The pits!! Run do don't give these scammers your money! Took my order 3/11 and as of 3/26 nothing. Emailed bounced no responce from company. Contacted Uni-Fill the supplier for this company and my complaints fell on deaf ears.

I ordered an HP refill kit from 123refills.com 3 weeks ago and have not received either the product or a reply from my voice mail or email I sent them. I even paid extra for faster delivery!! Whenever I call I just get a recording asking to leave a message. I am very disappointed with this website!! I will not order from them again!!

ive used them twice, once for toner refill kit (hp) and once for inkjet replacements on brother fax machine. quality i would say 9/10, price is low, but not the cheapest. service and speed of delivery is above average.
