AllHeart is a awful company, and a company who from I will never order again and would not ever recommend (unless I disliked you). Their customer service "approach" is one of the worst I have encountered. They refuse to do anything to make the customer satisfied and then further irritate you with condescending remarks and offensive wording choices when speaking with or e-mailng you. I have never been so annoyed with a company that I felt the need to write a bad review until now. I highly recommend that you run from this company because if you have any problems with them they will do nothing to rectify it satisfactorily. However, they will offer you free shipping on your next order...Which is an awesome solution because usually the first thing you think after numerous terrible customer service dealings is "I really want to order again from you". No AllHeart, I don't want your future free shipping option, I wanted you to correct the problem you were presented with and you didn't so why would you think I would ever order from you again? This company seriously needs to take some customer service seminars if they want to continue to stay in business, let alone capture new and retain customers.

bad business

Do not ever buy from this business they have despicable business practice. i ordered 2 full uniforms in a size larger for my self and a friend. what came was 2 sizes to small and in 2 different bags (one i am sure was a re sale to me ) i returned them and they will only refund me for one of the uniforms saying that one was full of lint and threads. it was sent to me that way and i cant believe they will basically steal money from me beware people beware

    They DON'T POST BAD REVIEWS

    I am not posting my order number. I had a legitimate order, and sadly I made a purchase from them for my birthday. Granted, this was for my first job and so I went with the clearance items, to see if there were things I could find that were in my size. I ordered 3 scrub sets "Cherokee" brand in Purple, Sage green, and coral. a couple things...1)The green and coral are SEE though.

    2) the coral...wasn't really coral it was orange...like a jail suit

    3)There is no Cherokee Brand/tag as on the picture, only a tag from a random company, not from any name/manufacturer seen on the website.

    4)I had to return those two colors, the green and coral

    5)Sadly, THEY make YOU pay for shipping for their false/faulty advertised deceptive products

    6) upon wearing that purple scrub set to work, there was a hole in the pocket.

    7)THEY DON'T POST BAD REVIEWS, IF YOU NOTICE, THERE ARE MINIMAL REVIEWS OF THINGS THAT ARE WAY CHEAP ON CLEARANCE....I tried posting it up so many times, and it kept saying, "you need a rating"..it's not difficult to click on one star...so...

    Unfair, deceptive, not the brand advertised.

    Horrible site

    I agree with every single review here. I am feeling guilty that I did not read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered a few lab coats from them with embroidery. The lab coats are fine but the embroidery is horrible. It looks like someone has poured ink and it has spread around the embroidery. I sent them a pic of their work and they said there was no problem with it. I have owned several lab coats and have never seen such horrible embroidery. Now they are telling nothing can be done. Worst customer service ever.

    poor quality, poor customer service, slow turnaround time, non-functional order trackng system and very slow service time (don't expect your order for 6-8 weeks)

    i had a horrible experience the first time and wanted to give allheart another chance to redeem itself or prove my first order a fluke: my mistake. hope this saves someone from the frustration and loss of time/money which dealng with this comapany has cost me.

    Worst online store ever!!!

    OMG worst online retail experience I have ever had. It took a month of me waiting for my order, finding out the scrubs I wanted are out of stock for another 3 months and they just cancelled the order. I will be telling everyone to avoid these guys at all costs. There are plenty of places to go for scrubs - I wasted weeks waiting for my order, and I start work next week - will be shopping elsewhere and telling everyone to do the same."

    Terrible customer service and slow shipping

    Honestly, I don't see what people see in this store. For men's scrubs they really just have tons of unisex products. I ordered anyway and it took them several days to even ship the product and then it didn't fit so I had to pay to send it back and it took even longer. I decided to shop with Murse World from now since they have free shipping and free returns. AllHeart used to be the best but not anymore.

    I made the mistake of ordering a Personalized Cardio 3, which Fed-Ex says they delivered to my home. My Husband placed a second order for the same thing. No one is talking, Fed-Ex says it was delivered, AllHeart says 'they are investigating' No one is telling me "the customer", who is out 400.00 anything!! The old too bad, so sad attitude,DO NOT ORDER FROM ALLHEART If you don't get your order, file a police report, as I did for "Theft" ~Lilly~

    About 6 years ago Allheart was a great company to purchase medical supplies from, NO MORE!!!!!

    I recently purchased (2) sets of scrubs and (3) pairs of socks from them. The scrubs came in about a week. The only problem with those was that I had ordered a pair of Medium pants - the tag on the pants said medium but they were super huge and when I looked at the tag sewn into the back they were actually "large". I returned them. It took about 5 weeks to get the correct pair. I returned the pants to them promptly and followed their return guidelines. I placed the reciept for the shipping I paid to return the incorrect pants to them, as per their policy I should be reimbursed for them. Never got anything for the shipping. Called their "customer service" number and it is disconnected. Sent an email and all I got was an Auto-reply. Doubt I will get the money.

    The socks I ordered - onc pair came in about (3) weeks as it was back ordered. A week later the other (2) pairs came in as they were back ordered as well.

