the first ballistic sneaker i got; the coil pierced the left heel;that was replaced by the same sneaker however after several hours of use the left heel is painfull;clearly in time, this coil will breach the heel as well ;ALL my e mails for assistance ,and calls have been ignored; order # 91430; return auth 20300 whats needed here is EXACTLY what was done prior; replace the product with the same ,and i will return the sneakers i have; i then will not be without ANY sneakers in the interim john dalton

i just got the g-defy last week as a birthday gift from my daughter. these are nice jogging shoes thus far. the "bouncy" feeling is not as pronounced and i had anticipated but the cushiony feel is nice. i'm not so sure about the styling, however.

The shoes are comfortable and light. I wouldn't say they make youi faster, but as a runner I know the benifits of having the mental aspect of invincibilty on your side. Running is 80%mental 20% physical!

I ordered a pair. They felt comfortable. I only wore them for 10 minutes and they started clicking. When I called to return, I couldn't understand the guy. I've made multiple calls waiting around 25 minutes each call. They still haven't processed my return 31 days later. I'd just like to wear the shoes I ordered 6 weeks ago on. I tried playing basketball with the Gravity Defyer G-defy ballistic but didn't like the feel. But I really like the shoes for walking and jogging. I wouldn't say it exactly propels me forward or anything but the cushioning feels nice. I would recommend it for jogging and walking but probably not for start-and-stop sports.

Absolutely the best! I am 69 years old and have Morton's Foot Syndrome. I have to walk my 150 pound Great Dane, 6 miles a day. Until I got my G-Defyer's, I experienced constant foot and ankle pain. NO more.
I am about to order a second pair. I love these shoes. I have never regretted the very fair price they warrant.

First, these shoes are NOT true to size, so the
likelihood of getting a pair that fit the first
time is small. They supply a removble insole
which is supposed to allow fit up to extra wide
which is not so.
On returning them, I waited and waited for the
return credit, then complained to the BBB.
Only after that did they issue a credit, after
asking me for the tracking no. which I had already
given them, in writing, on two separate occasions.
Not a company to do business with.

Customer Service Rep - Vera is on the ball and very helpful. Mailing service is spotty however - some things arrive in record time while other things take forever. Overall however the shoes are great!

I am an Operating Room nurse in a busy hospital and at 56 have had synvisc injections of both knees and after blowing out my meniscus had a hip problem from over compensation. I am exceptionally happy with these shoes. I have had considerable pain relief in my knees and hip and personally had no problem with service. I will be ordering more for family members and tell fellow coworkers with similar problems about them.

I've been playing tennis with my Gravity Defyer Ballistic Sports shoes for several weeks. There's definitely very nice cushioning, but it doesn't seem to improve my play or hurt it. But yeah anyway I can help out my knees while on the hard courts I'm for it. We have two clay courts but we don't always get to play on them due to league assignments. One thing that was odd was the shoes came labeled the wrong size, though there was a letter that came with the package that explained that the shoes were indeed the right size. I'd give G-Defy 4.5 out of 5 stars- minus .5 due to the relatively high price.
