I have been using another service for years now, so when i found out about ****, I was naturally skeptical, and a little worried to be honest. I was pleased when I received my order in less than 20 mins. This is now my website of choice. I am an avid player and will return very soon. ummm i havent gotten my gold and everytime i ask for a refund im not given it and now i cant event log onto their site i spent 20 $ 5000 gold and was told they were behind on farming due to the china new year im freaking out the fact i cant access their webpage... dont by from them looking for some answers plz and ty

I purchased 3000g back in DECEMBER and have not recieved any of it. I've sent numerous emails to the person that was supposed to send me my gold and I haven't heard a word from him. I want my gold, or my money back. WHAT YOU'VE DONE IS THEFT-IF I DONT GET THE GOLD OR A REFUND I'M GOING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE POLICE!

www.goldsoon.com is a scam they have ripped me out of 34 usd i am ignored by there customer support and u cant get hold of the us nuber it has bein disconnected my advise dont buy from them so u dont get scammed

The customer service was good; they were' patient in waiting for me and working with when I get on. I work a night shift so I have weird hours and they did well getting me my gold considering that. Only complaint is it took just a tad bit longer than I expected but other than that great service/price

Poor service, they told me different stuff every day, first blizzard had deleted their stock,then they were inundated with orders. I asked for a refund and all they can say is "we dont have the power to do that,only the manager can" or "the person who deals with refunds isnt here right now,can you come back tomorow" so i do, and guess what? he's not there.stay clear

I only ordered for 1000g (6.75$). First of all the delivery took hours... and then, the next day, blizzard emailed me i received gold from a compromised source, and that they restored the gold to its legit owner... So i basically got scammed, i read a couple reviews about them already, and 90% had a bad experience, some people for alot more than 6.75$. Never order from them!

Dont buy from this site. They lie they steal your money. If you like giving your money away then order from them. But if your like the rest of us just stay away from them.

Okay, well after having complained I should update with the current facts. I contacted them via their Live Support and they paid me in full just now.It took six days, but they did pay up.

I ordered off these guys a year ago, 5k gold on Wildhammer, which was delievered within a few hours.
However, I have recently ordered 4k gold on Saurfang and they have not delivered it over the course of 6 days.
I still haven't decided whether they're just thieves or if they have no goldfarming facility on what is a relatively new server.

bad customer service, faq's give you the impression your going to get your product within 24hours. 2 weeks gone and still waiting, only email ive recieved regarding this is an automated one 24hours subsequent to the purchase. Goldnever.com
