Will never shop here again!

I'm pretty pissed. I ordered an item for xmas. The webpage for the item said order by 12/20 5pm ET, which I did at noon, for guarantee xmas delivery. It was supposed to be a xmas gift for my husband. I paid the 2-day extra delivery charge as it said to select to meet this guarantee. I called on the 24th when I tried to check the status online and it said no record of the order. They told me that they could only credit me the expedited portion of the S&H. I asked for a full refund of the S&H and was denied. I was told it would now arrive on the 28th. The package came on the 29th. I had to give my husband his gift 4 days late! Interestingly enough and to prove the customer (me) is right, the box was stamped all over with the following words "Deliver For Christmas". I called to get the rest of my refund back and I spoke with both a rep and her supervisor. They said I was incorrect and that the website said to order by 12/12. The best they would do was refund the expedited portion of the S&H even though I asked for the full S&H amount. When asked why the box had the stamp all over it, the reply was "I don't know." I told them I would never do business with them again. All I got was silence so I hung up.

This review was very helpful. I feel Expressions had an obligation to the customer and failed. They should have refunded the entire amount and given the customer the items she ordered. Then they would have another good customer. Md.

Continues to charge credit card after purchase

I purchased a 31 dollar item from their paper catalog and after this charge they charged me 14.95 a month later. When I called the number from my credit card statement, they cheerily informed me that I was enrolled in their "discount buying program for a monthly fee" They stated they would remove the charge, since this enrollment was not something I wanted. They are apparently hoping that anyone who orders from their catalog and uses the website will not look at their credit card bill and continue to pay them $ 14.85 a month. Be very wary when dealing with them.

    POOR SERVICE

    They holded the returned and no refund until a month, been called 5 times for the refund, but each time they had different answered, looks they hold the money and don't want to refund to customer. never order from this company again.

    Poor Customer Service

    Order #J77432XX Westerville OH. On 7/10/16, I ordered a house dress for my mother. NO notice given that the item was not in stock. 8/10/16 - Called customer service since the item had not arrived. Was told the warehouse was moved/moving causing shipping delay. Online inquiry stated the item was on back order. 8/11/16 - Called cust svc again, told item now in stock, will ship within 7 days. Online information unchanged stating item still on back order. This is a summer item; it will be fall before it arrives. IF it arrives. This company should have emailed notification at the onset to inform me there would be such an extraordinary delay. I deal with many many online merchants-- others warn at the point of placing order if the item is not in stock, providing an oppty to cancel. Not this company. I wouldn't have known of the issue had I not initiated the inquiry. It's now 8/14/16, still nothing. Very dissatisfied.

    I had the same thing happen to me! I placed an order for a rug and decor item around the same time. I kept waiting for them to arrive and they never did. I went into my account and then discovered on my own both items were canceled. I have emailed 2 or 3 times without any response! I called and was told the same thing about some strange warehouse move and assured the items would come. Never happened. I do a lot of online shopping and never experienced anything like this.

    Will never buy from them again

    I placed a order with expressions and paid for express shipping so i would receive it before christmas when i did not receive my order i called them and they informed me that the order had been delivered and gave me the time,date and tracking number but what they did not know was i have video that shows there was never a delivery of any kind to my address and the tracking number that i asked them to reconfirm was fake it belonged to a package delivered to a different state, city,street,person and from a different company according to fed-x and they never received a order to be shipped to my address on that date after informing them that i had video they reordered my gift but refused to refund my express shipping charge i paid for five day shipping they said i might receive it in two weeks even after i said i would give them a bad review to ten million people so here i am and as fare as expressions is concerned they can go (#$%#) them self i will never order from them again.

    This company has several other affiliates. I have purchased from several after getting over many hurdles. First, you must order at least 6 weeks prior to getting the item. Second, when your order is confirmed, there is a statement asking you to be patient since they (all of their affiliated catalogs) are moving to their new warehouse - this has been ongoing for over a year. I have been satisfied with their merchandise but have come to the conclusion that they have no warehouse, that they are only the middle man - that they take your order and then place an order with their suppliers which explains the long delay in order arrival. I have e-mailed them (never a reply) and have spoken to them on the phone (little satisfaction). If you have a while and are willing to wait, the mdse is okay.

    A lot of help

    I had ordered a robe for my best friend. Unfortunately, I was wrong about the size, and because I had ordered it well in advance of her birthday, I had lost the return slip. I called customer service, and after a modest wait, the lady was able to give me specific directions on how to exchange the robe without paperwork. The replacement fits perfectly, and everyone is very pleased with the outcome. I am very pleased with how helpful the lady on the phone was.

    Ordered 3 cotton robes. Horrible stitching, poor cut and 2 robes had uncomfortable feeling cotton that was kind of stiff in feel. 1 cotton robe had decent cotton but the front bib after washing developed folds. Sloppy planning in stitching. Expensive and a total waste.

    Expressions Catalog

    Save yourself time and DO NOT Order from this company. I've used their customer service template and sent two emails - no response. After cancelling through the website tonight I get notification my American Express has been charged. After being on hold for way too long, a customer service rep answered. On problem seemed like a call center. Her response when I asked if they had any notes as to my previous email through their website was they receive millions of emails daily and don't have time to read them all. I couldn't believe this response. If you do not want my headaches, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

    Customer Service non-existant

    I posted a question to Expressions.com in their template e-form. Two weeks later no reply. This on-line catalog company apparently has no regard for customers. In reading the on-line reviews this confirms the lack of regard for customers by Expressions.com. I won't make any purchases from Expressions.

    I tried to unsubscripe from this website and the botton just takes you to their customer support page which doesn't work. So I called customer service just to find out that they have no idea how to enter my email address to even locate me in their system and since I have NEVER bought ANYTHING from them, they didn't have my name on file. Next is the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!
