We had a mandate to cut costs in our IT department, so we had to try out some of these remote conferencing solutions out there. GotoMeeting turned out to be our choice after some trial and testing. It's just very mature technology, speedy, and plain works. Our goal is to cut down on some of these face-to-face meetings by 20%, and thus far we're on track.

GoToMeeting is very easy to setup and use. I'm amazed at the speed despite people spread all over the place in different states. Sure beats having everyone flying in. Too bad you can't share an animation or movie but they're probably working on that feature.
