Do NOT Shop Here - You May Not Get It In Time
Ordered everything for my son's prom from them, paid $29 for 2 day shipping. When items did NOT arrive in 2 days I called - they had NOT shipped ANYTHING because they had sold me a shirt that was not even in stock! So, they TOOK MY MONEY and did't even ship a partial order. They never called the number on the order - they just sent an email that ended up in my spam box. They could have shipped a substitute item, or at least shipped the rest of the order. At that point I need to use Next Day Air, and they CHARGED ME an extra $20 for next day air - even though it was THEIR ERROR. I spent $49 total for shipping, due to their error. Their customer service never even apologized. When the items arrived, the $29 shirt was cheap (transparent) with wimpy cuffs. And the vest was not as pictured. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST. Spend a few extra bucks and go to Men's Warehouse - which is where w ended up getting what we needed and great service at the last minute.

I placed a rush order on Thu for Fri delivery. They came as promised but the $700 Tux was damages. I immediately contacted them and asked what to do since the event was on Sat.
Diane said not to worry and wear it for the event, but on Monday they would give an RMA for full refund or exchange. I called on Monday and said that since I had the pants hemmed they had a strict policy of no refunds or exchanges. The pants came unhemmed, how the heck was I to wear it on Saturday as they instructed? They claimed it wasn't their problem.
Since the box was damaged, I tried to go through UPS for insurance. They DIDN'T EVEN INSURE the package!!!
Talk about horrible, horrible, horrible. I have a $700 Tux that has the shoulder damaged to where it is unwearable.
Even worse, my wife made me rent a Tux on Sat night because she didn't like the fact the jacket shoulder fabric was damaged once she saw it with the pants, shirt, shoes, etc.... So this TUX was NOT EVEN WORN! and they wouldn't refund or exchange!!

I bought a Ralph Lauren tuxedo on this website. The tux was beautiful! Very well made and I got a great deal. Customer service was very helpful with size questions. I recommend.
