Buyer Beware!

Had an issue with the quality of a stamp (mounted crooked). Took the time to send an email with a picture attached, showing the issue. Asked for customer service to just let me know that they received the e-mail. Twenty-four hours later and I've heard nothing. I'm forwarding my original e-mail and hope for a response soon. So far they are 2 for 2 :( Poor quality + poor customer service = no more shopping at Finestationery.com! There are so many other companies out there - find one with great QUALITY and great CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I have not even received my invitations yet but I feel compelled to let others know about my experience thus far.

    There are MANY DELAYS. Be aware of this as you plan to order. Proofs take 3-5 days so they say and in actuality, I've now been waiting for 11 days! No one calls you or notifies you if there is a delay. No one offers to expedite shipping or hurry along the process and they are quick to blame "the vendor" for any delays you encounter. No one responds to emails - other than an automated message. You have to call.

    Also, on some invitations (though they do not disclose this) they print their LOGO on the back! Mine do not have this, as I asked in advance but others have complained about this as it is downright tacky.

    I would recommend ordering from Kate's Paperie in New York. They will match prices and give you better service and more options.

    Update: They never sent my proof and I had to cancel my order. I still have not received confirmation of my refund.

    I had a bad experience with finestationery.com this year and I would not recommend using them in the future. They were delayed on getting my cards to me initially and then my name was misspelled. They said they would call the vendor to fix it and I would get the reprints in a couple of days. That didn't occur. I called back and was told that the vendor sent it by ground and not overnight as had been requested. Finestationery takes no responsibility for any of this delay - the misprint and the delay in shipping. They blame the vendor. Next time I will just go to the vendor directly. Finestationery offered no additional benefit.