    A co-worker of mine recently ordered several pairs of scrubs and paid for the (2) day shipping. Only (1) item was in stock and sent to her. They still charged her the (2) days shipping and the rest of her order is not scheduled to come in for another (3) weeks. She has recieved no response from their customer service.

    I would not recommend Allheart to anyone and am certainly not going to order anything from them again.

    My worst online shopping experience yet. Just found out that my order has not been shipped after 11 days since it was ordered. Still no update as when it is expected to arrive after a lame apology via email from customer service. There isn't even a phone number for customer service on the website! Its like they're avoiding all the inevitable complaints about their terrible service.

    Promo Code didn't actually work

    This company had good prices BUT claimed to have a coupon for free shipping on orders over $79. Well I entered the promo code and it told me it would be applied when my order was approved so I hit place order and I never got free shipping, and shipping was $16. I wouldn't have ordered online if I knew I'd be paying so much in shipping. Very Dissatisfied

    This company is the worst. Unfortunately this is the second time that I have ordered from then and the results are always the same. Customer service is awful. I ordered both times scrubs and both times it took over 3 weeks each time to have them delivered. Both times the numbers on my credit card were transposed and I received a message that they were not able to complete my order. I called to rectify this on the phone where I spoke with their "lovely" customer service person who obviously was having a bad day. I was rushed off the phone not sure that she had all the information that she needed and sure enough another two week delay. Quality okay - Cherokee - just not worth the hassle

    Horrible. Do not order from All Heart

    This is the worst experience I have had with ordering online. I order almost everything online and this is by far the worst company to order from. I ordered a stethoscope before 3pm and it was not marked as processed or shipped until 2 days later even though their website stated items will be processed and shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm. When I checked on my order status I also noticed they were sending the the wrong item. I called to question about it and they told me they couldn't stop the process because it had already been sent. They sent the "correct" item the next day. I received both items over a week after their website said they had shipped. I called to inquire about them and customer service could not give me any shipping info. One supervisor said she would call me back and never did. After the items arrived I noticed on each box that the items were only shipped 2-3 days previously meaning they tell you online on the order status that they have shipped your items when really nothing has happened at all. After opening both boxes neither of the stethoscopes were what I ordered. I called customer service telling them I was upset with how my experience has been so far and wanted a refund. The rep wasn't able to do anything. She wanted to call me back the following week. Their service is so horrible. I would not recommend ordering from them.

    I never received my order, when I called they were Very Rude and just told me "Ok, we can refund you after we email you the form next week. We can't refund you now because it was shipped" Yes it was shipped more than two weeks ago! She didn't even apologize that I never received the order.Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!

    I wanted to exchange the same item for just a smaller size and because they did not recieve it with in the 30 days they would not even exchange a medium top for a small top everything the same. I will never shop with all heart again. I give no stars for very poor customer service.

    Do not buy from this store. I placed an order and it was not even processed for 3 WEEKS. Then my order was shipped over the course of 6 weeks in 3 different packages. The invoices are so confusing you can't even tell what is still pending or ???? Then after I finally got everything I needed to send some things back. They have a 30 day return. I just got my return package BACK with the original items I tried to return. The reason: Items are over 30 days from their shipping. The problem is they used the 1st ship date so yeah it was over 6 weeks that I got the items. They just suck and now I am stuck with over 100$ worth of scrubs that don't fit. I wish I would have seen this site before.

    i placed 4 pairs of scrubs knowing that the brand would well fit me since i bought some at other uniform store. Well, it took a week for them to tell me that 4 of the pants were backordered and took a month for all of them to arrive. When they did, the tops ran bigger than normal and the pants were way smaller than they were suppose to fit. SO i followed the exact directions on how to return these items for full refund. Well, it's been over a month now and i still haven't received my refund. Why the hell would you send out a check if I paid for them with credit card??? I've sent couple of complaint emails to their customer service and they said it'll take another 2-3wks from now till I receive my refund check! SOOOOOO RIDICULOUS!!! Why the hell should i spend over 2 months trying to deal with stupid scrubs?? Never ever buying from this crappy place again, CUSTOMERS BEAWARE

    I placed an order with AllHeart.com in January 2009. It was indicated that I would get a $40 discount on the items I was purchasing. This was NOT the case --I was charged full price --no discount and no savings at all. Now I cannot call AllHeart on the phone and talk to someone about this problem because there is no longer a phone number available for AllHeart at all.

    Poor business practices! NO-HEART!!

    Terrible customer service - asked for a refund of a gift certificate, and the customer service rep said the money would be on my card in 72 hours.

    My purchase with AllHeart.com was the WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Shipping was absolutely ridiculous! Cost me over $15.00 for a stethoscope and took over TWO WEEKS to receive it. They first shipped via FEDEX then it was transferred to USPS. Give me a break. I will spend the extra money and buy local. Give me a break.

    I purchased 2 stethoscopes for me and my friend, they literally charged my credit card and then NEVER shipped the items to me ?? they emailed me saying they have a problem with my Credit Card which is my bailing address is incorrect. if it was incorrect how the F*** could you charge me? i contacted them and i submitted my bailing address and everything, THEY never even email me back or did anything ?! just completely ignored my emails ?????

