Watch the welds on the steel rings for the straps and handles. I was doing some leg kick backs and it snapped on me. Also, the foam stopper can get a crack that, under heavy loads, will cause the plastic insert to fly out and hit you. It is a nice product but when used at the upper end of the resistance, can cause injury. I'm going back to gym for the heavy lifts for legs, chest, and back. Arms and shoulders, this product is fine. Otherwise, be carefull.

I bought the Bodyelastics system for my wife and she's lost 7 pounds in a matter of two months. Now she's got me using it too. It's a pretty nice system and not hard to get into. The key is get enough disciplines, so it's great to have my wife help push me to use it just about every day. I'd recommend this product to others.

after reading some good reviews of the bodylastics system i decided to give it a try. i'm very impressed by it so far. after using it for a month i can see more definition in my upper body. it's great that i can take it with me too when i travel. i'm a sales person so i spend a lot of time away from home in hotels. it's great to be able to have the same workout routine even on the road. recommended!

I got the Bodylastics system for Christmas and I've been using it DAILY since the New Year. So far so good- I'm feeling more fit and stronger. I live in a small apartment so this thing really works well for me- I just put it away in a bag and stow it underneath the bed.

I got the Bodylastics system and so far I'm pretty impressed. The rubberband resistance really can give you quite the workout. The best thing is the size of the system; everything can fit in a bag! So sometimes I watch TV and do workout at the same time, and sometimes I'll do it in the bedroom. I'd have to give it 4.5 out of 5 stars!

The Bodylastics clip system is better than Bowflex IMHO. Bodyelastics really made adjusting resistance a simply task. It's awesome that it's portable too. For less than $50 it's not much of a risk at all to building more muscles.
