Fraudulent Company_Acacia Lifestyle is Fraudulent

-0 Rating: Acacia Lifestyle deserve less than a negative zero rating, if there is anything less than that, I'd give it to them!!! I received a jacket i ordered, unfortunately the size was too big. Wanted to return it, only to find out that they are not accepting returns because Acacia Lifestyle is going out of business and all sales are FINAL!!! This order was only two weeks ago!!!! How there was no indication of going out of business or that all sales are FINAL at the time I places the order? They cunningly hid this fact from customers because all they care about is my money... NOT SURPRISED THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. Wish there was a way I could not let them get away with it.

    Horrible Service

    I ordered some really cute flower clocks way back in November of 2014. They were meant to be Christmas gifts. They didn't arrive until June of 2015! Every time I checked on my order the backorder date was extended. I tried to cancel the order twice. When I tried to do it online the system kept failing. When I called and talked to someone they kept having technical problems that prevented them from processing my request. They also tried to explain the situation by saying the shipment had been delayed because it was coming by boat across the Atlantic. Not sure if I believe that. Fast forward to November of 2015, I saw and liked a really cute jacket in their catalog. I was hesitant but decided to give them a second chance. This was my mistake. I ordered this jacket in November 2015 and it is now the end of January 2016 and I have yet to receive this jacket. True to their behavior, the backorder date constantly changes, getting later and later. I will never ever order from this company again. After reading similar reviews from various sources I am surprised that they are still in business. Do not order from Acacia Lifestyle....ever!

    The worst customer service

    I ordered a jacket in March , never received it. I never received a notice. I do all my shopping on line , never experiencing such poor service, I had to call to find out it was back ordered again & again .

    This is a horrible company to deal with. So unprofessional...🌸avoid this company 🌸

    Awful Customer Service

    I ordered 3 items, 1 came right away, 2 were supposed to arrive on 9/26. I called customer service on 10/1 and was told one was coming "by the end of the week" and the other "by the end of the month." Later, I spoke with a supervisor who told me that there was no guarantee that either order would arrive by a certain date and that sandals had been ordered by customers in April that had never arrived and customers were still waiting. I have never heard of such appalling lack of customer service based on vendors who allegedly don't send products that have been ordered. This "business" needs to be looked into.

    Acacia is TERRIBLE

    Never got my order. Called and emailed for weeks. They never returned my emails, and were rude on the phone. They refunded most of my money about a month later after I had asked them multiple times (but didn't see fit to call or email me about it), but I had to call AGAIN and demand the last $32 of the order I never got- in short, they simply tried to steal $32 from me. Horrible, horrible customer service.

    Horrible customer service

    Picture arrived a month late without being informed & it arrived broken. Out of stock so no replacement.Very small discount offered so had to go to the trouble of packing & returning.Now I'll have to see if they make the refund promptly.My guess is this co. does not have much experience with customer service in the US. It's awful & looking at other comments that seems to be the general consensus.

    Acacia Terrible Customer Service

    I received a lamp with a damaged shade from Acacia several months ago. First time I called, they said they'd check inventory for a replacement shade & get back to me. Never did. When I called again, they said they'd ship out a replacement. Never did. Today, months later, they say they've changed their policy & won't. Worse customer service from a catalog company Never received. They seem to think if they ignore you, you'll just go away. I will go away ... as a customer!!!

    Acacia put me in an awkward and embarrassing situation, and then told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it:

    I received a gift from this mail order company. The gift did not fit, so I sent in back in return for something else. When the new item never arrived, I called Acacia and was told "oh, we mailed that to the person who gave you the gift and she sent it back to us, so we refunded her account [minus shipping fees]." Well of course she sent it back to them, because she did not order it or know about my attempted exchanged! It was their mistake to mail it with her in the first place, but the most they are willing to do is call my friend & explain the situation and charge her card again. What an awkward and uncomfortable a situation. Terrible customer service.

    The same exact thing just happened to me. The dress that I returned, only for a different size, was refunded to the original recipient. This was a Christmas gift so I am extremely embarrassed as well as out of a dress. Customer service offered absolutely no resolution. I highly recommend not ordering from this company specifically if it is a gift.

    I recently ordered online from their catalog. Bothe items were represented as "on sale" yoga tanks WITH bottoms. Items arrived -- no bottoms. I called & was told that "oh no, these are seperate items...tough luck" NO WAY was that clear at all, I ordered by phone as I wasn't sure of the security certificate & the guy who took the order repeated back to me "yoga tank with pants.. etc" This is such a clear case of BAIT & SWITCH on not one but TWO items. I will NEVER order from them again. If anyone else had similar experiences perhaps we should all get together & sue them for illegal practices. I order from online sources all the time & have NEVER had an experience like this.
