never acceptable.
Almost the EXACT same thing happened to me.

    Worst gift ever

I got this gift card June 15. It's July 13 and this is my second attempt to redeem it, and still nothing. First they were out of PF Changs for 2 weeks, so I cancelled. Now, I've waited over 2 weeks for Maggianos. I asked them to just tell me what they have that's in stock, instead of making me play these waiting games, but they said they do not have a list of their inventory, so I just have to keep trying till I find a something they actually have stock of. I guess the scam is they wear you out so you just give up and they get to keep the money. Based on the other reviews i see here, that's what's going on. Worst gift ever!!!!!!

    Pros:
  • Great concept
  • Cons:
  • They don't send you any gift cards
  • just apologies.

    Perla,
I am sorry you had a bad experience with iCARD. Our goal is to satisfy our customers. We have two: the purchaser who sent you the gift, and you the recipient who selected your gift card. We manage hundreds of top brand gift cards, and occasionally some of our prepaid inventory items become temporarily out-of-stock (Note: some cards are obtained in real-time, others are in prepaid inventory). Our average turn around time is 3 - 5 business days. We generally don't ask that customers change an order as your previously ordered item is already queued for delivery and this can created additional delays. I apologize you had such difficulty with redemption, and can assure you this is not typical.

    AWFUL

Do NOT use this service ever. After trying to redeem a gift card, and not receiving anything for months, not even a notice I called and was told they needed additional info from my gift card sender. When the sender called and gave info. they mailed me my gift card via FEDEX and failed to tell me, so I wasnt home to receive the package, and they provided no assistance nor remorse on the matter.

Like an idiot, I just attempted to order a gift card for my friend through them, and they have charged my card TWICE (telling me BOTH times that there was an error) and my friend has not received her gift card.

This service is abysmal, I would never, ever use them again nor advise anyone else to. (admittedly, I'm an idiot for going back!)

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied. What I can tell you is that someone at iCARD did go out of their way to try to satisfy you. I know this because we never FedEx cards as the expense is far too high and it requires pulling an order from the queue and manually fulfilling it. It sounds like the order was flagged by our fraud department. When this happens the recipient is not able to redeem for a gift card until we can verify the purchaser's credit card details. We generally reach out to the purchaser by email, and then phone if they have not responded. Credit card fraud causes a huge cost to online business, creates additional steps to process orders, and harms everyone, not just the person who's credit card was stolen. There is no perfect remedy to deal with online fraud, one can only try to minimize it's impact on its business and its customers. As far as charging your card twice, online transactions are processed through Cybersource gateway owned by Visa. Sometimes transactions fail or process incorrectly. Please call us, we will gladly provide you a refund and correct the error.

BIG SCAM!! Quietly cancelled the confiramtion code a few days after confirmations hopingno one would cash the certificate in! When I called about the invalid certificate code, I was told the certificate was cancelled but they could not notify anyone because of security policy! I was upset because they should have notified me or the recipient BEFORE confirmation codes, etc to contact customer service to confirm issue. Rather, it felt like they were hoping I never noticed and they just keep the money till I call. Customer Service was unable to tell me any reason why the certificate was cancelled or why I was not notified. VERY BAD FEELING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! Order # 2338675

    Michelle,
I apologize if you felt like you were scammed. That is certainly not the case. Please contact our office immediately and we will rectify the problem or provide you with a refund if one hasn't already been applied. We have been in business for over 15 years thanks to our many customers and value our reputation. Each online transaction is carefully reviewed both programmatically and manually to check for potential credit card fraud. When fraud is suspected, the transaction is marked as "suspicious" and an attempt is made to reach the purchaser to verify credit card details. When an order is flagged as suspicious, the recipient is unable to redeem their iCARD Gift Card until the purchaser's credit card details can be verified. Please contact our office to verify your details or have a refund applied to your card.

Terrible. It makes me want to scream every time I think about it

My aunt very kindly sent me $100 on ICard Gift Card for Christmas. I tried to redeem some cards for Macy's, but the site said "Further review is required before your code can be redeemed. Please contact our customer service center for assistance." So I called the next day and was immediately attacked by a lady on the other end of the phone. I was even told to "get a life". I still have not received my cards and I doubt I ever will. It has been almost a year and I am starting to give up. The whole situation was a scam. Please do not give these people your business.

