This store is HORRIBLE!!!

So I drove 90 miles one way and bought a pair of boots for my daughter. I drive 90 miles back home and there are two left boots in the box!!! The store is closed so I called the toll-free customer service number and get Toni on crack. He said "I don't think there is anything we can do to help you". Are you kidding me?? At the very least he should have sent me a new pair of boots. I can't believe their incompetence and unwillingness to find a solution for what has turned out to be a horrible, costly mistake. This will be the last time I make a purchase in one of their stores!

I recently had a horrible experience at Charlotte Russe. I bought a boyfriend jacket as well as a t-shirt on a Thursday. I came back on Friday because the person I bought it for, didn't wan it. I took the tags off of them so she couldn't see the prices. I went in Friday morning, early, to return it. I had a receipt but apparently the tags must be attatched . When I reached the counter, the older lady who seemed to be the manager was at the computer. She had food in her mouth and was very obviously chewing, even when I asked if I could do a return. She continued chewing and using her tongue to get the food out from below her lips while she said "no tags. no return." and then went back to her computer. Didn't make eye contact. Didn't say hello, didn't stop chewing. And didn't say goodbye or anything other than "no tags. no return" and pushed the clothing back at me in a forceful manor.

Get Help

Jan.17, 2013 My day started by getting up round 6am to go with a friend to the Portland Airport to drop off a friend. We decided after going to IKEA to head to Clackamas Town Center Mall to Charlotte Russe to see if these cute gold boot sneakers were still there & if so have my size. As i went in back hoping to see them maybe be on SALE!

I did see them and pick them up & put the 1shoe left size 5 1/2 on which was a good snug fit but was bummed for they were a bit dirty & gold leather part was scuffed obviously dirty from dust & being on display for so long :(. I had seen 1 sales rep see me but not say a word. I saw another whom worked the register who had customers @the time cross by as I was still sitting on bench wearing 1 shoe, I was like this for a good 15min. with these clerks walking by & I starting to get frustrated by the ignorance of girls/employees & how they treat certain costumers. The girl @ the register was done & went to another costumer to help them by starting a room yet she lets me sit w/one shoe on. I know that store puts only 1 shoe out so if costumers are interested clerk will get the other one/box to try on both & I'M sure for theft reasons. I finally got up & took shoe off & asked the girl back @ register if she had another pair of 5 1/2 for this one was dirty & scuffed.

The clerk had a catty way of talking which was very disrespectful & said that she's sorry that size 5 they only get 1pair. I now being extremely frustrated by this girl for her 3 strikes w/me continuing the smart alec way of speaking to me. I asked what she can do for me for the marks & she said she can go back & try & take marks off but nothing can be done for scuff marks. I then asked for her to get a Manager to see what they can do for me? She with a big smirk smile told me I'M the manager which made me more furious as she could obviously tell. I asked again what can you do for me cause this is on here for good & it was already $38.00 no sale :(. The clerk said I can give you 10 percent. I said that's fine if that's all you can do for me then I'll take that which in my opinion is CRAP especially when you see the bootsneaker side by side it's obvious ones dirty,worn and stretched out!! as for the other looked brand new.

The clerk rang me up, I gave her my Charlotte Russe gift card that I received as a Christmas Gift from my husband because he's knows me & is Thoughtful. I had been thinking about these bootsneaker & racked my brain to figure out where the heck I saw them back in November 2012 for my friend & I went to so many clothing stores & malls that I couldn't remember. I had plan to come back & thought that this store was @ the Washington Square Mall & looked in 21Forever Limited & others & asked my friend which store was it that had those cute boot sneakers? We finally figured it was Charlotte Russe @ Clackamas Town Center. I have been a bit hesitant to go to this Mall after the CTC shooting but decided that even though there are unstable people around no matter where we go I cannot let that hold me back so today was the perfect opportunity since we were close by after leaving PDX and IKEA. I just wanted to let you know everything that I been through to get here & to see that these boot sneakers were still there made me very happy but sure hated the way staff attends to certain costumers, good for some & then choose to ignore others which was me, with that said you messed with the wrong female &

I can easily go to many sites that I have & give my opinion & this survey to the public not to go to this store due to bad customer service. That is why I refused your clerks offer for upcoming sales & such, I just wanted to get the hell out of the store & go to another where Sales Associates speak to you & ask to help you & tell you of the sales going on in store unlike this one today...Nothing from them but glances & walking by.     dissapointed

    not the best service i had. the girls were nice, but there was an incident one i was with my friend in the dressing room. one of the girls dropped my box of shoes, i expected her to pick them up. but she stood there paralyzed. i was disappointed in her behavior, but she did apologize. a cashier forgot to give me a dollar back in change, i didn't notice until i went home to check all my recipes. it wasn't technically her fault, but it's always helpful to check. i'm definitely going to another charlotte russe farther away.

