I went VOIP which simply doesn't cut it when it comes to faxing. Just way too unreliable and time-consuming trying to get it right. The good news is that with the $ I saved from my VOIP plan I was able to subscribe to eFax and still come out $20 a month cheaper than my average previous phone bill so I'm stoked. eFax has been solid for me and I would recommend it to a colleague or friend.

I hade efax services for 6 years. It worked fine until a technical issue prevented me from sending and receiving faxes. Efax acknowledged that they had a technology issue and are working on it. For 3 weeks they were unable to resolve it. I cancelled the account. I just had prepaid 1 year of service fee. Efax refuses to refund the fee regardless of the fact that they can not resolve the technology issue.

Speak with a sales rep for best results
I was hesitant about using this service and the web can be misleading with reviews. I decided to try it and the staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm glad I educated myself.

Efax is a great and easy to use service that works on your cell if you have a blackberry or similar.

It always works - so the service is good but compared to other efaxes out there - this one is pricey. But when you want to make sure your fax goes. You can count on this service. I guess it beats a trip to kinkos.

I was skeptical to try efax at first given that it can be quite costly if you don't received regular faxes, but I needed to received some important faxes without actually investing in a bulky fax machine. Efax has a 30 day trial period for free. I was convinced that internet faxing was the way to go after trying it out for the month. Now I can retrieve important documents without having to installed a second line for my faxes.

With efax, our customers will never run into busy signals. We are able to receive new sales orders without any problems. We noticed that most people preferred communicating through email rather than phone. Its free, fast, and available at all hours.

I'm a small business owner in the Chicago, Illinois. Efax is the best innovation for business on the web. I can get faxes through my email anywhere so I can respond quickly. It saves a lot of time.

Efax.com eliminates 80% of paper usage from my old fax machine. I look at all my faxes online and only print it out when needed. Go green, save trees.

I been Efax for about a month now and it works great! I love that the fax is sitting in my email in box. Very convenient! No more going to the local kinkos to retrieve my faxes.
