Ripped Off!

I ordered a camera on August 16th. It is now more than 9 weeks later and it has not arrived. Order #95346-257154555-S-A - I've attempted to contact them numerous times via e-mail, their web submission form, and by phone but there is no response. I paid with Paypal, and since it has been more than 45 days they won't help. I've now submitted a complaint to the BBB. Stay away!

    Horrendous customer service

    I ordered over a month ago and have not received my order or any indication what is going on with it. I have e-mailed several times and have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING back from this company. There are plenty of discount sites out there which are legitimate. I suggest avoiding this one.

    I gave them two stars because out of four items I've purchased, only two had no problems at all.

    One item took over a month and several emails to customer service before I received it - in fact, I had already contacted my credit card company and they'd processed a refund for me.

    Most recently I ordered an item (partial order #4910-S-A) that was listed as "new" but what I received was absolutely refurbished. I've called and emailed multiple times and plan to contact my bank to see if I can get a refund on that item as well.

    This will most likely be my last experience with them.

    Customer service is horrible and they're just too unreliable.

    I would have chosen "0" rating if there was one. Daily Checkout wins the ugliest retailer award. Let me first say I am partly at fault, because I didn't research them before making a purchase from them. BIG MISTAKE. I bought an item, and rec'd it about three weeks later. There were parts missing in the shipment. I immediately sent them an email, and you can guess the rest. No reply. Knowing that they don't accept returns, and that they tell buyers to contact manufacturers directly, and assuming the manufacturer was in Asia or a third world country, and not knowing the contact information for that manufacturer (remember they don't answer emails), I knew I was hosed right away. I did what I should have done BEFORE the purchase (I know..I know, dumb of me, but the link came from a trusted email). I sent them a second email asking for a reply, and nope, not a word back. I also knew that they do not accept returns (they are merely a middle man who uses drop-shippers), and knew instantly that I would be ignored like so many others. So no chance of getting the parts they failed to include in the original shipment. They claim that they are part of Google's affiliate platform, and I checked, and that's a lie. I'm certain Google will be very interested in them using their name to scam buyers. I can hear Google's lawyers now, girding their loins. Today I went to the bank to file a claim against them, and will contact New York's Attorney General. Also to be contacted will be ebay, Craig's List, Blueswitch.com and Cybersource Corp (these are on-line companies they enlist to assist them in this scam). I'm confident the losses they sustain from this exposure will dwarf my loss. Daily Checkout lists a Brooklyn N.Y. address, which surely is bogus, and I expect they'll shut down and reappear as a brand new entity. Daily Checkout is a sham. They get around fraud laws by delivering something, but it's merely just junk. The irony is that this is a good idea for a retail site, and they choose to scam rather than build a legit business. They list a phone number (and you guessed it-no answer and a bogus recording). Someone build a legit site modeled after this charade gets shut down and you'll make great dough. :-)

    Deal with them at your financial peril.

    P.S. I see 3 others have posted comments here, and each gives this scammer a 1 rating, but somehow THIS site gives them 3.0 out of 5.0. Go figger.

    ITS AS IF THEY DON"T EXIST!

    I ordered a product from them and then went to track its shipping. Nothing. Won't ship, they don't respond, lousy rip off company.

    Is it possible for you to add a ZERO STARS to the ratings.

    I placed an order on March 24, 2011. I have yet to received anything and I have received no response to my several e-mails and telephone calls. My sister ordered the exact same thing and she got hers so I don't know whats going on. Very disappointed

    Actually I would give them a zero star if I could. Never received the item ordered and they do not respond to emails. Zero product + zero communication = ZERO STARS.

    Daily Checkout advertised 3 button optical mouse.

    I order the 3 button Optical Scroll Mouse. What I got was a 3 button ball Mouse.

    I only got a reply to my first email : "I am terribly sorry that you got this ball mouse, we would be happy to refund you" That's the first and last I heard from them. No matter that I emailed Daily Checkout in February again in March and April.

    Their only concern is making the sale. If they send you the wrong item you are just stuck with it.

