Still have not received products

Okay, so I placed an order for two IPad covers and an IPhone cover on NOVEMBER 25 and as of today, December 22nd, I still have not received a Order shipped" notification for the iPad covers. I tried calling and could reach anyone nor was I capable of leaving a message. I did send several emails and was FINALLY emailed back on the 14th stating we would receive it on the 16th. As if today still nothing :(. The reason I didn't give the company a ZERO was because they did send the iPhone cover the first week of December and they have apologized about the delay on the other two products. The quality of the first cover was great. Oh, and they did say they would expedite my products at there expense. I just wish they would have let consumers know they were behind and then it would be up to US to determine if we still wanted to order, knowing there would be a chance of delay. I know it is Christmas and they may have received more orders than they could produce/ship, so hopefully next year, they will be better prepared.

  • Great website that was user friendly
  • Cons:
  • Delivery time
  • no way to speak to Customer Service Representative
  • took over two weeks to receive an email response to say "sorry"
  • although Christmas is not ruined it does make it a little more frustrating

    Stay far, far away from this company

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered on 12/8, paid for 2 day express shipping. They took the money out of my account on 12/9, and here it is, 12/21, and no product. You cannot get them to answer emails of phone calls, and their "live chat" feature shows as "offline" 24/7. You can't even leave a message on their answering machine because it is full of other "customers" aka victims of their fraud. Take a look at their Facebook page to see how their customer service goes. Then run in the other direction and find another source for your needs. If you've already ordered from them and can't get your order or a response, please, go right to the CA BBB and Attorney General, and make sure you file a fraud claim with your credit card to get your money back.
