I ordered a pair of sweat pants for my daughter for Christmas and went by their size chart and the fact it stated 100% pre-shrunk cotton. The size chart stated 31 1/2 inseam for length. When my daughter opened them on Christmas and tried them on they were at least 2 inches too long which would have been correct for the size chart. When I washed them they shrunk 2 inches in length (I measured them and they are now 29 1/2 inch inseam)so they are now too short. When I contacted Customized Girl they said it was past the 30 days (because they were a Christmas gift and I had ordered early to be sure to have in time) and the information on sizes and pre-shrunk are supplied by the manufacturer. This information is supplied on their web site and does not say anything about manufacturer's information and that they do not stand behind it. Complete waste of my money and feel this represents fraud. They offered for me to order another size and they would give me 30% off. Would never spend another cent at that company as my $34.99 loss makes me sick enough. Would give them 0 stars if that was an option!

Multiple Mistakes and Disappointment

I found a cute design for a maternity Halloween and figured, if I ordered it in September I shouldn't have any complications. The shipping was higher compared to most places, and I figured I had plenty of time so I put in for economy shipping.

Instead, a week later I get a phone call saying that I had screwed up on the lettering of my design to be black on black. The picture absolutely did not display this on my order, but okay, I gave approval to change the lettering to white on black like the original design indicated. I thought I was done.

Then, another week later, I get another call. This time, the shirt size is being discontinued by the vendor they order from an they just found out that day. I can order a size above, or a size below, but not that size. This is now two weeks later. Two weeks just to find out they have not even completed the product let alone sent it out to be shipped when the projected ship date was the week prior.

Disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

    I purchase (6) different shirts and received one that was printed sloppy and off to one side. I emailed them pictures as they asked. My pics were clear and showed without a doubt that words and artwork were not centered on shirt and off to one side. I was given several different responses. First it was off but that was the only way it could be made. Then they said it was not off center and looked good to them. Then I was told that the shirt turned out this way because each word had different amounts of letters in them....They made dumb comment after dumb comment and in the end refused to refund my money or make me a new shirt. They didn't care that the quality was not up to MY standards. Shirt looks like a factory second. Everyone who sees it says the print looks off to one side. I will use it to wash the cars. Anyway, if you order from them you better hope they don't screw up because they have zero customer service. I am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    I ordered 2 tshirts for my dog on this site. I'm a professional graphic designer and I know how important high res art is and know how to send it. However, both shirts came back blurry, however that's possible, and one was totally illegible. I can believe any business would even send a product that low of quality. I sent a complaint over a week ago and haven't heard any response. As a service provider, if you can't provide quality work, don't provide anything at all and let your customer know it won't work instead of (over) charging them and still delivering. Embarrassing...

    BEWARE!!! I paid $43 for one simple customized T-shirt on customizedgirl.com on 01/13/09 - and as of 02/24/09, have still not received it.

    The first time I contacted the company, "Amanda" said she cannot track APO orders, but assured it would arrive soon. Multiple e-mails and still no T-shirt or refund later, the company is no longer responding to me, so I had to ask my bank to start a fraud investigation.

    Impressed!

    I ordered 2 customised pillow cases and a set of underwear from customised girl. At first I was a bit scared because of a few reviews but because it was so cheap and it had exactly what I wanted/ how I wanted it, I thought 'why not?'

    I live in Queensland Australia, it took an extra week to what was said on the receipt, but I contacted admin and they responded very promptly and resolved my worries with ease.

    Great customer service!

    When my order arrived, it was better than I expected! It looked exactly how I wanted it to and the materials used were high quality too.

    I had a wonderful experience ordering through them and i will definitely be using their service again, and also I recommend others to as well. 10/10!!

    The Misses Alternative Apparel Meegs Eco Jersey Racerback Tank Top DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT IS PICTURED. The tank top is short and only hits to the top of hips and the arm holes are so large, the side and partial front of your bra definitely show. Also, the sizes of the tanks in the same order are all different. Apparently there can be a 10% difference in sizes of the same shirts. I would not have paid so much for customized tanks if I had known what the tanks would look like. No refund given no matter how unhappy customer is. All I was offered was 30% on a future order. BUT, WHY WOULD I ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN???? You gotta be kidding me.

    AWFUL HORRIBLE & they will NEVER get my BUSINESS!!!

    Their website is atrocious, I tried for a long time to "design" my shirt, then when I tried to either save or add to cart, it kicked me off the site. I emailed them, they designed it themselves for me, INCORRECTLY, and when I asked for corrections, they did email it to me with no other response or apology or anything of any kind. Their website, both mobile AND PC!, is STILL jacked up and they not only lost out on MY business but I quickly told my daughter planning her friend's 21st bday in Vegas in Oct to FORGET getting the 15 shirts from THIS company and try someone else, but these people do NOT want your business so why bother?

    I put a order in for 2 girls youth black sweat pants. They were for a cheer competition. I get a email 2 days before the order was suppose to ship from the company. "Please contact Customer Service regarding a question/concern we have with your order. Production on your order has been put on hold. Please contact us to resolve the issue so we can meet or exceed your expected arrival date".

    I called and basically they told me that they were out of basic black, did not know when my order would ship. The only option they gave me was to cancel. I told them I was left with 2 days to find what I needed. Now ordering online elsewhere I will have to pay very high shipping. All I was told was. I'm sorry, if you decided to order with us, save your order number and I will give u some kind of discount in the future".

    Horrible experience! The email said they wanted to meet or exceed my expectations. I called and they did neither.

    Amazing!

    I was extremely sufficient with m 16th birthday shirt they made for me I put a whole lot of Disney stuff on there because I'm going to Disney I was placing a crown on the top of the number 6 in 16 & it turned out very good. Their sizes are a little bit big but other than that I was very happy with everything. I wish I could post a picture. The neon pink was really neon. It got here so quick. I was really happy.

