Giant Nerd had the best price on the bike I was looking for (a GT Mountain bike). Plus, free shipping (just need to wait a little longer) but who cares. Plus they have the pro build for $59 approx. Am looking forward to working with them.
Decent pricing, deceptive return policy
I bought their Volicita bike on order 100037078 on the basis of their one year return warranty. After two months, I called them up to arrange an upgrade of the bicycle, and they told me that they could not take the bicycle back according to their policy, since the bike was no longer in new condition. What good is a one year return policy if that policy demands that you do not ride the bicycle? This policy is a sham.
