Never order from Buggies Unlimited again

I'm not quite so impressed with Buggies Unlimited. I called on Saturday, ordered a carburetor, paid $40.00 extra to have it sent overnight. I was told it would be sent out Monday and I'd receive it on Tuesday. Come Tuesday, no carb. I called Buggies Unlimited on Wednesday and told them I was not happy. The lady that I talked to (after waiting on hold forever) was less than friendly. I said I'd like to speak to a manager. I waited on hold again and the manager answered the phone and then the line "went dead". I called again and waited on hold. Finally, a man answered and I told him that I was supposed to be talking to a manager and we got cut off. He asked me what this was about. I told him that I ordered a carb. kit on Sat. and was supposed to be here on Tuesday. My credit card reflects that I was charged for it but it didn't show up. He put me on hold again then came back and said, "The manager isn't here now but I can put you through to her voicemail so you can leave a message."

I am supposed to be in a parade this coming Saturday but I'll not be doing any parade routes. They said they refunded my acct. has yet to reflect that. They didn't act like they cared in the least. I never even heard, "I'm sorry about that." The only thing I heard was, "It was an honest mistake." Sure it was an honest mistake but it was obvious they couldn't have cared less. I'll not send any business back to Buggies Unlimited.

Poor Customer Service

I have been trying for days to obtain shipping information on my order & back-order with no luck. They always give the excuse that the gal with the information is out to lunch. This has happened all three times I have called. But she will call me as soon as she gets the info I requested. Still, days later, no return telephone call. Poor customer service.

I would give them a 0 if I had that option. My 70 yr old husband bought mea back seat for my golf cart for Christmas. He had a serious accident and I have been extremely ill. We just opened the boxes in March. Because I had received a cataloge with the order I discovered it was for the wrong brand of cart. Since it was still in the original packaging I asked if I could exchange it for the correct brand. I was told since it had been over 30 days it would cost me over $150.00 to return it and then I could purchase the correct brand from them. I know their 30 day return policy but I felt like for good public relations they could have made allowances for a 70 yr old couple who had made an ordering mistake and who had been injured and ill.     Poor quality enclosure

    On Dec.22,2014 I placed an order for a workhorse enclosure (ezgo cart with dump bed) received it two days later with out even paying for quick shipping. That part I was well satisfied...however less than 44 days from the time of placing the order the enclosure starts getting small slits in the clear vinyl. After talking with Kayla in customer service, she ask me to send pictures which I did. She was very attentive in staying in contact with me as she was communicating with the manufacturer. Unfortunately for myself after paying a total of over $230.00 (which at the time of placing the order was satisfactory) I was told because it was over 30 days all they could offer was a 10%discount on my next order... I'm sorry to say that will not happen, will not be purchasing anything from this company in future and would warn anyone else from them also. Beware beware beware

    No product received after a month, no return calls

    Placed order 4/13/14, recd part of order first week. PayPal had pd for wheels and it is a mo. later and still no wheels.they have my $424 for the wheels. I have called the 24/7 line five times no one calls back. Emailed 4 times with no reply. When I did speak to a real person they said they would get back to me in 24 hrs. Still no reply. I have filed a claim with paypal. This is a rinkydink company and I would advise anyone looking at making a purchase to look elsewhere. Run hard, run fast my friend,

    Return Radio and no REFUND

    I bought about $1,500 worth of Accessories and one was a radio that was defective and got a RMA return authentication # for return. They sent me a new radio and charged me for it,so to make a long story short I have called 5 times and sent emails to customer service with no reply. This was on 9/14/2015 and now first of Nov. I sure didn't know Buggies Unlimited had a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. Don't no what there problem is but one should consider this before ordering from them.

    terrible customer service

    After ordering 2 flip flop rear seats (648.00) after 21 days and still counting waiting for a bag of hardware to assemble my seat.week after week they say parts were shipped.they don't care.ready to contact Paypal.Save the headache and go somewhere else.