    Quality control is bad

    I've ordered from this company twice now and both times the measurements of shirt sizing was off by 2.5 inches, making the shirt I spent time on designing, unwearable. Bella products are for sure a problem. Measuring a shirt should be a no-brainer yet, customized girl just can't get it right. Then they blame it on the manufacturer. Either get new manufacturers or measure the clothing yourself. It's no fun to spend time and money on a shirt only to have it unwearable because it doesn't fit properly. I will never order from this site again.

    The graphic came out nicely, but the quality of the sweatshirt is cheap. It is not heavy duty as the website says it is or the label when it arrives.The sweatshirt arrived in a timely manner. We wouldn't use the company again.

    Frustrating experience

    I ordered a simple t-shirt with a word on it. The estimated delivery time was 3 weeks.They said they tried to deliver but shipping was returned. They sent me an email saying I will have to pay $11.22 extra to have it delivery again or the order will be cancelled. Original shipping was $3.99 and total cost was $20.19 with shipping. I asked them to cancel order, which they did but charged me for shipping. Really disappointed with they handled a new customer. I will never order from this site again.

    Website is a hack..Fraudulent company!!!

    BUYER BEWARE as their website is HACKED!!!

    Wife purchased an item online and a few days later her financial institute called asking her if she made a $400 purchase at Walmart in Rockford, IL... The website is NOT secure because if it was you would see the "S" meaning secure behind the abbreviated Hypertext Transfer Protocol in the address bar when checking out as she recalls not seeing this. I REALLY hope people see this and look elsewhere as these people are HACKS & FRAUDULENT. Also to note I spoke with a Shay via chat and that person ended the chat session while I was typing a replay back...just goes to show how they do business....So again BUYING BEWARE!!! WEBSITE IS HACKED!!!

    I paid $20 to have my items guaranteed on or before February 13th to give them to my fiance for Valentine's Day. Only one item came in and the other never did. When I called to get my $20 back for shipping they would only give me back half my shipping. If you guarantee something on or before a date, I expect it to come in on time or I get my money back! Although their items are cute, I'm NEVER ordering from them again.

    Awesome service

    So I ordered recently for Valentine's and everything came perfectly. Put a picture of my girlfriend and myself on a teddy bear and it looked absolutely amazing. Only one problem the bear size for the price wasn't worth it but it's whatever. Also customized pillow cases and it was out of this world. Best part when they say it will be delivered by a certain date, it is. First time ordering their but definitely not my last.

    horrible company

    i am completely dissatisfied with this company. i ordered a shirt and spent 60 dollars on it. i received it and it looked like something i could have done at home. the lettering looked like it was just ironed on. i previously ordered another shirt there and the sleeves ripped so i tried again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. OVERPRICED and POOR QUALLITY

    If I could give this company -5 I would. They are the worst. Do not trust them with any order that means a lot to you. Shop around online and use someone else. They do not honor their refund policy and don't care if you are happy with a purchase.

    NEVER AGAIN

    I ordered me and my boyfriend couples shirts intime for Christmas. I ordered them about 1 month before so I coukd get it on time. 2 weeks before Christmas they arrived and they printed them backwards. My writing was on his shirt his was on mine. I woukd have just kept their mistake but they were 2 totally different sizes. I then call them and they shipped out the new ones they said they woukd be here by the 24th at the latest and put it through express shipping where I live in Canada. I had to pay for the shipping on their mistake and then didn't receive the shirts until the beginning of January 2016. I take them out and they were messed up AGAIN. These were part of his Christmas gift and I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone.

    Great Customer Service

    Not necessarily the companies fault, but I had some issues with the initial order sizing running a little more fitted than needed for the person ordering for. The customer service reps were great at helping me to find solution and getting a tshirt that fit with minimal cost.

    I'd recommend this company as I've dealt with many other vendors and the key to a good vendor is they are willing to work with the customer!

    amazing! !

    I ordered a bear for my girl on Monday, it got to her on Thursday. I chose rush order but it said at least 10 days due to the fact that it's coming into Canada from the state. So anyways obviously it came in 4 days. Very impressed. And the tracker was fairly close. It said it would get to her by 5pm, it came earlier at 12pm. Great site. 100% recommended

    i bought several customised tanktops from them. it was easy to use their site to do the design. they actually arrived a tad faster than expected. overall it was a good deal. i believe i will order from them in the future.

    Your comment: Back in October I ordered two size large custom t-shirts for my daughter as a birthday gift for November 22. when I received them, they were much larger than the measurments listed on the Customized Girl website. I called and they said they would exchange them for a size medium. I paid $4.50 priority mail to send them back since time was running close ( it took almost 3 weeks for them to ship to me). When I got the shirts, they were a MEN"S size medium. I needed those shirts within the next 3 days. I called CG and they told me to take a picture of the tags and they would get my shirts right out to me. I also had to spend another 4.50 to send their mistake back to them. They got the shirts to me by November 21........in THE ORIGINAL SIZE LARGE. What is wrong with this company? My instructions were very clear. When I wrote to them about it, they again wanted pictures/return for remailing, even though it is now too late. Stay away from this company, they are unreliable. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

    very poor quality products

    We ordered the tops - the quality of the products was so POOR, the colors were off as well. Would never order anything again and strongly recommend to everyone never shop there. VERY POOR quality of goods and services.

    problem but fixed quickly

    We placed a very large order with this company and found several of the hoodies had issues with the printing coming off, funny background color. I contacted customer service and they helped to adjust the design, improve the oolor and replaced all the the hoodies for the entire team at no additional cost. Great customer service. I would give 5 stars for customer service.