    Montgomery, AL Unprofessional sales people

    I bought 2 pair of shoes for my daughter. I showed the sales person both pairs of shoes and she rolled her eyes and said I can only bring one pair of shoes at a time. I said OK. She went back to get the first pair brought them and back for the second pair. I "assumed" (which is my fault) she brought me the correct shoes. When I got home and realized that I didn't get one of the pairs I showed her. I took them back 3 days later. I gave the asst. manager the receipt and the shoes. One pair of shoes didn't match the bar-code number on the box. She said these are not on the receipt and am not refunding these. I said well these are the shoes I bought on that receipt. She said well you are not getting your money back. I asked for the manager and she said she "ain't" here but she "gonna" tell you the same "thang". I didn't want to cause a scene because there was a long line behind me. I took the shoes home got the receipt out looked at them and there were 2 bar-codes on the shoe box. The one that was scanned and the correct one, also. So now I have to go back again and show them what she should have seen anyway. This is the MOST unprofessional store I have EVER been too. I will NEVER buy from here again, ever! What happened to the customer was correct and customer service where the sales person tries their best to help the customer. transaction #1044202559104805 store #442

    They treat their employees like sh#t, and their company policy is racist; they are trying to attract "less ethnic" customers, aka non-minority. I briefly worked there and can testify to that 100%.

    Worst Customer Service Ever

    I've always loved shoppig at Charlotte Russe, they always have good deals and good customer service. Today I went into the Ocala Paddock mall store to buy a sweater and found a cute dress on the $12 rack. Well I bought the sweater but the dress was actually $26.99. When I told the lady about it she said "it would be marked down to $12 if it was $12" might I add the slight attitude towards me? Most places of "good" business would have honored the deal seeing that they are responsible for the organization of the store. I'm definitely not going shop at the Charlotte Russe in Ocala for a long time, I will just have to commute a little ways to Gaineville for the better service. I Will eventually consider coming back to the Ocala store, if they get new employees that aren't filled with bad attitudes.

    Bad customer service

    This is the worst customer service I've experienced to date. The only reason why I spent my money was because I was pressed for time and couldn't go to any other stores. This happened at the store in kings plaza. Cashier 135043 along with the other girls present should not work with the public. While I was paying she walked away and was just being rowdy with her coworkers. She could tell I was annoyed and she became deliberate as she walked away again with my receipt dangling in the drawer. When I was leaving She shouted "you're welcome" sarcasticly. I will never shop their again.

    rude sales person/ poor service

    my granddaughter & i were shopping,we were in the store 45 minutes & not one of the 4 sales people asked could they help us find anything. the manager was busy scrapping up stuff on the floor, she walked past us 3 times & never spoke. the music was very loud & i could not hear what the cashier was saying, when i asked what she said she was VERY RUDE.she had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE, her name was jade. if it weren't for my granddaughter wanting the clothes i would have gotten my money back right away, the store is in the mall in Greenville S.C. I will never shop there again. we then went to another store where the the sales person greeted us @ the door,asked could she help us find something, asked what size we needed, showed us where the sizes were, showed us where the dressing rooms were, VERY FRIENDLY @ check out, informed us of specials...and i could hear what she was saying because the music was @ a reasonable level. at your store the sales staff were hanging up items NOT seeing to their customers.

    Ridicule by Manager Charlotte Russe Harlingen TX

    I have been looking for a job desperately and had went in to Charlotte Russe for an application, when I asked the girl behind the counter, she had a smug look on her face and said hesitantly, "let me ask", she spoke into a headpiece she was wearing to her manager who was putting up signage and her manager whom was looking at me from where she was spoke to the girl while staring at me, it took a while when the cashier finally looked at me with a sort of laugh and smug look on her face and responded "no, we're not". The odd thing was that they were hiring, but I guess I wasn't the right look, and I was dressed professionally.

    WHY do you not have size 11 in store ? you already don't have 10.5 so any woman that is tall must order online, however I ordered a pair of shoes and they did not fit, i returned them in a store to REORDER shoes again and pay shipping AGAIN! BUT THEY DON'T HAVE MY SIZE ONLINE EITHER- MUST HAVE SOLD OUT!

    so not only do i have to wait 4x longer to get my product, i must pay more for the shoes as well? I think i can find a better store with better standards.

    this is ridiculous!

    Wrong size.

