After ordering a bunch of stuff for my best friend's bachelorette party I started looking at reviews for the website. I got very scared because everyone said the stuff arrived extremely late. I called customer service and asked to upgrade my shipping to the fastest just in case. The man upgraded my shipping for free and I got my full package in 3 days!! I would definitely order from this company again.

My experience at Bachelorette.com was pretty good overall. I got free shipping for a ton of fun and funky stuff for my friend's bachelorette party. My order did take a bit longer than expected to get here, but everything was accounted for. I'd give them 4 outta 5.

I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service at bachorlette.com. I order a $120 order form them and when i received it, the most important item was on back order. I NEVER received any email to notify me that the item was on backorder. I called and spoke to Justin and told them that i wanted to either cancel the back order item or have this item shipped overnight due to the event two days away. The item arrived the day after the event. I spoke to Justin who in turn wants me to return the item in return for a refund. That's bad customer service. If you do not inform your client of a backorder, then it's the company's duty to either let me keep the item for free or appease the customer to keep them satisfied. I had to run out of my way to buy another bag. For $3.50, the company feels that it's better to have their item back instead of keeping a client and having possible referrals. I will not shop here again nor recommend anyone to.
