The telephone service reps are illiterate and provide terrible customer service!!!!!

Their size charts are incorrect and a shoe I ordered did not fit. I was told that I could not return it to the warehouse myself - despite the fact that I lived only 30 miles away. I was told that an exchange would be made only after I PAID to return the item via mail.

After waiting nearly a WEEK and still not receiving a follow up from anyone in the office, I finally spoke to Wayne - a rude and disrespectful representative of the company - who would not answer any question I had. Wayne, instead, gave me repeated script read responses. After insisting several times to speak to someone else I was put on hold and transferred to Duke. Who told me the only way I could get the item in the correct size was to reorder it online. I insisted that a credit for the returned item be applied prior to check out and that the credit include the tax and shipping that I already paid. Duke rudely laughed and told me that I would not get that because, "everyone has to pay their taxes".

I have had great success with my orders. There have been three items that I did purchase that just were not for me, when I called customer support I was hung up on once I stated that I had a return. I have purchased over 1100.00 worth of product, so overall I am a satisfied customer. Great product for the buck!

I have ordered from this site a few times now and was completely satisfied with my purchase as well as my overall experience. The first time I ordered 2 pair of boots and a pair of ed hardy sneakers. The boots arrived no problem and fit great but no sign of the sneakers. After a few days I called the number on the message in the box the boots came in and customer service ( jennifer ) was awesome. She informed me that the size/selection I wanted was no longer available and allowed me to pick a more expensive pair (within reason) in their place. These arrived in a few days and were perfect. I have since ordered a few more times and am a seriously happy customer. I recommend!!

I Love AMI I've ordered from them 4 times in the last 2 months. Nearly got everything I ordered, and the items that were missing were refunded to my paypal account because they were out of stock.

I wish though they would make the Spend 50$ Get FREE Shipping Code applicable to all their sales. What's the point of a sale if you're just going to lose your savings in shipping costs?

AMISHIPPED always worked for me! But now that my cart is full..this is the error message I get!
"Coupon code amishipped only applies to certain store items. None of these items are in your shopping basket." WTH?! I've used that code for every single of my purchases (like 10)...and now it's not working. I have $50+ in my cart...I thought maybe they changed the limit to clothing and not shoes. So I tested that. It didn't work either. Blah. I'm disappointed and angry.

I have never had a problem with your site untill today. I got the email with promocode amishop20 and it does not work. It does not expire untill the 21st. what can be done aboout this? I picked all my items I wanted to purchase and now the dicount code is bogus.

The hottest dress right now is the bandage dress. All the celebs are wearing them. I just got mine at Ami Clubwear. I got the one that looked like the one that Lindsay Lohan wore. Its rainbow color with thick stripes running horizontally across my sexy figure.

Ami Club wear store is like a hustler store except CHEAP! I got a pair of open toe black stud slingbacks. They totally elongated my legs. Smoking HOTNESS. It looks sooo good with my plunging neckline animal print dress.

I bought a sexy queen bee costume from amiclubwear.com and it was so sexy when I wore it for Halloween. I got my costume on time and it fit fit like a glove. I think the boys liked it when I buzzed around looking for my honey.

it would be better if amiclubwear can cerry more small sizes in shoes . like for example(5.0or5.5)
everything else is perfect. love the clothes and shoes everthing it has to afford.

Back ordered items and they didn't notify me until I asked where my order was..sent half the order and claim they are only waiting on 1 item..cute cute stuff but too good to be true. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Disputing them now, no repsonse from Ami.

If you have an issue with your order, they WILL NOT respond to you. If you need to return something because of THEIR error, they WILL NOT respond to you. They have some cute things, but if it is not in stock, they will charge you anyway and you WILL NOT get your money back. They just ripped me off for 30.00 and I am trying to get my money back via Paypal.