    I've ordered from fhe site twices. I ordered a size 6 pair of boots the second time. The box says size 6 and there's a sticker on each boot that says size six as well, BUT the inside of the shoes say size 5 1/2. Now, if they didn't have a size 6 available they shouldn't have advertised it. It kinda disappointed me, luckily the shoes fit. Only bad thing js they smell SO BAD; like some type pf chemical.

    did not like my visit

    Was not planning on buying anything but saw a cute top and a headband. But the top was a med and i wear a small so I wanted to try it on so I ask for a dressing room and ask my daughters to hold the headbands for me. While in the dressing room my daughter stated that the mgmt came and took my headband from them and put it at the counter which I didn't understand when I knew that's what I wanted. Ask my daughter why and she said that the mgmt said I will hold it for u while my daughter said they were holding for there mom and she said yes right. I was pissed because it made me feel like she thought that we were stealing and they were only &6:00. and while that wasn't the end the clerk over charge me for the rest of the items that I wanted. Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh NC.

    My Daughter went to Charlotte Russe to purchase a pair of tennis shoes like (keds,) they have a huge sign over shoes buy one for fifteen dollars get second pair 50% off. Well she asked the sales girl something is wrong because the shoes are all priced 12:50.so she went to manager to manager to ask about it well she came back over said actually what the sign means you buy one for 15:00 dollars and get the second pair for free. Daughter was this is a scam and false advertising. Seeing the shoes are only 12.50. So went to register and that's a whole another story. Made her wait customer walks up with boxes of shoes to purchase. She's like mam take you in the middle. Daughter is excuse me I have been standing here waiting to get cashed out. Girl was like Oh. Very very rude to her. So this is the lady asked floor girl just spoke with and my daughter said I still want them need a pair.except false advertising. Rings her up says total 26.50. Daughter says No you just told the sales girl buy one get one for free but have to charge you 15.00 for the first pair second is free. She's like Nope call the sales girl over she's standing they're turns around just walks away. Such bad service. Misleading signs. The girl wouldn't fix the receipt. Like what ever. Few people behind her didn't want to make a scene but very unhappy customer.. she got home very upset. That she was treated this way totally unprofessional. Charged her full price for both shoes and she didn't care. Upsets me that people think they can treat people this way and get away with it.. Red Flag to everyone that shops at Charlotte russe if you're not paying attention who knows what you will be charged for your purchases.

    Naples Florida.. Companies shouldn't take or try to take advantage of they're customers. If you don't have customers you don't get a paycheck because you don't have a job. Think about it. You should always great your customers well..

    charlotte Russe at Fredericksburg Mall has great cashiers

    I am a handicapped woman and I had to return a pair of shoes that I had returned earlier in the yr. I expected to be told that it was to late and I would be out of getting another pair! But to my surprise they were so quick to tell me I could and even told my choices and even helped me. What wonderful cashiers they made me feel special even tho I am not. What a good job hiring great cashiers. I will definitely return to this store.Thank you young ladies, you really picked up my spirits!

    poor service

    Today I was in your old orchard location store number 577. There were four people working on the sales floor. One was tasking folding things on a table. One was dressing mannequins in the back of the store. Another was dressing mannequins in the middle of the store. One girl said hello but did not seem to happy to be there. I walked around with things in my hand. No one offered any assistance. Finally I went to the cash wrap where the line was long. One girl was ringing. One girl kept looking in cabinets behind the register but totally ignored everyone in line. Finally a young man came over who was at least pleasant. Too late though. Working as a store manager myself I would never let this kind of customer service happen in my store. I will not purchase again from this store.

    Customer Service and Management Sucks - Cary,NC

    Purchase an item that was in the wrong spot,once the cashier finished I check my receipt. She called over the manager I told her I would like to have the price changed b/c it not my fault. She ask where did I get it from and I showed her. Another item just like I purchased was in the same spot,and she said she could not honor the price a customer must have put it there. I was like really, so why do you have associates in the store?? I know you cannot catch everything but wow!!

    SECURITY TAG OMN PURCHASED ITEM

    I HAVE PURCHASED A TOP IN YOUR WESTSHORE PLAZA STORE ON 8/23/11. UPON UNPACKING IT AT HOME I NOTICED THE SECURITY TAG WAS NOT REMOVED BY THE CASHIER.

    I LIVE IN NEW PORT RICHEY, 39 MILES AWAY. HOW DO I GET THE TAG OFF WITHOUT DAMAGING THE ITEM? IF I MAIL IT BACK TO THE STORE WILL YOU REIMBURSE ME THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

    WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST I DO ?

    Customers get treated rudely when they try to return items to store, WITH receipt and TAGS attached, and unworn clothes!!! Very rude, unprofessional customer service.

    i needed to make a exchange for a bigger size and instead of THE manager just explaining how things was , she had to be a nasty rude bitch about and say that there was nothing that she could do because they looked worn ! i know ppl that actually wear the stuff out and return it the next day but that's not the type of person like that. seriously charolette russe in salisbury,md needs to do better ! the shit looks cheap anyway. i will never shop there again idc what its for !! i work in retail so i know how it is