    Awful

I received numerous certificates as moving gifts from friends and business associates. I thought that the idea was great so I attempted to purchase cards for associates I had worked with. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I placed orders and notifications were sent to the intended parties just to have the order cancelled with no notice to the recipients. How embarrassing. To date I have tried to redeem some of the cards with only one card being redeemable so far. The customer service department is beyond unprofessional and have been of no assistance. This has got to be a huge scam using money you pay to purchase gift cards you can go buy yourself. Save yourself the aggravation and do just that. It is easier and at least you know you will get what you paid for.

    Pros:
  • none
  • Cons:
  • unable to redeem cards
  • horrible customer service
  • no attempts to help
  • no attention to detail
  • company does not care about customer

    DO NIT BUY!!

My sister gave me the card for my b-d in June. Now is Oct and I STILL didn't receive the gift card yet. I have been changing from stores to stores and every time, they told me it's out of stock. I then asked them if they can give me the stores they have cards available but they refused to give. I will say definitely can't buy the card from them since they are not trustworthy. If you want to buy gift card, buy from famous, big chain store.

    BEWARE - DO NOT USE!!!

I bought a gift card on July 3 for my mom. She tried to redeem it and waited 2 weeks before she heard anything. Turns out the Panera Gift Card was out of stock. I can go to Panera down the street and get a gift card. I called Customer Service and told them I was unhappy with the lack of service Jeff said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said, "Deliver the gift card and an apology would be nice." He said, "An apology for what?" And then he hung up the phone!

    Hi Mimi,
Sorry for your poor experience. Did you mother finally receive her Panera Bread gift card in the mail? Unfortunately, as we carry hundreds of brands, we can occasionally run out of inventory. Some cards are in prepaid inventory and others are obtained in real time. When we run out of a card in prepaid inventory it is immediately re-ordered. Typically merchants deliver their card to us within a week. We strive to always keep all of our brands in stock so that we can provide our customers a 3 - 5 day turn around. I apologize your mother did not receive her card in a timely manner. Please let us know if she did not receive the card, and we will be happy to send out another one.

We apologize if you did not receive your gift card in a timely manner. Our aim is to process your order within 3 - 5 business days, but sometimes an card in our prepaid inventory pool is out of stock and must be ordered from the merchant. Typically the card is replenished within a week, depending on the merchants delivery times. Please contact us if you still have not received your card and we will expedite one to you. We have other delivery options, including eGift Cards that can be sent by email.

    Horrible Service

I read some of these Reviews from two years ago. Some of these customers if not

all of them spoke wirh Debbie.

OMG same experience with Me. Debbie is still there as soon as she answers the phone she begans to attack you. Then she turns around and blame ne saying I'm rude. She spend an entire hoyr answering my questions. She never had lunch. You cabt get one word in. She talks and talks. Them blame me.

im done trying with these people. Someone send me a gift. After I pick a merchant I have yo wait 2-4 business days. So I did this on Thursday. So that business day don't coynt. Its from Friday to Wednesday. So shopping with my gift is out of the question.

I Have never experienced anyone in my life of 59 years. So rude so unknd. So mean. Its do sad. Then she blames me of being rude.

You can forget ever retrieving your gift

card. If I don't received my cards by the end of the year. I will contact the better business Bureau.

The first time I spoke with Debbie sge was so rude she made it seems like it was all me. I even call her back and apolgize.

But then today I call to adk a question omg I was immediately attacked by her.

Then she call the recipient and complain how rude I was to her. How can anyone be a Supervisor and not have any Custome Service etiquette.

Please think carefully before you invest your hard earn dollars. Please.

NEVER give as a gift! (Unless its to an enemy)

I received a $75 icardgiftcard as a Xmas gift. I placed my order in march. I decided on a Starbucks ecard because I wanted something quickly and in my experience any time I've ordered an electronic gift card it is sent instantly. However if you look at the how it works part of the site it says it takes 2-3 days. Well, only after I placed the order did I see it would be emailed to me within 10 BUSINESS days. I called a few times after the 3rd day and was told about the ten day thing, and that they where waiting on the merchants to send them the disk with the gift card codes on it.

On April 11 I received my email with a LINK to the codes (RED FLAG!). The link took me to a page that told me to click a button. The button took me to a page that said "inventory loading" and the a message that my card was out of stock. (A ploy to buy time and wear me out.) IF YOU'VE SENT ME AN EMAIL TO A LINK WITH A CARD THAT'S BEEN EARMARKED FOR ME, HOW IS IT OUT OF STOCK?! So I call customer service AGAIN. She informed me its a technical issue. It's about this time that I realize I've only ever spoken with one lady. The same lady every time. She tells me to keep clicking the link. Just keep trying. I of course keep trying like there's some magical number of time you need to hit it before you get it. By this time I'd read reviews, so it actually seemed plausible to me. Like they might set it to 200x hoping most people would give up. I call the customer service just about every other day checking on the progress. I am always nice and always try to be understanding and considerate.

