The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with after coaching baseball for 20 years. First off they don't honor any online coupons. They say they are note affiliated with the people offering them. Second, paid for two day shipping. Never arrived. They sent it to the wrong address. One hour on the phone with customer service. Guaranteed would arrive in two days guaranteed. Two days later never arrived. Customer service said they had no record of the previous, hour long conversation with their customer service. Then they refused to remove the the charges already billed to my credit card, until they received the item, never received, back. I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend it to any one else or any of the coaches I mentor.

They are fine if they get the order right. But if you have a complaint at all, they don't care. Pretty much, you are out of your money if you have a problem. Very rude.

NEVER ORDER FROM BASEBALLSAVINGS.COM!!! They've messed up my order twice (same order by the way because I'd never order anything from them again)and they don't seem too interested in trying to correct their mistakes in a timely manner (been dealing with them for almost 8 weeks now). Slow on processing orders and quick to blame their mistakes on other vendors. Their basic business philosophy seems to be - "we've got plenty of other customers so we don't care if you're unhappy". I'll be contacting the parent companies of the products I ordered reference baseballsavings.com's pathetic customer service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!! I ordered a set of custom catchers gear and a custom catchers glove from them in early December (over $525 worth of stuff). They had to call twice before the order got processed - about a 10 day delay and all problems on their end of the deal. I got the glove in about 6 weeks after the order was finally placed and it was OK. But, when I got my catchers gear nearly 2 months after I first ordered it, the chest protector was the wrong color (Red instead of Blue). My dad called them and told them about the mistake. Baseball Savings basically said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything except reorder and hope the order didn't get jacked up again. They told me they couldn't tell me when I might get my stuff but said it shouldn't be any longer than 2 MONTHS!!! Guess what?? I don't have the equipment I need to play baseball now. They tried to blame Mizuno for their own mistake and wouldn't even send a generic black chest protector (less than $30 on their site) to loan to me to get me by until the custom one was done right - they said that it wasn't their problem. Now I have to wait another 2 months to get my stuff (school baseball season will be almost over by then). I'm 13 and mowed lawns and cut firewood to earn the $500+ for the stuff I ordered. I feel like BASEBALL SAVINGS ripped me off BIG TIME!!! 0 Stars from me.

Consumer Alert: Be warned- I found BaseballSavings.com through Google and ordered several sale items, but after checkout, the sale prices were not honored, as shown on the receipt. I called customer service (who was very cordial) to have the charges changed and was informed my order could not be changed because of "the type computer system (they) have", and that the reason the sale prices weren't honored is because I did not come directly to BaseballSavings.com, but came through a portal What?! She then offered a solution in that I could refuse the order when it comes and I could place another order. This is ridiculous! Like I am going to stay home from work and wait for the delivery to refuse it-- and you can bet your bottom dollar that the red tape and the time it would take for that order to be credited would be lengthy or impossible. This is my first order with BaseballSavings.com, and as I await my order I am very nervous reading others reviews-- wish I had seen this first-- so consumers tread lightly here, if even at all.

AVOID Baseballsavings.com. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They advertized to guarantee delivery of a custom-made baseball glove by Christmas if the order was placed by November 23. I placed my order on November 18. The week before Christmas, I phoned them to enquire about the order and the expected date of delivery. The sales representative was completely unhelpful. When I spoke to the supervisor, she stated that the order had not been sent out by their company to the manufacturer of the glove until November 24 (6 days after it had been received!), and as a result it did not qualify for the guaranteed Christmas delivery. When I pointed out that I had placed the order in good faith 6 days before the deadline for Christmas delivery, and it was their responsibility for not having placed the order in a timely manner, she was adamant that nothing could be done to expedite the order. She did not even offer to contact the manufacturer to see what could be done. When I suggested that at least there should be a discount, given that they had reneged on their promise, she said 'absolutely not', and that "not even the owner of the company can authorize a discount".

Baseballsavings.com does not honor its obligations and its customer service is atrocious.

baseballsavings shipped the wrong size bats and didn't send the RMA to return them. Why not give me the RMA over the phone? Baseballsavings.com is terrible --- avoid like them like the plague. justbats and baseballexpress are much better and won't ship "something close" if they're out of stock.

Baseballsavings == bad dishonest company.

I do NOT recommend baseballsavings.com. I ordered a bat bag for my child and realized I wanted the change the color after placing the order and receiving a order confirmation via email. I quickly called customer service to make the change and was informed my order could not be changed but the rep would cancel it and I could place another order. This was within 15 minutes of hitting the send button! I asked if he would email a cancellation confirmation and he laughed and said that it would not be necessary he would cancel it right away. I emailed customer service asking to confirm this cancellation had been made before I would place another order. I did not receive a response. Today I received a tracking number my CANCELED order is SHIPPED. This is a scam! I am glad I waited before replacing my order or I would be stuck paying return shipping for the second bag. I will never use this site again and will be sure all the other baseball Mom's Dad's & Grandparents I know are aware. I give them 0 stars!