    Bad company.. BEWARE !

    Can't get any response from these people - this is the second order that I've had problems with where I couldn't get hold of them.

    Fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me. I'm going to actively disrecommend these people, and I hope that I can get them banned from every "bargain" site I can find.

    These people are scam. Stay away from this. I placed an order on March 25th, they charged my card immediately, Today is April 14th, I haven't received my stuff, neither I have heard a word from them. I sent them 3 emails, I haven't received any reply yet. I think they just took my money. I'm gonna report it to BBB now.

    Just got an email and just as I predicted they emailed me and said the item had shipped. Funny I checked it and it still says it hasn't. I will be surprised if I ever receive this item and doubly surprised if it is anything like what I ordered. Glad I used my credit card because i will fight this if it is not here in 4 days or is not as described. I will never order from this company again and plan on contacting Woot about my experience.     I can only agree with everyone else. I ordered something from this company because I found them on Woot and thought since it was on their site it must be good. I emailed them wanting info about the product I ordered because there was a discrepancy in their description and I wanted to know exactly what I was getting. They never responded. It has been 3 weeks and my item still has not shipped. I was billed immediately. I sent them another email, they emailed back and said they were closed for a week for Easter. Bull****!

    I just emailed them again and asked them to cancel my order and refund the full amount or I will go to my credit card company and dispute the charges. We will see what happens...I bet they will either not respond or tell me the item was just shipped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Order ##29058-413027748-S-A

    They showed 4 different items and said if you order more than one, you will not get a duplicate. I received a duplicate and it was broken. They will not answer my emails to them. BAD SITE, SCAMMER!!

    They sent me faulty product. It was a free ball promotion (but I did have to pay $5.99 for shipping). I received the ball promptly but I couldn't blow air into it. Tried to push in the air pump only to see that the valve is defective and the ball can't hold air. Only then did I realize to check their reviews/ratings out online.. sure enough I find that I should have put them in 'do not shop here' list. Now I know!

    Not a very expensive lesson.. but still a valuable lesson.

    Horrible service. I ordered a DVD collection of a tv show, and have been waiting about 8 weeks at the time of this review for it to arrive. I ordered the collection as a christmas present for a relative. The first email I sent they bothered to respond to, claiming that the dvds were held up in customs, but they would overnight it to me as soon as possible. I still haven't recieved it. I doubt I ever will, and I doubt I'll ever get my money back, because they've ignored my email requesting that. So not only did Daily Checkout ruin Christmas, they're getting a head start on ruining the next one, because I'm not likely to see the present in another 12 months. Thanks Grinches.

    This is the WORST online retailer I have ever dealt with. I would recommend that anyone who likes to do their shopping online stay away. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE ONCE A PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL REQUEST ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS MADE FOR INFORMATION ON YOUR MISSING PRODUCT! SHOPPER/BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I'm dissappointed with my 1st dealing wiith them...ordered something 3 weeks ago per their posting and they still haven't shipped anything; but they sure billed my card in seconds flat. NOMATTER how many times I have contacted them, they do not reply..simply rude customer service. They receive negative blogs on undelivered goods and their answer is to erase everything per posting; there have been several complaints posted and erased for things billed and not received. Their humour in regards to not being a customer friendly is not appreciated and quite painfully too realistic. This company was forwarded by a good company (Woot)and I made the mistake to think thier reputation was on the same level. In dealing with a company that doesn't deliever on prepurchased promised goods I would have to say my experience with daily checkout is less than dismal.

    Terrible terrible customer services. Sent more than 10 emails to cancel a duplicate order on the error on the webserver part. never got any respond. order was never cancel took. took 3 weeks to ship. stay away

    Some of the stuff is cool, but I'm not overly impressed. Some of their "free" stuff can be the same as if you buy it in the store after you pay their shipping fees.

    I dont agree with everyone else...Daily checkout had the best price by far on this product. It didn't take long to receive my order. It came brand new in the factory sealed box and works great. Will definitely be happy to use daily checkout again.
