I am EXTREMELY disgusted with FlyJane's customer service... actually I don't think they have one! I ordered a pair of shoes 2weeks ago and any other website where you are providing your payment info you can have a confirmation number and shipping info. FlyJane you don't get ANY of that you just get a surprising shipment at your door. Needless to say, I've been waiting for a week and 2 days for someone to let me know the status of my shoes, which I ordered and had to exchange for a 1/2 size larger and I still have heard NOTHING. Wait I lie, a girl answered the phone ONCE to tell me she received my shoes and I should get my shoes Monday....that was a week ago. Their customer service is a complete JOKE!! No one ever answers the phone, what's the point of having a customer service line if no one ever answers the phone to provide customer service. Last but not least, I will NEVER order from them EVER and I don't reccommend anyone else to order from them either. They are scammers!!! Heed my warning people! Also, I REALLY hope that their "customer service" reads this and reads this carefully! I WILL be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Highly upset "former" customer!!!

I recently ordered a handbag that was on the website. The picture posted was a very light color almost cream. When I went to order the bag, the two color options were light tan and tan. Since I am very familiar with colors the obvious choice to make that would match the bag pictured would be light tan. According to the website the light tan bag was out of stock. This prompted me to contact customer service to see if the bag would be restocked. At that time I was informed there was one more bag left. I was very surprised and asked the representative if she was sure it is the light tan because the website says it is out of stock. I was assured it was the light tan as pictured on the page. The shipment came promptly, I ordered on saturday and received on tuesday. However, when I opened the package, the bag was a dark tan color. I contacted customer service the following day and explained the about and requested that return shipping be paid since an error was made by the company. I was informed that they do not provide return shipping. I reiterated the situation and attempted to plead my case. The best the representative, who turned out to be the manager could give me was that an intern must have posted the wrong picture and description. Now let's recap, the website has a creme colored picture, the only two color options are light tan and tan, the website indicates the light tan is out of order but the Fly Jane representative tells me on the phone that the light tan bag is in stock, I purchase the light tan bag but a dark tan bag arrives at my home. This is clearly an error on the part of the company but I am responsible for return shipping. This does not sound right, nor is it good customer service. Yes I paid $144 for the bag and shipping will not be any more that $10 but my argument of being allowed return shipping at no charge is not unreasonable, is warranted and should have been granted based on principal. Needless to say they have lost out on a sale and any future sales from me.

This is the first online store that pissed me off enough for me to write a review on them.

Dealing with "flyjane" is a waste of time and money since their customer service doesn't exist. Expect your order to be delayed, getting emails about how your credit card doesn't work but they were still able to charge you, expect zero reply from them and if you try to expose them over twitter or IG you'll get blocked. It's not like I'm coming back anyway.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I have been trying to reach a representative who can better Assist me with a return and i been calling for a week leaving multiple messages on their "customer service invoice", which is obviously no one ever checks. I'm disgusted with their customer service if its one thing i can't stand its a business owner who promotes promotes all day for sales of course but once the money in their hand they don't want to do nothing more not even return a call or answer an email i will never order from this company again!

    I love FLYJANE!

    I discovered FlyJane through Instagram about 6 months ago and have been an avid customer. I purchased boots and clothing for myself and for Christmas gifts for my nieces and sisters and they all arrived in time for the holidays. I just made my 9th purchase with them and to date have never had an issue with any of my purchases be it clothes or shoes arriving on time and as planned. In fact, I'm always stopped and asked about my shoes when I wear them. Often times, people only write about bad experiences on message boards about companies and never put on notice good ones. This is unfair. I work in Customer Service myself so I know what it to have difficult and unreasonable customers and and I also what it is to have great service as well. I've called Flyjane on a few occasions and the reps were helpful although I've never really had to call for anything as my orders pretty much comes as planned. For the most part, FlyJane offers high quality clothes and they are always putting out new things. I rate them A+

    Bought from flyJane for the first time on Friday. I received a shipping confirmation on Monday and We received my order today in tact exactly as described online. They also included a coupon in the box with the order. Im not sure about the other reviews but my experience was great!

    I LOVE FLYJANE

    I just placed my 4th order with this them this morning I LOVE FLYJANE! I love Jeffrey Campbell and they always have the best colorways to choose from. I love the Chat functionality because I can chat and ask questions while at work. So far so good, each order has come on time and looks great! They are awesome!