    Shipping charges / customer service

    I ordered a pin for my pinning ceremony. The shipping was $15.99 for a 3 day shipment date. After 4 days, I called customer service to have my shipping charges reimbursed only to be told that they can't do that. Then I asked to cancel the order also, to be told they can't do that! The woman on the phone was rude and didn't seem to understand that I was billed for something that I shouldn't have been billed for. I was told to send the order back when I get with an added charge of 8.99!!!! I feel like I'm being punished because of their crappy service and misleading info on the site! Do not order from this company!!!!

    Nothing they have can't be bought somewhere else that will ship the product faster and cheaper. I honestly got the item I asked for, but it took 2 weeks, something that in am--on took 3 days, with half the shipping charge :-((

    Quality of engraving

    I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, just received it yesterday, and my husband and I looked and looked for the engraving, finally found it, and it is absolutely pitiful!! You just should not offer engraving if you can't do better than that.

    Bad customer service

    I am very disappointed in this website. It took them almost a month to process my exchange. They don't update my status ever until I contact them. I was supposed to get a refund totaled of $30 but instead got only $12.23 back and they fricken charged me like $18 for using their return postage when really their postage is only $8.98. This company is such a rip off. Never ever will I order from this rip off company again!

    I hope this helps people not waste time on All Heart

    I do not have an order number. See below.

    I have had an extremely negative experience with this company. One month ago I filled out a form online to begin the process to order scrub tops with a custom logo. As the form requested, I filled out all of my information and uploaded my logo.

    After a week of no response, I wrote to customer service asking for help. They responded with an automated reply about bulk ordering, which was not what I had asked for/needed. Over the next two weeks I replied to customer service trying to explain and move the process forward with no response.

    I finally called customer service, and they gave me the direct email of Linda Bloom, the woman who was to help me directly. I wrote to Linda that day, listing the number of tops, the sizes, and my request for the embroidery of the logo. That was two weeks ago, and Linda has never responded to me.

    Today I call customer service one more time and asked immediately to speak to a supervisor. The associate, Nicole, argued that she could not connect me without hearing all of the details. I complied, and she still told me I could not speak to him. Finally, after I insisted, she transferred me.

    The supervisor, Ben, asked me for the problem which I again outlined. Without any apology for the very bad customer service, he explained three different times that logos take 45 days to process and why. In between these explanations, I tried to explain that not only did no one explain that to me, but that my ultimate frustration was that I was ignored repeatedly by his employees.

    It was Ben's complete unwillingness to apologize for the company's rudeness that was the most surprising. Perhaps I should have given up long ago and made a mistake giving the company the benefit of the doubt. If I had read other terrible reviews of the company that I'm now finding online, I would have saved myself a lot of time. I hope this is helpful to others.

    Great company

    I just placed my second order with this company. I work for a local hospital system and know other's who have order things from this company too. None of us have ever had a problem. These are just a few reviews out of thousands of orders don't let them discourage you. There will always be people who are unhappy and unsatisfied with everything they purchase. Sounds like anyone who has had a complaint just went ballistic and didn't even give the company a chance to correct it. I love this company. Give them a chance and you will too.

    Do not buy from here!!!

    Charged $45 for 2 day shipping. Next day I receive an email stating half of the order was back ordered, and won't be received until 5 days later. They refused to refund shipping fee...and I did not even receive the 'half' items in 2 days-total scum...rude customer service...save yourself stress...

    Horrible customer service

    They tell you they will ship your items in a certain period of time and then take much longer. Then customer service lies to you and tells you it has been shipped when, in reality, it has not been shipped.

    It takes 24 hours to get an answer back from customer service then it is all lies. And if you have a grievance with them, you may not get an answer at all. Do not use this company. There are plenty of othe scrub companies. Use them.

    Littman Cardiology Stethoscope

    I didn't read the reviews until after ordering my Littman Master Cardiology Stethoscope, and I was extremely worried. I called the toll free number and spoke to a live person!! She told me when to expect the product and if I had any trouble with anything, all I needed to do was call back. My stethoscope came on time and was exactly the way it viewed on the site. The engraving was perfect! I probably wouldn't order a uniform or shoes from the site unless I tried the item on in the store first. I will be ordering things from ALLheart again!!

    Hi,

    I'm glad you liked the stethoscope, as a friend of mine bought hers and had the same experience, which led me to check out this website in the first place. however...I bought scrubs...same brand..that I have tried on in person at the store, same type/model/design and everything...but sadly, there was no brand tagged as advertised, only a t-shirt brand..the material was thin. deceptive. So..I think unless you tried on the brand and bought it at the store or a better website. Buy scrubs (even the ones you're familiar with) here at your own risk :-/

    At first I was very worried about ordering from this company. Based on all the reviews it had me a little off. But I took a chance and let me tell you, this company is amazing. It's so unfortunate that they are taking over a previous company that was absolutely horrible and they are taking all the heat from it. But i recommend anyone and everyone to AllHeart. Best online experience I've ever had.
