Spent thousands $$$, still waiting for stuff I won back in November 2010. (Order number 101136 - order number 102106 - order number 102111 - order# 102135 - 102537 - 102843 - 102851 - 103013 - 103297 - 104931. I was told by their customer service they are currently on back orders from July 2010 and no telling how long it will take. I was also told that they are using current profits to process those old back orders because their processing company stiffed them. Sad they never made profits before otherwise they would have the money to send us our stuff. Was told old orders that reprocess should take weeks, but we have been waiting over a month on those too. Even went back in and won two more cards that took almost a month to get. Maybe they were afraid if they didn't send these recently wins they would look bad (WORSE THAN THEY DO!) I urge anyone that has a complaint, contact: www.ic3.gov and www.bbb.org, and file your complaints.

Joiners, people who register thinking Bidsauce is like eBay and within seconds, having conferred with no clear informed consent, $149 to Bidsaauce, try to opt out, are stonewalled. Those who, like me, file complaints with The FTC, Riverton, Utah's BBB, Utah's attorney general, Oregon's attorney general, The FBI, citing RICO Statutes, Riverton's newspaper with letters to the editor, and more, are stonewalled. You can write to support@bidsauce.com, attn: Jeana, you can email the owner, Chip Galloway, at chip@candclandscapes, you can do a 'live chat' with bidsauce, and you can telephone them at 1-866-682-7779, and if you , having done all of this, are treated well by this ignominious bunch, you are luckier than I. Order number 102310.

Order number 86980. I paid almost $14 in shipping for two GIFT CARDS (yes, those pieces of small plastic that you can mail with a 44 cent stamp) and still hasn't arrived over 8 weeks later. I've contacted them and the best they can say is that they HOPE it gets here before Christmas. I'm really just hoping I EVER see them at this point. My name is Stacey from Upstate, NY.

The last few digits of my order number are 5227. I live in Provo, UT. I bought 50 bids from this company and lost 3 different bids. Then I spoke with customer service about there suresauce guarantee and got 50 bids back since I didn't win anything. During Thanksgiving they had their 1 year anniversary and said anyone would get back their bids they used in during the event. I bid on another item and lost. Then when I got the 50 bids back, just tonight, I tried to win another item and lost again. 3 of those times there were multiple "users" bidding and when I ran out of bids, all but one stopped bidding too. Also during the anniversary event the user "Charity4kids" won a Turbo Auction by bidding 110-120 times in 3 seconds. No Turbo Auction before or since that I have seen has reached more than 30 bids. You try hitting the mouse button 110 times in three seconds. It is not possible. The company says they don't have/allow auto bidding but it is happening. Don't use the site. - Fred P.

BidSauce is a rip off in it's purist form. The website is set up to lead to you to believe that you have the potential of getting an item for pennies on the dollar, when in fact you end up getting nothing for dollars on the penny. When I called to try to get some sort of restitution, I was treated like some sort of idiot (which I guess I was, for falling for the BidSauce scheme). No one would listen to my complaint. I was given the same speech over and over again, which to me was proof that all personnel answering phones had the required spill drilled into their heads and nothing outside of what they were taught to say would ever be allowed to enter into the conversation. I would recommend that unless you have a lot of money that you want to throw away............stay away from BidSauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! My name is Burt Lippold, address 5190 S. 2100 W., Roy, Utah 84067. No where in any of my correspondence do I have any form of a order number. I'm not sure if it got deleted or if I ever received one.

At this point I would not recommend this to anyone. I have won about 4 auctions in September and still have not received my items. I speak with their on-line support and all they can tell me is the order has been processed but they can't give me a shipping date. I will receive an email with the tracking number when it ships. It seems to me if you offer an item, you should have that item available to ship immediately. If not, don't put it up for auction. I don't know if I've been scammed as only time will tell. If so, then I believe alot of us have cause for a civil lawsuit. I just hope that this is not he case and I receive my items soon. My Order Number #6*0*0

Customer service either emails you lies or doesnt respond at all. Its now been over 2 months and am still waiting for my gift cards. I have now contacted them about 7 times which must be 7 times too many since now they don't even bother to answer at all. I wonder what their local government in Utah would think about having a company that steals from customers representing them that way?? My order number is 60530 and I'm in Tucson AZ

You can't rate lower than 1 on this, right? Here is what I am sending them in regard to their refusal to return my $149.95: To whom it may concern, No company with an operating moral compass sufficient to allow it to stay in business for more than a few months would so quickly refuse to return money so recently received--without providing at least SOME degree of service or use. I have not used any of your online services. Never before have I seen a page on which an order was about to be placed not provide obvious indication that such a transaction was going to take place. There was no clear order amount on the screen that I saw. Also, I would never be comfortable placing an order without having some kind of confirmation. It's kind of like chess, when you make the move but haven't yet taken your finger off the piece. Until you have that confirmation, you can change your mind and move the piece back to where it was. Or to cancel the "order", in this case. Finally, I'm not sure if I've ever seen a page where the registration function and the order function were mixed (especially without showing an order amount--I never saw one). These functions should obviously be clearly delineated--which is why all the sites I can remember seeing keep them on separate pages. I was not able to go back in my browser to that order page to see what was on it; I'm sure this is by design. Let me tell you how this will end. You will refund the entire amount of $149.95, or you will end up disputing this with my credit card company. Or perhaps you'd rather argue with this state's Attorney General's office about your predatory practices? [I'm in Stoughton, MA, and my order number was 93824. Hopefully this will help someone else.]