Well, I decided to try again today (4/18) and imagine my surprise when I see a page come up with the Starbucks logo! There was my gift card. I printed out the page which said to redeem it at Starbucks. I was so excited! I almost called the customer service line to thank her, but decided to wait to do so until I had the card.

I take the paper to Starbucks where I am told it is NOT any kind of code they use. It was a 16 digit code of lower case and uppercase letters with one number and an 8 digit pin that was similar. The Starbucks manager said they didn't even have a way to enter letters into their system. He advised me to call cust svc once again, and even let me use their land line because he didn't want me to have to call the long distance # (not 800#) on my cell.

I call cust svc once again and she informed me it was a technical issue, put me on hold, and when she came back said that the people I needed to speak with weren't answering, which meant they were entering codes. I was very frustrated by now. I asked her what I had to do to get my card? Could I speak to the mgr? She was the mgr. Then same told me not to get rude. I had been trying to keep my cool, but after she said that I lost it. I said "that was not rude. I'll show you what rude sounds like" and proceeded in a blaze of explicatives. ( blank you you blanking blank. Go blank yourself)

SHE TOLD ME THEY DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH RUDE PEOPLE. SHE WAS CANCELING MY ORDER. When I told her she couldn't do that, she informed me that she could and that she'd be refunding the money to the senders credit card. She said "you are a vulgar rude lady and I am gonna make sure you don't get anything. I'm calling the sender and telling them everything you just said. Goodbye rude lady" and hung up.

    THE END

Now I'm completely empty handed. Which probably would've happened anyway.

    Bought: $75 Starbucks ecard
    Order #18685662

    Pros:
  • You usually get to talk to the customer service lady without being on hold forever
  • Cons:
  • Untimely
  • multiple technical errors
  • given invalid gift card code
  • never received product
  • order canceled by company

    Ashley,
First let me apologize for your dissatisfaction with our service. We are in business to deliver smiles, not frowns. You received your iCARD Gift Card right around the time we implemented a new electronic delivery system. This system added over one hundred electronic eGift Cards to our inventory, in addition to our plastic cards. When your redeem for an eGift Card, you will receive an email with a link. Clicking on the link downloads the eGift Card. Some of these are obtained in real-time, in which case you can experience a time out. Others, are served up from our prepaid inventory database and can occasionally be out of stock until they are replenished, however, that is typically not the case. As for confusion at the retailer with the code, it sounds like somehow you showed them the iCARD Gift Card claim code, not the merchant's gift card number. An iCARD Gift Card claim code is comprised of 8 digits and 8 alpha characters. A merchants gift card number is typically 16-digits. I did review the order and the record shows the purchase transaction was cancelled and funds were credited back to the purchaser. Again I apologize for your poor experience, and it goes without saying that rude behavior from either a customer service rep or a customer is never warranted.

    Worthless!

This seems like a good idea and probably could be but this company seems to be ran a idiots. Many unheard of companies to chose from and the ones you might of heard of are no longer available. Their web site lists "know" companies but you can not purchase from them. I was told web site has not been updated in "awhile". Either it was a scam from the start or the big "know" companies did not want anything to do with iCard.

Then the worst part, they send you the gift card via "snail mail". Really??? Why not send the card via email like everyone else? I was advised by Fraud Investigator iCard is counting on you not using the entire amount and by sending you the actual card iCard can redeem the left over amount at a later date.

Customer service is nonexistent. They do not answer the phone during business hours and never call back if you leave a message.

    STAY AWAY from iCard!!!!

    Pros:
  • None what so ever!
  • Cons:
  • Poor customer service
  • Slow to get actual card
  • Limited selection of stores
  • False advertising of actual stores

    Brian,
Sorry you are not a satisfied customer. What exactly is the complaint? We carry hundreds of top brands including iTunes, Starbuck, and Macy's. Go to icardgiftcard.com and click on View All Merchants to see an accurate and up to date list. Over 1/3 of our merchants are indeed electronic eGift Cards sent by email. That said, plastic cards are still far more popular with our customers. As for the info about iCARD keeping left over funds on the merchant's plastic cards, that is not true. The merchant, not iCARD, has those funds. Have a great day!

