SCAM Artists!!!

It took seconds for them to charge my credit card..no tracking info..get email they shipped out card then 2 days later get email my order was cancelled with no reason. Called them and they stated it was due to shipping/billing address clarification they needed..said credit was issued to credit card. Not so..filed Immediately a Dispute with my credit card...Make sure to save ALL emails from this Fraudulent Company.

    I wish I had checked here before buying. I ordered a gift card for Michaels. It never arrived. They promised to resend. Never did. Then they gave me a reference number for the reprint/ refund. still nothing. Run around x 100000000. This is a dishonest company. stay away.

    I bought 10 of these cards at $200 each.

    Each person I gifted the cards to has complained about the gas pump fueling issue. As you swipe the card an immediate charge of $75.00 is debited you won't be able to buy gas and you won't receive your $75. Back for 8 days.

    When I called to complaint I was told they get hundreds of calls everyday about this same issue.

    Do not waste you money buying these cards. I for one will be telling my local retailer to remove these cards from their shelves.

    Beware of this company. I ordered two VISA gift cards through them because I could have names printed on the cards and thought that was a way to make a gift cards seem a little more personal. Gift cards and the activation codes for them are sent separately. Was promised delivery in 5-8 business days. Cards arrived after 9 business days and activation codes are no where to be found after 12. Customer service was contacted on the 10th business day and only solution given was to have new codes mailed out which should arrive in 5-8 business days and told it might be faster to just wait because they were so surprised that the codes hadn't come and they were sure they would be in tomorrow's mail. Well it is business day 12 and no codes. Called again today to request a refund...supposedly someone will contact me in 1-2 business days to start the process and then it should take 3-5 days to receive the refund. Funny how it only takes 15 minutes for the original charge to post to my bank account but it will take over a week for a refund. Seems a little sketchy, not sure why I should have to talk to anyone else to get the refund processed. Hopefully they will hold up their end of the refund or I will be contacting BBB.     The worst customer service EVER. I have been trying to retrieve my $175. I made an online Target purchase with the gift card and then went to the store to returned several items (not all of them, so return amount was different than the purchase one). Apparently because it was a store return the merchant ID showed on their record was not the same as the one on the purchase. So they did not recognize that it was a return and they sent the money back to Target. After that it took no less than 50 phone calls to Giftcardmall customer service, every time telling me they will call me within one to two business days. A month later when I called them they finally told me I need to go to Target to retrieve the money. Target is not willing to do it because they show that the original return did go through and they have no record (or no way of looking it up) to see that the funds were sent back to them. Giftcardmall mall is unwilling to handle it directly with Target, they keep sending me back to Target and Target is telling me to file the dispute with the Giftcardmall. In addition when I sign on to the online account management system I don't see any past transaction.
