I bought some cabinet pulls and decided to return them. It was not a big order, just for some samples. I called to get return info. OK, got to get an RA # and they'll email that. Never came. Called several times, finally got info and returned items. Almost a month later and several calls- expect to be on hold for 20-30 min!!! was told refund was coming. Still haven't seen it. DO NOT shop at this store. It has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!

DO NOT DO IT!!! i ordered a light kit from them 8 days ago. they took my money and did nothing else. my order stastus remained "placed." i contacted them via toll free # and live chat and both live chat agents never responded and the toll free person told me that it was going to take 2 weeks for a refund! apparently the item i wanted was discontinued but ono one bothered to take it off the website, nor inform me, nor offer a refund until i initiated it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their promise of matching competitor prices is a deception. When I tried to get them to honor a lower price on web they gave me the run around. No one on the phone seems to have any authority or knowledge to do anything that might help the consumer. Order number 12503

You're right about "no authority." Add to that list no training, no respect, high turnover, floor managers refusing to take phone calls from upset customers - and you'll understand why your experience was so horrible. The bad job market is the best thing that ever happened to their customer "service" department - easlily the worst job EVER!!

It I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. Absolutely a criminal company. I returned an item which I received damaged and I still have not gotten a refund. I'm now working a dispute through my credit card company and I am considering getting a lawyer to go after this company because it's $645.00. Avoid this company at all costs they will steal from you. I cannot believe they are still in business. Read the reviews, I'm not the only one.

I called in an order for two bronze sconces (which I made a point of conforming) for about $675 total. My shipment arrived in brass- obviously totally wrong for my redecoration project. The customer service people told me that I needed to pay shipping and 10% restocking fee for their mistake. Apparently they are the middleman and didn't want to pay the actual light maker the fee that they rightfully require. After many unreturned calls and complete rudeness by many (including me calling the top ATG people many times), I disputed the charge with my Visa. I finally found one single ATG employee that was kind and went out of her way to get the manufacturer to switch it out. Long story short- all over the website they make it look so easy to return. Truth is, it is an awful process even when it was their mistake. This all happened during the holidays and during a big home redecorating project. Lessson learned- I would never use this company. We ordered a Klaussner cocktail table 890819CTBL from ATGStores.com(Order number 1178649). The item has been delivered damaged: the leg assembly has been smashed, the plank underneath the table top broken. It looks like the box has been dropped on the corner. The replacement arrived in 2 weeks but the same kind of a plank was split in 2 pieces which I glued up. I assembled the table, and it looks pretty good.

The problem is the Fedex delivery way. There is only one man on the truck, and to handle a pretty large 83.6 pound box is risky.

Your comment: The WORST online experience to date. I ordered an end table. When it arrived it was the wrong item. I contacted ATG immediately (online chat was quicker than the phone). Matthew was very helpful and assured me things would be taken care of. Next he sent me an email stating that my table got mixed up with another table in New York and the manufacuterer needed a picture of the box.... huh? So I complied and sent 2 pictures of the box. 1 1/2 weeks later I get a phone call from Donna stating the manufacturer needs a picture of the box. I tell her I already did that but I comply AGAIN and respond promptly with another picture showing the PO number on the box. I also told her in my email that if I didn't hear something by noon the next day I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. She immediately had Kiki call me with the game plan..... switch the mistaken tables out. I agreed half heartedly but she assured me it would be prompt and the box was never opened. Fedex arrived to retrieve the wrong table. Meanwhile I called Kiki 2 times and left messages but she never returned my calls. Finally the correct table came and upon inspection of delivery the box was damaged. Not only had the box been opened it had been poorly repacked and the table was damaged. I refused delivery and immediately called Kiki again (no response) and emailed Donna (no response). Frustrated I contacted customer service and told them I did not want to deal with this manufacturer any longer. She was very helpful and told me a full refund would be awarded once they received table back about 10 business days. After 2 weeks I called again and got attitude that the package was in claims. I waited another week then contacted live chat and was told the 30-90 days. Then after my frustration with the miscommunication this nice young man said he would look into the situation and get back with me by the following Monday. I finally got the refund after 45 days of hassle. I would NOT recommend ATG Stores to anyone.

I bought a mailbox post from ATG Stores and it was not suitable to put on my property. I paid $219 for the item. I called to arrange to return it and was told I must pay a restocking fee of $55. When I took it to UPS to ship it I was told it would cost me an additional $120. So for a total of $175 I could return the post. Needless to say I wouldn't do that. I would warn all people not to deal with this business.

I CALLED TO RETURN AN ITEM ... AN GOT SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME...TABATHA, THEIR SUPERVISOR? (WHY),IS A REAL BRAINER...I WAS MISLEAD OVER A LIGHT KIT ... AND ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS RETURN.. I NEVER ASKED ABOUT FEES OR COMPLAINED... BUT THEY WANTED TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT MY CHAT AND MY QUESTION AND IT BECAME CLEARER TO ME THAT I REALLY DID DESERVE A REFUND OF SHIPPING AND ALOT LESS ATTITUDE FROM TABITHA AND SCOTT.. SO THE LOCKING OF HEADS BEGAN AND I CAN NOT SEE MYSELF SPENDING ANOTHER PENNY THERE.. THANKS TO THAT GAL.. IF SHE HAD JUST KEPT HER TRAP SHUT.. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE.. I WOULD HAVE PAID THE RESTOCKING FEE,,, SHIPPING... AND PROBABLY ORDERED AGAIN... NO NOT TABATHA... SHE A REAL WINNER THAT ONE... GO TEAM... TABATHA

they are thieves. It has been three months - never saw my products, no news on my money. Their promises mean nothing. Google "atg stores review" and you see other people who suffered...pity I did not google them before purchase.

Poor, poor, poor that's what I can say about the customer service and credibility of this company. If you will listen to me, never ever buy a thing from ATG store. They don't honor their own words. I will never ever recommend buy from this store to anyone. I have suffered and want others to learn from my experience.