    Hi Pat,
Did you receive your Barnes & Noble eGift Card? If not, please contact our office and we will take care of it. We strive to turn around redemptions within 3 - 5 business days, but sometimes cards are out of stock. Some of our electroic codes are obtained in real-time, others are in our prepaid inventory database. B&N is prepaid and when it's out of stock must be re-ordered from them. Their turn around time is around a week. Even codes obtained in real-time from the merchant's processor cannot be delivered to our customer in real time because of fraud checks. We have found that delivering codes on the third business day after redemption is a good balance between the customers desire for immediate satisfaction and iCARD's need to perform fraud checks and manage it's business efficiently and securely.

One more thing... please know the iCARD Gift Card never expires and can be redeemed at any time.
    Hi Charles,
I know it's frustrating to purchase a gift thinking it has been delivered only later to learn that your recipient did not get it. Unfortunately, our inbox's are cluttered with spam and filters often remove wanted emails. You can always print your iCARD Gift Card as a paper certificate for hand parcel post delivery. You can also log into your account and resend your iCARD Gift Card to your recipient by email. Additionally, our cs reps are happy to assist you with this.

    iCard = Nonsense

I never dealt with such stupid system. Look at this situation.

    1. Order the card.

    2. Didn't get them after a long time.

    3. Call them to fix the issue.

    4. They sent a two page document (like a legal) to sign.

    5. Did that. try to fax to the number provided. But the fax number doesn't work.

    6. I scanned the document and emailed.

Sorry for the "nonsense". When a purchaser sends you the thoughtful gift of an iCARD Gift Card, they are giving you two things: a personalized eCard delivered instantly (or scheduled for future delivery) and the power to choose the gift cards you the recipient want. As the recipient you get to claim your iCARD Gift Card for the gift card(s). Some are electronic some are plastic. Plastic cards are delivered via USPS first-class mail. We scan all cards so that we have a record of their delivery. If lost in the mail (it happens), we ask you to complete an affidavit and fax it in (email is OK too - sounds like our rep was emailed challenged - sorry). We ask for this affidavit because we have already delivered the product and if we resend the card (which we will do) it is at our expense. As far as cancelling an order is concerned, certainly that can be done by a dissatisfied purchaser, but not legally by the recipient who did not pay for the order. Hope that makes sense.

CardGiftCard is a big rip off! All that i have to say about what i have gone through, would take about 2000 words! Just to redeem my gift iCards. This is just a "legal" way to steel peoples money because that is what they are doing. They are probably making millions off of this scam, 'cause that is what it is a SCAM! #18477814

Impossible to contact company. Their rquirement that I submit a notarized affidavit via FAX ONLY because they failed to send--or I didn't receive $75 merchant card by US Mail is unreasonable.

The contact called back and said the have NO RECORD OF THE MERCHANT CARDS SHE ALLEGES WERE SENT ON JAN 11, 2011 AND THAT I MUST PAY TO HAVE AN AFFIDAVIT NOTARIZED AND RETURNED.

NO phone numbers listed; the "Sales Phone number" is answered by a recording that takes no calls only "messages". 45 day limit expires today.Claimcode:18461584-SYWTTUKD

Our contact info can be found on our website at www.icardgiftcard.com under the help section. We are available M-F 9-5 CST at 636-489-4698. Our number hasn't changed for 16 years!
    Hi Elle,
Our record shows your Macy's card was redeemed on 12/28 and mailed on 1/10. When a customer calls as you did on 2/10 to inform us that a card was not received, we research the record in both our manager panel and scanned card database which tracks every card that goes out the door. When we find that we indeed delivered the card as stated, we will resend the card. But since this is being done at our expense, we require the customer complete our affidavit. Our records indicate you refused to do that so we did not send out another card. Please contact us if you change your mind.

    icard gift card poor service

I received a gft through this Company. I call customer service to ask a few question since it was a bit complicated to understand. I was going shopping yesterday with my friends and thought I could use the egift cards immediately.

OMG the e oman I spoke with. Was the rudest person I have ever encounter in my life.

What kind of nonsense is this. We have modern technology. Why should one have to wait so many days to receive an email.

    For the egift card.

I don't like all this nonsense. You should be able to just print it out and use.

I received an egift card for macy I was able to just print it out and use it.

This Company is a BIG Scam.

I plan on contacting the better business Bureau on this Company.

The k erchant I selected was game stop and ITunes. It says I have to wait 2-4 business days to receive an email confirmation.