BAD BAD NEWS! Too much time on my hands yesterday and should have been doing more constructive things. I was taken by Bidsauce.com. Stupid me. 1) the email they used to hook me looked like OVERSTOCK.com, a legitimate company. I hit the link and "OVERSTOCK" took me to Bidsauce.com. OK, I know NOW it was NOT OVERSTOCK. 2) I fell for the appeal and forgot the old adage "if its too good to be true..." 3) IT seemed illogical that any online auctioning would actually charge $149 for the privilege to bid and that the $149 was perhaps like "monopoly money". I did not believe the fine print or perhaps read it carefully. It is a scheme for naive, foolish people like myself who are always looking for a good deal. 4) MY BIGGEST MISTAKE IS USING MY ROBOFORM AND QUICKLY FILLING IN THE FORM NECESSARY TO PLAY. JUST A MOUSE CLICK AND MY NAME, CREDIT CARD, AND PERMISSION WAS GIVEN. I never do that! Yesterday I did. Idiot. I give them a 5 for being clever, conniving, con artists. I give them ones for being creeps, scurrilous, and low lifes. The good book says they are "inventors of evil." They would not keep at it if it weren't for people like me. I played the game trying to win gift cards at low prices. I was click happy. My finger got tired and the dogs needed to go out. I stopped. By the sheer number of people it appeared were bidding just at that time, Bidsauce took in at least $2500. I am sure it was a lot more. I was on just an hour or so. This thing is bad news and I think rigged. This morning my online banking said I was $149 poorer. Stay away!!! My Bidsauce order number was 9*9*4.

Justin Jose. I've won two items and Can't get my account verified, tried to do it online several times. Called suport 3 times, 1 call back after 8 hours on the 2nd attempt they left a message saying i had to call back !!!! I call back today and mailbox is full. This is a one man show!! There is no support! Buyer beware. No customer service no way to complain, no answering phones, etc... Don't believe me. Try it yourself. Jsut try and call and get to a person or even leave a message for that fact. And forgot about tryign to email them-- nope no email address to do so that anyone responds to. Once you finally get to get your "winnings" not only do you have to pay the price of the auction (that's acceptable) shipping was 7 bucks for a 50 dollar gift card? and they charged me another 7 for another 25 gift card both redeemed on the same day ot the same address. On top of htat they don't arrive for 16-20 BUSINESS days -- taht's almost 4 to 5 weeks!! Justin Jose, Houston, TX order number- XX345

What a scam for stupid people. $400 camera with $70.00 worth of bids increasing .01 from zero. It costs approx. $1 per bid. The site owners end up selling a $400 camera for $7000 dollars and then they charge you another $28 for shipping. Wish I had thought of this. I can't believe people are getting suckered into this. I takes at least 2 months or more to recieve anything you win. Don't get Fooled by your first win they ship it quick and after that nothing but excuses. I know for a fact that bidders are waiting on items won in May and thats seriously approaching 4 months. It took three months to recieve a TV early this year. And I know that amazon has not run out of cards. Backing off here if they can't send items with their wayout shipping prices. Customer service is Nothing but excuses. Two Stars ,,,,shipping sucks bad,,or thats probably on pupose. ORDER NUMBER #11812 ALABAMA USA

Stay away from this site unless you want to go there just for the entertainment of gambling. But please keep in mind this is NOT a place to go if you want to purchase merchandise of any kind. There are only eight items auctioned at any time, and I have often seen people pay much more than items are worth when you include the cost of their bids. There is a competitive mentality that kicks in when bidding that is similar to gambling. I also feel confident in saying there are shills bidding up the prices and aggressively bidding to the point where it makes no financial sense at all. There is just something very suspicious about the way this site is run. And, the two times that I did win gift cards, it took over eight weeks for them to arrive - and this was after paying nearly $7 for EACH $50 gift card to be mailed to me. (Order #40587) When I inquired via email as to where they were, I was told they had trouble with their suppliers and that had caused the delay. In addition, there is a technical problem with more than half the emails they have sent to me, which are so garbled I can not read them - these are notifications of auction wins and bids purchased. I notified them about this and sent them a copy of what I received from them - but no action was taken. I have canceled my account and I do NOT recommend this site to anyone for the following reasons: extremely high priced shipping costs, painfully slow to fill orders, poor customer service, technical problems, and there are definitely shills on site frequently driving up auction prices.

The first two comments should be taken off the site, because they simply don't understand the format of penny auctions.

Once you understand how to use a penny auction and see how great of a deal you can get, you will find that bidsauce really is a great site and it's somewhat easy to win.

Don't just hate, because you don't get the sites.

Yes, these sites are a scam. How come it's advertised as a "Penny Auction" when it is $1 a bid? I thought I'd be able to go on and actually submit a bid, not click bid to automatically bid $1 each time. Then to have to pay the full cost of the actual bid when I may have already blew $10 bidding on the stupid thing. It's just another scam to get peoples money who don't pay attention to what they are doing.

I am not crazy about this format and don't know how much to trust it. I have logged on four different days and each time I have seen at least one person bid far more than the item was worth. With each bid costing $1, I saw one person bid over 100 times for a $100 gift card. This happened numerous times for giftcards woth $100, $50, etc. (Order xx758) (Orlando, FL)

I liked the site because i thought i was saving money. But shipping per item is 6.89 each, and yes i won like 4 items, but the total amount it cost me to win these items was over 400.00 dollars, because each bid costs you a dollar and you bid at least 10 times or more on the items and you can get carried away and not win. I have won on bids of 3, but with shipping and purchasing packages, it is much cheaper in the end to just buy the items at the store