I'm going to also try to see if the money of my gift can be returned to sender.

I refuse to deal with all this nonsense.

    Poor Service.

    So far, not good

I chose $50 Sephora iCARD as a reward for a survey taking website. The whole process is bloated and illogical. I finally got an email with a link supposedly for my gift card. So I follow the link to a page with a button that I clicked just to learn "Sorry", technical difficulties, card can't be accessed at this time. I check FAQ's that say this is because either my card is out of stock or their inventory fulfillment is offline. Try again later, contact if nothing in 7 days. 7 days? WTF. First of all, the "Status" of this gift card in my account is "SENT" (they have the "ON ORDER" Status option, why not choose this [assuming this makes sense that an email code is out of stock, as someone mentioned]). My journey has just begun, but from what I can tell by others' reviews (which my experience thus far confirms!) could be a long one! So far, not very encouraged. I would say avoid at all costs! Read: DO NOT GIVE ICARD SERVICES your business. Oh! One other thing: DO CHECK OUT THEIR PROFILES WITH THE BBB: F, F and F.

    Hi Fran,
Sorry you are not happy with your order. Did you receive your Sephora card? Our records show you redeemed on 9/17 and the link was emailed, "sent", to you 4 business days later on 9/23. We also show a call to customer service from you on 9/24. Some electronic codes are obtained in real-time from the merchant's processor, others like Sephora are part of our prepaid inventory pool. Prepaid inventory can run out in which case we reorder from the merchant and it usually takes about a week to restock it. I know it can be frustrating to click on the link and not retrieve your card. Please know this is generally not the case. By the way, Sephora is being converted this week to real-time inventory!

As for the bad link, there are several reasons this might occur, but it is rare. In any case, we are happy to rectify the situation. Please give us a call. Thanks.

    AVOID

You will never ever get your gift card, but you will be charged right away. You can't contact them, they will never answer you emails, they have no submit button in a web contact form :)))) Then you will call then to ask what is going on, they will hang out on you. I should call my bank to cancel the transaction! Spend even more time!!

    Please avoid!

    Hi Elena,
Are you the purchaser or the recipient? Did your recipient not receive the iCARD Gift Card, or did you not get the gift cards you redeemed for? Our cs reps are available M-F from 9-5CST at 636-489-4698 to help you. We prefer phone calls to emails and our automated reply gives you a list of FAQs and informs you of this.

    Will never buy from again!

Absolutely avoid! Purchased an Icard gift card. The recipient wanted a Macy gift card. The site clearly stated that the card could be used either in store or online. Received the gift card via email and was told that I purchased an online-ONLY gift card- could not use in-store. NOT!!! Customer service rep had a big attitude and tried to insist upon what happened prior to even looking up my purchase!!

    Hi Maggie,
Sorry you were displeased with our service. We do offer two types of Macy's cards. One is physical and is mailed to you. This card can be used both online and in-store. We also offer a Macy's electronic card that can only be used online. This is the one you selected. Good news! We are working with Macy's to replace both cards with a new one that is electronic and works both online and in-store. Please use coupon code 5OFFNOW to receive a 5% discount on your next purchase.

No hassle, glad I got this card

It took exactly 8 days from the time I redeemed the card online (i exchanged my survey points for a $25 iCard) to the time I actually got the email saying my gift card was ready. I thought I'd have a headache going through the entire process, having read all the reviews, but it's good they now send all gift card links and codes via email. I got my gift card code about 10 minutes ago, didn't have issues using it and now I'm just waiting for my B&N order which should be here in a couple of days! So happy with their service, thanks iCard!

Bought: $25 iCard gift card, consequently converting it to a $25 B&N gift card

    Order Date: 2013-04-08

    Date Received: 2013-04-16

    Pros:
  • Easy to use
Order links and codes done online
  • no need to wait for an actual card on your mail
  • Cons:
  • NONE!

Wow. That's incredible that you got your gift card so fast. I placed an order last month and was finally sent an email with my code a week ago, which turned out to be a bad link. Finally got my gift card codes today and Starbucks said they have never had gift cards with letters in them, that my card code was worthless. When I called iCard to ask about it they canceled my order and hung up on me. Either you're VERY lucky or you are an employee.

    Just ok

Not bad for a quick gift. A little confusing but once you get the hang of it it works pretty well, customer service was a bit rude but overall not hard to get a hold of. Wouldn't do it again but like I said if you need a quick insta-gift go for it.
